Having our car warranty, we were unaware we had to use certain shops to get our vehicle fixed. It was such a nice positive experience. Was able to sit and wait in a very nice environment. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and professional! Thank you for helping us out! Dees Family

Would give 10 stars if I could! Collin was extremely helpful and attentive. After calling east hills dispatch they had their best driver there within an hour. Colin kept me informed when he was headed to get the car and when he was on his way to the drop off. When he arrived with my car everything was in perfect order and he was able to park it perfectly in a parking spot. They are an extremely talented group who went above and beyond to help! I would trust them for all my automotive needs and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Colin for your wonderful work and I ll be requesting you again in the future!

Lovin on East Hill Automotive at Airport today! I am so glad to have a car repair and maintenance shop I can trust. They just did extensive work on my car and the labor cost was amazingly low. This company is not reputable. We received maintenance that included changing injectors in our pick up. The staff told us that if we had any issues after their work or with their installed parts that we could go to any shop to resolve the issue. On a trip traveling out of the city, an injector failed and left us stranded on the road, and we had to get the faulty injector replaced. After the fact, the manager is fighting against comping the repair because the repair was not at a ford repair shop. If his team said we could go anywhere, he is completely in the wrong and I suggest you should not support this unethical company

Called to make an appointment for an oil change on a Friday two days in advance. I dropped off my car on Thursday and marked the option on the envelope in the Dropbox for an AM pickup and was told that Friday around 10 it wouldn t be ready until 1 or 2. When I showed up to pick up my car there were a bunch of people just standing around in the garage. I don t know if they re good or bad mechanics because I picked up my car and took it elsewhere but as someone whose only day off during the week is a Friday I can t bother with a place that can t standby appointments.

Our vehicle broke down and needed a new starter. We were referred to East Hill Automotive Center and Adam and his shop treated us great. Got our new starter and had us back on the road in no time. Thanks guys!

Car died on the Interstate and was towed here on the tow trucker's recommendation. Obviously a busy shop but they got right on it first thing in the morning and I had my car back in the afternoon. Highly professional, kind, and courteous staff. 12/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.

They give excellent service and customer care! They towed my baby to the shop within an hour, diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the part, completed repair, and ensured their work was good with a test drive. I m thankful for them!

This shop is hands down above and beyond. From Customer Service, communication, visibility in pricing, turn over time, to outstanding quality. They fix even the smallest things and with such class and efficiency. I strongly recommend them and will continue to have all repairs done at this location. Our college kids' car broke down, so we had it towed down the street to East Hill Automotive, based upon their friend's recommendation.Being 450 miles away, there was little I could do to help, other than make phone calls. Jay kept in constant contact with periodic updates throughout the entire process.He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had a TON of questions, and he was super patient as we hashed out the entire situation. I highly recommend Jay and the crew over at East Hill Automotive.

These guys are terrible. didn t want to give them a single star but had to for submitting it. The worst experience I have ever had with anything. so bad that I reported it to the BBB and have never did a review.on anything before this.. well like other reviews I read (we have a lot of the same problems) they are trying to up charge us. (much more $ than original quote) and when we was called saying it s ready, we test drove it, it did the same problem that we left it there for. so we said that we wanted to just cancel repairing the problem (because it was just a miner problem) the car drove great. the dash panel would flicker every once in a while.. originally they said it has a ground problem (now saying a computer issue) but we could live with the problem. and they didn t repair anything so we don t plan on paying anything. so when we were goin to take it, we realized they have messed the mileage reading up. DMV says that is illegal. they have had our car for a year & 6 months. we can prove everything bcz we had bought it off the Chevrolet dealership 6 months earlier and the mileage was correct. I would have did a review sooner but have never did one and I didn t want them to get mad at us and break or mess up anything on the car. It is in good condition inside out and mechanically. be careful if you take your car there & hope you have better luck if you do.

I initially chose these guys based upon a high recommendation from a friend who lives in P-cola. Now, I see why. Jay and the crew at East Hill Automotive are absolute rockstars. Diagnosed the issue in quick time...Super helpful and transparent. They even willingly worked with the local auto dealer to find out if my car was still under mfr warranty...which it was! These guys went above and beyond. Honest, transparent, and helpful...which are missing traits at most places nowadays. Should my car ever need more work in the future, East Hill Automotive is going to be the place doing it, 100%.

There are fewer things more frustrating than getting into your car, only to find out that it refuses to start.Ran all the tests we could think of...nothing. We dreaded the thought of towing it to a local shop, but were left with no choice.Before the day was even over, we knew our car was in good hands. Me and my husband had a flat tire in I-10 near Pensacola and the driver William was awesome, very professional and did a excellent job loading my car. His customer skills was great. Would recommend your service to anyone in the Pensacola area. We are from Ozark, Al. We were coming back from an overnight stay in Mississippi. These guys are great. Friendly and professional from start to finish, and made me feel like I was a priority rather than just another car rolling in. They are very knowledgeable and answered every question I had in a way I could understand, and didn't try to convince me to get work I didn't need. Great service. Everyone there was so nice especially the loving lady working up front at the desk. They was able to change by brakes out in no time. Even when I received the pair of wrong brake pads from the auto store, I was able to come back asap and my spot was not taking. Definitely will be going there for future services.

This place is probably one of, if not the, best auto repair place in Pensacola. Fast, efficient, friendly and most important - honest. If they cant do something or if its cheaper for you to get it done somewhere else, they will tell you. Not cheap but not expensive. You get value for you dollar. They guarantee their work with a warranty. I've taken my car there to fix the AC and now it works like new. I've taken the wife's and mother-in-laws cars for standard oil change and maintenance. Extremely happy with the service.About the only bad thing I could say about them is that they do an upcharge for using your credit card but apparently that is a thing now that everyone is doing. Wouldn't recommend. Sent car to get serviced car came back with multi issues after diagnostics. All of them were "fixed". Three days later. Car still will not start. No one showed any urgency to really make customer feel like they even cared. Almost $2,000 later . 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

Ashley went above and beyond for my car claim and ensure my car repairs were covered by my warranty. The manager even included a free oil change with my repairs .I couldn t be happier I pick my car up Monday and was surprised how quickly my long list of repairs would be finished . Extremely nice and helpful!My van started having transmission type issues while we were traveling.The crew at East Hill could not have been more friendly and helpful. This place doesn't even deserve one star. They were absolutely terrible to work with when we recently took our son's car there. It took them almost 3 weeks to diagnosis what was wrong with the vehicle and charged us nearly $500 just for diagnostics, no repairs! Because they were so awful to work with, we sent the vehicle to another repair shop for a second opinion, only to find out that East Hill Automotive was completely WRONG on what needed to be repaired. Oh, and they were going to charge us $8,000 for this repair! My husband dealt with Ashley on the phone, who was unbelievably RUDE. A shop that's going to treat its customers as horribly as she did doesn't deserve any business. My only recommendation about East Hill Automotive is to NOT use them. Stay away. Far, far away.

My 1st experience in its entirety was great. There were a few difficulties with my car which caused East Hill to be in possession of it for quite some time. Though the timeline was not optimal, the service was excellent. When I grew to have many concerns, they were eager to explain the 'why' and the 'how'. Something that very few people are willing to accommodate when submitting their car/truck is patience and willingness to learn. Being a customer is a two-way street.Thank you Jay and Rusty. Hope to see y'all soon, just not because of the Audi, hopefully. lol

This place is amazing! I needed to start with that since thats the bare minimum I'd use to describe this shop. I've had many mechanical issue to deal with and this place has made it an ordeal I can bear. Quick and quality work, very knowledgeable mechanics and staff, and friendly as all heck. Every time my check engine like comes on I get overly stressed, but with how on top of things this place is. I can breath easy.

My Chevy Silverado set an engine light in my way to Pensacola Airport, I searched in google for a mechanic near there and found good reviews for this shop. I left my truck there over the weekend, and the next Tuesday they called me and told me the problem was the MAF sensor, and that replacement, diagnostic, and labor would be about $750. I agreed and they called me a couple of days later to tell me the truck was ready. I picked the truck and it was fine for a couple of days, but suddenly failed again, with exactly the same engine code and message that I had before getting it to this shop. They have a 30,000 miles warranty, but applies only to the work they did, so seems that we're not protected against wrong diagnostic, I called them and they told me to use the warranty. I called the warranty company, and they told me if another shop finds a different problem, I would have to pay for all. I would not recommend this shop, since obviously they misdiagnosed my truck, and here I'm after 750 bucks still with the same problem !Service: Engine repair

my opinion applies only to my 2014 toyota AVALON . i brought it in for diagnosis and repair of the cruise control/ collision avoidance system. They are interconnected. It turned out that the problem has to be managed by dealer with proper computer to find out exactly what sensors need to be replaced. They were suggesting it to be sent to the dealer to find out and back to them to fix. I turned that down. BTW , i was inquiring about the cost of fixing it there, and came to find out that their diagnosis fee of 151 is extra and on top of the fixing cost!! i think that is unreasonable, since other place will count it as part of fixing the problem. Anyway , they should not accept my car and charged 151 for a problem that they know ahead requiring dealer computer.Service: Electrical repair

Richard was awesome! He responded to my flat tire issue (through AAA). It was my birthday and his good humor light heartedness brought a smile to my face. He was great about communicating his ETA.
