Very thorough and experienced shop. Called me multiple times to update me on progress and explain what they had found or were fixing. 10/10 would highly recommend! I received a tune up new brakes and fixed a coolant leak.

Called in the morning to see if they could replace my brake pads/ rotors with a new performance kit I bought. Out of all the auto shops I called (XXX Motorsport, Pep Boys, Budget Brakes) which do not work with outside parts; East Hill Automotive was more than helpful in taking on this task. Wasn't too busy mid-day Thursday, got it done in 3-4 hours, $100 per axle. I'd say it's a better deal and price than what others would offer.

NEED WORK DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE, LOOK NO FURTHER!I am so glad I took my pilot to easthill automotive for work to be done. Ryan is the greatest. This shop is the greatest they keep you informed and are fair priced and professional. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back in when work is needed. Thank you for all the help. I can't say thank you enough!!

The team did a great job helping me understand what the possible issue was and gave me their honest opinion, even if it didn t benefit them. For example; I had a few repairs that were not necessary and they mentioned that. I appreciate their transparency and guiding me on something I m not familiar with. Thank you.

Came from Michigan on vacation and had a power steering pump fail. This shop was near by and took us in same day. Great service, great mechanics. Come here for any vehicle needs.

Very helpful. Local Jeep dealership misdiagnosed an oil leak on our Wrangler, and after spending hours and $$$ to fix what they said was wrong it was still leaking oil. Tech at East Hill correctly diagnosed the issue OVER THE PHONE from a brief explanation of the leak. EHA allowed us to use upgraded parts (it's a Jeep) and was half the cost of the dealership estimate.

Towed our dodge stratus in and they diagnosed the problem and let us know of other things that needed to be addressed. We will be back with other maintenance needs. turns out the gas gauge was bad and we simply ran out of gas. East hill was awesome!

I didn't feel welcome and should have left simply off the atmosphere but I needed my car inspected asap. $140 for an auto inspection for work is RIDICULOUSWhat is even more ridiculous is that my tire pressure light was on and simply needed air due to the temperature change but that couldn't be addressed or even looked at yet they were able to give me a $2,000 estimate to "fix" my car.Needless to say DONT GO HERE!!THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND THIS LITTLE BLACK GIRL WAS A VICTIM OF ROBBERYDO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOOK LIKE ME

My cousin was critically ill, and his wife couldn't visit him in the hospital because their car wasn't running. We had it towed to East Hill Automotive, and they were wonderful! They helped find an affordable option, and were just very accommodating! Thank you, Ashley! Your help was much appreciated, and I'm sure you have earned a new, loyal customer!

Going thru the Gulf Islands National Seashore, from Opal beach to Navarre beach, and my wife and I were passed by one of their slider trucks. Speed limit is only 25 mph in that stretch. He was probably going at least 40mph passing a few cars on a double yellow. His plate is D64-24C and he had a woman passenger with him.

It was my first time going to these guys, I m new to the area and keep in mind that I m a single woman so I was skeptical about being charged a lot and still having to deal with my car not being fixed. I found them on Google, looked at the reviews and the ratio of good vs bad views were rational for me to choose them. I have an 08 Honda Accord 4cyl coupe and my car was experiencing issues within the engine/transmission, the check engine light was on and my car just wouldn t allow me to accelerate on the gas without it sounding like it was stressed lol. I called up there, spoke to Ryan and he ran a diagnostic test on it, they were very insightful, knowledgeable, reasonable and honest with me with the codes they found. They helped me make arrangements, they worked around my budget and answered any questions I had including references to a tire shop since they didn t offer those services. Ryan was very consistent with updating me about my car and the quotes it ll cost and just the status of my vehicle overall. It was quite a few things that came up to be fixed but it boiled down to my transmission fluid being old and bad and a couple other things I can t remember. I saved A LOT of money and got more work done for the price I payed compared to the rates of other shops including the dealership. Ryan was great! So was the guy (I didn t get his name) that serviced my car. (He has a cool long beard.) If there was anybody that serviced my car that I didn t meet, they did great. They even gave me a nice blue tie dye durable souvenir cup (that I use lol.) I haven t been driving my car lately b/c I m in a rental currently but everything seemed great getting my car back. Great team, great location, happy customer and will be back for a tune up. Thanks guys.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

I called East Hill because the night before another service came out to change my tire. They put the new tire on but did not tighten the lug nuts. They got lose on the way to work. East Hill sent out Hunter to tighten them because I didn t have a lug wrench. It was cold and it was wet but Hunter is the consummate professional with a great attitude. He was knowledgeable and helpful and I will call them if I need automotive help. Thanks Hunter.

First off I would be weary of any Google review for this shop. They offer you a discount on their overpriced service by having you leave a Google review before you get your vehicle and can tell if your issue is resolved and will only give you the discount after they see the review is already posted. I brought my vehicle in with two issues. After receiving my vehicle back the check engine light came back on with the same issue and the noise I was hearing was still intermittent. They charged me $250 in diagnostics for the two issues and neither were resolved. I called them to see if the issue could be fixed without additional diagnostic fees. They were unwilling to do this or to offer any sort of discount. There are plenty of other better shops in the area, do yourself a favor and avoid this headache.

My Daughter was traveling through the area from out of state when she experienced car trouble.Ryan and the Team there was very honest and professional.I can t express my gratitude for such honesty and professionalism.Thank you so much for the character displayed.Within hours my daughter was back on the road to continue her journey 4 states away.

Had my vehicle with them three separate times for the same issue. Was way overcharged on each instance, first stating that they would make it right, but then charged me even more. Overall, I believe my vehicle ended up being with them for almost 3 months total. The issue was the fuel pump(in tank and accessible under the back passenger seat) and fuel line to the pump needed to be replaced. After picking the car up the second time, there was an extreme amount of gas leaking and interior gas smell...how could this be missed? I will never use them, recommend them, or any of the owners other businesses either.

Had to get my A/C repaired. Turned into a little more than expected. They handled it very professionally.I can honestly recommend the 12th Ave shop to anyone.You'll find Ryan and Kaylee (hope I spelled her name correctly) to be helpful. They kept me aware of what was going on and how soon it would likely be done.Very satisfied and I will be back.

Ryan and his team are top-notch!I was in town after driving from Texas. I had some blinking dashboard lights that two shops at home couldn't figure out.As soon as I described the issue to Ryan, he came up with a possible solution, which was a 5 minute fix that he happily solved for me right on the spot.I was now able to drive back to Texas without worrying my car was going to break down on the highway!Thanks again Ryan and team for understanding the problem and helping with a quick solution!
