I m so used to receiving bad service while paying a ton when dealing with my car. But this place is professional, clean, quick, cheap and just a 10/10. The manager Chris helped me have the best car related experience I have had in a looonng time!

Came in with no notice about twenty minutes before they closed; I was planning on just making an appointment for a later date but after explaining what was going on with my tires they offered to change all four right there and then! The staff (wish I had gotten their names) helped me pick out the right tires and they were very quick and thorough. Can t recommend them enough.

A last minute tire issue (huge nail in tread) resulted in a short wait for the team of mechanics to sort out the problem and repair it. Clean showroom, neatly attired mechanics, friendly approach to customers and always ready to meet their needs. The repair to my car only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way. And BTW, the repair to my tire was free!

Saturdays are the busiest days I've observed at any of the locations. Service doesn't suffer for the customers. Pleasant & attentive attendants bring their professionalism to you at steady speed.

I usually go to the Discount Tire off Davis Hwy because they've always treated me exceptionally well. This one was the closest and I was not disappointed! Benjamin was super helpful and friendly. Great service and the tire insurance has truly been worth it. If you're a habitual curb integrity tester, get that insurance!

Discount Tires is the BEST place I know to GET a FULL set of Brand NEW tires, affordably. I purchased a set in Feb 2023 and they STILL look and Ride like brand new. Plus the Sales people are nice but NOT pushy. Which is why I got tires with a "Discounted" instead of at the dealership.

I just like these guys in general. They're highly efficient, organized, and most of all friendly. I recently had a flat tire on my Toyota due to a nail. I took the tire off myself and delivered it to them. I was greeted immediately and assisted within minutes. Multiple cars ahead of me. But 20 mins later the jobs done. No charge. And I even received an invoice for $0.00. Lol. I was assisted by Mitch.

We were traveling on the road about 9 hours from home. I needed 6 tires for my F350 as one or more tires had the belts separating so I replaced all 6. The manager made sure that the tires arrived the same day and got me back on the road with a new alignment too. Thank you for giving me such great service. Cudos to you and your crew.

The best costumer service I ve had at a tire shop. Chris and Cody both were very professional and friendly answering all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal.

After many years of owning vehicles and buying tires, I have never experienced service anywhere like I did at Discount Tire on Mobile Hwy. I purchased 4 Michelin tires for my MB SL550, they torqued the lugs and even put Armor All on the tires. All of the staff were great. If I could rate them with more than 5 Stars I definitely would.

My experience at this location was awesome! This was my first time at a Discount Tire and my first time buying wheels and tires. I just got a new truck and was looking for bigger wheels and tires so I went into the store after work and was immediately greeted by Trace. He was super helpful at showing me some good options within my price range but also asking what style I was looking for to narrow down the search. He ended up showing me some XD rims I hadn't seen before which was exactly the style I was looking for. He ordered the wheel and tires right there and they came in a couple of days later. Trace called me letting me know the order arrived at the store and the team had the tires already mounted and balanced to the wheel so installation took about 15 minutes and they even loaded my stock wheels in my bed for me! This location and team were awesome to work with and I'm pumped I went here!

Our car needed an alignment and a tire. The asistant did not try to sell us extra stuff we didnt need. We did the alingment and 2 tires. The car is driving awesome now. Really surprising excellent customer service!

I thought I needed an alignment,, turns out I just needed tires, they were very friendly, did not try to add extra, was straight to what needed to be done, I highly recommend discount tires! Inface they are now my go to when needed! Thank you for everything!

If you want great customer service the best prices and a whole set of tires installed and purchased in under 25 minutes good news folks.They even torque the lug nuts to specification using a torque wrench everything is done exactly as it should be when you install tiresI am beyond impressed!

I ve always thought there are too many tire shops around, and part of that is true. There are too many bad tire shops. There aren t enough Discount Tires IMO. These guys are professional, quick and make it simple for the customer. Bought two sets from these guys in the past year and currently sitting in the shop getting mine rotated and balanced. Setting appointments online, a cone with a sign and my name on it waiting for me when I pull up. Never sat longer than 30-45 minutes to get tires installed or balanced. A+

very good customer service. also, always buy the certificates. I ran over a razor blade and the certificate replaced the tire for for free.

Awesome employees they rushed over to get us signed in so we could wait outside or in our car. They understood our situation and was able the help us figure out what Size rims we really needed for our cars and the designs that would match what we were looking for. Mine had to be ordered but my husbands was already there at the shop. They understood the car was at the house on a jack as one of the rims was so bad the air wouldn't stay in the tire so the mounted that one and stayed over late to finish the other 3 after we took the first one home and put it on the car and then had to drive the car over to them. 2 full sets of rims with protection packs on both with new lugs only hit around $1200.00 and they even replaced one of my husband's tires for free when they seen it was bad on the inside.. Highly recommended... Thank you all so much!!!

Had a great experience at discount tire!! Found out the leak I had was from a crack in my rim at a previous repair-they even hooked me up with a place that did the repair (Allied wheel repair). To top it off they put my spare on for me! Great customer service, thanks guys!

Friday I went to Discount Tires to get air in my tire. While I was there I asked about getting my tires rotated,BUT since Friday is their BUSIEST Day. (Pay day for most people)The Nice young man suggested an Appointment On Saturday. I chose the time. He remembered me, when I got there, picked up my keys, went to check the mileage, and and a visual inspection of my tires. Then they pulled my Encore in, rotating and rebalancing the tires. And making sure the Sensors corresponds with the correct tire on my dash screen. The People who ARE Discount Tires are so polite, Experienced, and Very Knowledgeable about your Vehicles Needs. THANK YOU so much.. I'll see you again next time.

reviews speak for itself. i didn t want to go anywhere else because of the high volume of positive feedback from others. i can attest that i too had a seamless and worthwhile experience here. employees were both positive and attentive in quickly greeting anyone that entered shop. i was extremely stressed trying to find time to tow my vehicle with a popped tire here in the little time i had after work, but was nonetheless welcomed despite it being right before closing. i appreciate the professionalism extended to me knowing they really didn t have to do that. i don t remember the name of the gentleman that assisted with my calls and purchase, but many kudos to him.

Great experience!! I had called to get a quote for two tires told the rep i needed four but two were dyer as one was a spare and the other had another screw. He told me the tires i needed were special order but asked my vehicle make and model then said i had wiggle room for my size awesome! He had 2 in stock and it would be $432.15 out the door awesome! So i show up and James came to look at my truck and said i really needed all 4 and i stated again that at this time i could not afford 4 that i had just replaced upper and lower ball joints , swaybar pin, inner and outter tie rods, and rodders because the bearings were bad and left it at that. When we went inside he rang me up for all 4 tires for very little over my quote for 2. Then to top it off i had 2 bad lugs which they replaced and gave me the key to so i did not have to purchase one. All i have to is that James Burkhead was amazing and a god send. I can't even Thank him enough. Hei would recommend everyone to use discount tire on mobile hwy and i will forever be going back.

Bought my tires last year and had excellent service. After traveling the country I returned to have my tires rotated. I was met with the great same service without spending any money. One would have thought follow up service might diminish, but not here. Mitch the service manager was especially professional and helpful. Wouldn't go any where else.

Very impressed!! My son had a bubble in his tire, so I took it to DT and realized it was after 6, when they close.. but they fixed it for me anyway so my kid would be safe. They told me the options, explained everything to me, and totally heard me when I chose the tire I needed and didn't try scare tactics or pressure to get me to purchase more. Super professional, friendly, and just a great experience. I will now go nowhere else.
