Dan helped us with the purchase of a 2020 Toyota Tundra. I am not a fan of car salesmen or the entire process of purchasing a vehicle, but I am very pleased to say that Dan treated us like he had known us forever, and today he still treats us like family. He went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure we were pleased with the entire experience. He has called us many times for follow-up checks and when my husband was Ill, he called to check on him and offer any assistance to us to help us out. That goes beyond any car salesman I have ever known. Dan is a true gentleman, kind, and to me, very genuine. It indeed has been a very positive experience. I would recommend Dan and Terry at Downtown Motor Sports to anyone in search of a good dependable car for your loved ones. 5 STARS!!

What a GREAT experience!!!!!! I could not have found a better company! They answered all of my questions. They treated me fairly and with respect. They are honest to goodness great people! You can tell they really want to help you find the best car for you and that they will take the time to talk to you about all of the details, odds and ends, I have NEVER had a better car buying experience!

First, you have to find a car that you just have to have. Then, equally important, you have to get the customer service that you need to make the purchase. Downtown Motorsports has all of it. I was thrilled to work with Terry, who went totally overboard to make sure I understood everything about the car and the purchase. Everything was done on time, and with a feeling that they really care. Before my purchase was complete, and, by the way, done online, I felt like I had a new friend. I would highly, highly recommend Downtown Motorsports. I bought A MINI Cooper convertible. Lucky me.

Downtown Motorsports never withheld any information regarding the vehicles I was interested in and were quick to answer any question that I had. The atmosphere was so laid back and I never felt pressured to rush into any decision about my purchase. These guys are fair and provided me with a great deal. I would recommend them in a heart beat!

We purchased and vehicle from Downtown Motorsports, what a great place. Very professional and make sure they take care of everything they say they will. From the time we walked in until we purchased our vehicle it was the least pressure ever! Great staff! Exception pricing, we are very happy with our purchase .

DTMS is AMAZING!!! Hands down this was the best car buying experience ever! Terry and Melissa went above and beyond to help me find a car that I absolutely love. Awesome people that truly care about their customers. I really enjoyed the no-pressure atmosphere as well as how friendly and knowledgeable they are. Downtown Motor Sports rocks. My son got a great deal on a beautiful used car and when I thought something was wrong Terry was right there, answered his cell phone and reassured me he'd take care of whatever it was. The car was fine and still is. When there was a problem with our registration, Melissa took care of it for us. When we need another car we'll DEFINITELY go back to Downtown Motorsports.

I bought an awesome Jeep from DMS and Every step of the buying process went great. I've never enjoyed driving my car like I do now. The people here definitely break the conventional stigmas that dealers tend to have. They were genuinely nice and were transparent about anything wrong with the car. Even the few things that were general wear and tear they had no problem with me bringing it back at some point to fix it. Terry was who I bought from and he is the man! If I didn't move so much I'd want to buy all my cars in the future from him. This whole business has a totally different vibe than the typical "stack 'em deep, sell 'em cheap" mentality, and I love it.

Great place to buy from. This dealership was far better than any dealership I've ever been to. Very transparent and helpful throughout the whole process. They are very friendly and stress free unlike many larger dealerships. If they have the car you want, this is the place to get it from.

The place is clean. The deal was excellent. I visited the place one day with a lot of rain and they treated me best. They have free drinks for the customer. It is a very professional and welcoming detail. The sales and process was very good and smooth. I ended up buying the car. Great price.

What I really appreciate about any car dealership I s the absence of high pressure sales people. Downtown Motorsports has no high pressure sales people. Danny (our salesman) was incredible to deal with. Highly recommended.
