After I got rear ended at a stoplight, I was sad because of whiplash and last time I got the back of my car smashed it took 2 months to get it back and it was an okay job. Michael and Escambia Collision were on it from the first day I brought it up there and Micheal is super nice and professional. My car looks so good and it was finished in less than two weeks, AND it was cleaner and nicer than when I dropped it off. I am very grateful for Michael and everyone who worked on my Honda! Thanks guys!! This will always be my first choice if needed here on out!

I got rear-ended in my Tesla Model Y. This is one of two Tesla certified repair shops in my area, still about an hour away. I called them to arrange an appointment to drop it off following the accident. They were booked up and my scheduled timed was about two months away. My appointment time finally came, I drove to drop off my vehicle and was told they would order the parts and should be about a week to complete the repair. They had some warehouse issues getting a replacement part, which lengthened the repair time significantly. Once they got the parts in, I called to check on it on the day they said they would be completed, only to find out there was another part that was broken that they didn't notice originally and had to order it to replace it. That finally happened, I picked my vehicle up and was satisfied with the quality of the repair even with the poor communication and extended time without my vehicle. Then the first rain happened and water was pouring into the back hatch of my vehicle. I called them to inform them it was leaking and they agreed to take a look. I drove the hour to their shop again, to find out they did not replace the weather seal when they replaced the entire lift gate. They adjusted the lift gate, replaced the weather seal and the leak was gone.Overall, slightly above average on the actual body repairs, poor communication, and I would not take my vehicle back to them again.Service: Body & Trim

Took my girlfriends 2023 Tesla model 3 in here for warranty work, paint defect on the trunk. They repainted the trunk, and it looks just like it came out of the factory. They also washed the car so it is clean. And they even recharged the car for us without asking. The people are also very friendly and professional. And they also aired her tires up without mentioning.

This is by far the worst car shop I ve ever dealt with. When I first dropped off the car, they said it would be 4 - 5 weeks. My car is now ready after 11 weeks. Throughout the repair process, there was no communication from the shop. They didn t even call me to tell me the car was ready. I d take my car hours away just to not have to deal with this place.

My car was damaged while getting my car repaired and instead of fixing the damage that was created they used paint that didn't match my car or white out to mask the damage. I took a video and really close eye view of every inch of my car and I know that the damage wasn't there when I dropped my car off. I checked my car when I came to pick it up but in the sunlight I wasn't able to tell that it was there and the angle of the damage wasn't easy to notice but tonight I was able to see the damage when I was whipping bird poop off of my car. I'm so disappointed and angry. Why not just fix it correctly or let me know and schedule me to come back to have it fix. I wish I was able to post the pictures on here, I'm so annoyed.

My experience at this place while seeking a repair estimate for my Honda was incredibly disappointing. I intended to pay out of pocket, but the unprofessionalism of the employees left me frustrated. Not only did they make me go through unnecessary paperwork just to gather basic information, but they also casually mentioned that they mainly work on Teslas and only deal with other cars when they're "bored." This disregard for customers with non-Tesla vehicles was highly disrespectful.Leaving the establishment, I felt deeply dissatisfied and disrespected. Regardless of the car I drive, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect as a customer. Unfortunately, this place failed to meet even the most basic standards. I strongly advise others with non-Tesla vehicles to avoid this establishment. Their lack of professionalism and customer focus makes for a subpar experience. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking assistance elsewhere.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The guys here are super nice and efficient at their jobs. I went in for an estimate and the whole process didn't take 10 minutes. Possibly because the damage wasn't all that bad but still. Michael was great!They made me feel welcomed and came across as trustworthy to handle my baby. I'll definitely be bringing my car back asap!

After someone rear-ended me, I took my Tesla Model S to Frank's Accurate Body Shop in Slidell, only to be told the car would be totalled and they estimated more than $70,000 worth of repairs. I then drove it to Escambia Collision to see if they could repair it and save it from being classified as totalled by my insurance. They assured me they could. It took a while to get the part from Tesla, but when I finally got the car back, I could see the repairs were well-done. They save my car and I don't have any complaints. I would take it back to them again.

Amazing costumer service and great professionalism. I was a bit nervous at first since there are not too many certified Tesla body shops in our area but from the very first call I felt that they are very reliable and serious. If you have a Tesla, or just a car, GO HERE!Michael gets shout-outs in reviews, but Tommy has the moves to take care of you.We had an issue with the Tesla service center taking longer than expected, and needed a last-minute adjustment made after the car had service. Tommy was able to squeeze us in as they just did the service, and it was like magic the speed and professionalism they used to get us taken care of. It took 20 minutes to work their magical skills like the experienced craftsmen they are!Without a doubt, faster and cheaper than the competition but without the bloat!

What can I say about Escambia Collision? First and foremost Michael, Tommy, and the rest of the entire crew are very professional and very communicative. They kept me informed about the status of the repair of my vehicle. The work they performed exceeded my expectations. It s like nothing ever happened. They brought my vehicle back to Pre collision condition. Hands down some of the best paint and body work I ve seen in years. I live an hour away but if I ever need paint and body work again they have got my business because I know it will be done correct the first time. Great Job guys! For anyone that has any Tesla body repair concerns, this is the place to go! Staff is amazingly friendly. On top of that, the staff are super helpful in advising and answering any technical questions related to one's car especially a Tesla. I learned a whole lot about my car and what to expect of repairs.Although I live 2 hours away, I will be recommending to my Tesla friends to go here for any body repair concerns. It is well worth the trip!

Outstanding service! We had storm damage all over our brand new car. Our insurance provider recommended Escambia Collision for good reason; they do great work! Escambia Collision took care of everything. They gave us clear timelines for the work and finished on schedule. Our car looks perfect now. I would definitely recommend Escambia Collision to a friend. Excellent work and service completed on our Tesla. They gave me appropriate expectations regarding the scope of work and cost involved. Work was scheduled and updates were available when I called to check since we live over an hour away and needed to coordinate rides, etc. Very professional body shop that delivered as promised.

Tommy and the crew were spot on. Had a large rock fall from a csx bridge and put a big dent and scratches in the roof of my truck. They repaired everything and it looks brand new. Factory new. Getting into an accident on vacation is never pleasant. Thank goodness for Tommy, Ron and the entire Escambia staff! They were able to get my car fixed and back on the road just in time for me to head home! They were so easy to work with, and my car looks amazing!

Very professional. Worked with my insurance company and repaired my truck like nothing ever happened. Also Rod was able to coordinate a rental vehicle right from his shop. Very pleased with their work. I will recommend Escambia Collision to my friend's and family .

Wasn't impressed! I think the guy I talked with didn't want my business because it was nickel and dime stuff to him, so he just gave me an outrageous quote. I've gone to several other body shops and have received quotes that were anywhere from 40% to 60% below what he quoted me, but it really wasn't about the price, but more about the fact that I was just not impressed with his condescending attitude. They really need someone with a little better personality greeting the public. I just hope that this isn't their normal approach when it comes to welcoming potential new customers

The man working in the office didn't seem at all interested in helping me. He was very dismissive when telling me it would be after the first of the year before he could take my truck for repairs (six months). I went to another business that was happy to help and repairs will start in two weeks

Buddy and the team at Escambia Collision go above and beyond in communicating with their customers. All of the work is performed at a high level and the professionalism is unsurpassed. Unfortunately I have had to have several repairs made at their shop. This is my fourth vehicle repair in the past 18 months and every single one has been a satisfactory experience.

Harold is an awesome paint and body technician. I'm very pleased with the attention to detail my car received after a collision. The staff were friendly and ensured all our needs were met
