We had the best experience today with Mitch! He was helpful, kind, didn t rush us, and actually gave us one heck of a deal on some tires that they normally don t have. We will 100% continue to go back to Discount Tire. Great customer service. Great prices. Quick and well done work. Couldn t ask for much more!

Ever buy a warranty and never use it? Had the misfortune or getting a screw in my tire what was not able to be repaired due to the side damage of riding the flat to a complete stop. Just bought the tires a week ago with the warranty. Tire was replaced under warranty. Very much appreciated the service and commitment to customer care.

I m a regular customer of DT and visited this location out of state. Was very appreciative of them fitting me in as a walk-in for flat repair while on vacation. Excellent service as always and would highly recommend!

Consistent great pricing and service. I've been coming to this location probably close to 15 years now with 5 different vehicles. Impressed with employee Trace's knowledge, quick price matching, and friendliness for my newest two sets of tire purchases for 2 different 5th gen 4runners in June 2023. If only this awesome location was closer to my home...Oh well!

I tried calling to make an appointment and they said that they can t do it and then, when I asked him how come, the website says I can, but they re telling me I can t so when I finally come in, they told me at 12:15 my truck would have gone in to get re-balanced and rotated. It is currently 1 o clock and they barely took my truck in, so when I went to go tell one of the guys he s wearing glasses I ask him you told me that it was gonna go in at 12:15 and he tried switching it and trying to say that he said at 1:15 I was gonna go and when he told me if I wanted to go get food anywhere or anything to come back at 12:15 because that was the time I have to be back so they can service my vehicle. I suggest to go to tire kingdom across the street more faster, service, and more nicer. when I told them I have to be at my next project with which is 13 hours away and they are still taking long.

Traveling in Florida and stopped in to replace 4 rear tires on my RV. Thought I would order and return later, but the J team had the best customer service and had new tires on my rig and me back on the road in no time. Very happy I chose your business, great job!

Today my mom got a flat tire on the way home from her doctors appointment. She was able to get it towed with her insurance to this location. Not only did they fix her flat for free because the hole was in a repairable area of the tire, but they also filled up the air in her spare tire, put it back for her, and topped off the other tires completely free. And we didn t even have an appointment. I love Discount Tire s policy of fixing flats for free; businesses like this don t exist anymore. I will definitely be buying my next tires from here.

I had bought some Cooper tires from Walmart online and had them mounted at a local dealership. From the first day they rode terrible. My truck would shake and bounce around 40-55 mph. I tried getting them re balanced a couple times but it didn't help. Finally I was told the tires were bad. Walmart said they couldn't help me. Cooper told me to call Discount tire. I called and spoke to Mitch on Wednesday. He said bring it in and we will look at it. I came in on Thursday afternoon and told him everything and showed him all of my paperwork. He looked at the tires and ended up giving me credit for all of the money I paid for the tires. I got a new set of tires that afternoon. They even stayed late to finish my truck and Mitch the manager was in the shop helping balance and install the tires. I could not have been more impressed with the customer service. I can't imagine going to another tire store.

I had a flat tire pulling into discount tire. Ran over a nail and punctured the sidewall. Michael was able to squeeze me in last minute. He did a phenomenal job and he has excellent customer service. I will be a lifetime customer. Thank s Michael!!

I had an appointment and they took care of me ! The service was quick! They were outstanding and friendly!! I just got a balance and rotation of my tires! I was also able to see the progress of the service!

Just been frequentlying them for about the last six months or do and haven't had a problem. Customer service is great and very informative. They know there way around tires. I recommend them. Good business.

I had a wonderful experience at Discounted Tires! All of the staff was friendly, and very professional. I had bought new rims for my car. I m very satisfied with my purchase. I wanna say thanks to Kris for helping me pick the right ones! :) they had me in and out within the hour! Plan coming back for all my tire needs!

Great Place, had my free tire rotation and balancing done due to having bought my tires from there. Was easy making an appointment and had me in and out of there in an hour, so I was able to do it on my lunch break. Very refreshing to see the employee moral there, they all seemed to be in good spirits in the lobby and in the bay. Customer service was great, they answered all my questions and concerns for getting back to work in time with ease and professionalism. They interacted with other customers very kindly and above and beyond with their demeanor, which is very odd these days, when other places seemed like they are miserable with no smiles on there face.

Highly recommend taking pictures of your car and wheels before they work on it. Pretty sure my car had knew scratching on it and all the wheels were curbed told the manager about the damage and they were slightly defensive. They said they are filing a claim but I m sure corporate will back them up on it. Other than that great company to work with and balanced the tires.

Great experience with Discount Tire. I messed up ordering the wrong size tires online from a site that works with discount tire for installation. The employees at DT talked me though the difference in the tire and my options. I was able to get some comparable tires on the spot. Even with my mix-up they had me in and out in about 45 minutes. Highly recommend using them!

Great service, very professional and spent time making sure I had everything I need. I got my new rims installed in a timely manner with 2 brand new tires that was needed at a great price. I definitely recommend this store for your future tire needs.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I bought 4 tires from them, and as long as the tread is still good, the tires are under warranty. They replace them with no questions asked. And if you have a tire going down, they will fix it. If only had to pay for the extended warranty on a replacement tire. The best decision that I have ever made in 60 years was to buy my tires from them. They send you an email to come get your tires rotated, and it is part of the warranty, too.

You can see my review below and understand how far they have fallen. I can no longer recommend this business. They have set up a SCAM where if you tire has ever been plugged they will dismount the tire then refuse to put it back on. So you are left with a flat tire OFF the wheel. Basically, stranded unless you buy a new tire from them. I had to carry my wheel and tire in 2 parts to a reputable business to remount and patch. If their excuse was legitimate they would have warned me remounting was conditional if there was a prior plug and I could have gone elsewhere. But it is not legitimate and they are scam artists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY TIRES YOU DO NOT NEED.Great prices and great service. They will recommend tires based on what is best, not most expensive. They will not recommend new tires if you do not need them. They will order the tires you want if they do not have them. They fixed my flat for free several times on tires I did not even buy from them ... which is the service that convinced me to only buy from them now.

Great customer service and fair prices. I believe Eli was the service rep, and he was professional during the entire process. I took a loose wheel and bought an installed tire from them. Service was fast and friendly. Would use them again. Their economy tire looks well made.

They weren't busy the day I stopped in. They came out to my car and took care of me immediately. They gave me a quote, and checked my air pressure! My tech was very articulate and honest.

They have tire insurance and fix nails in their tires without it if you bought them there. You can reinsurance your new tire if it needs to be replaced too.

Originally ordered tires for my BMW and bothThe pace and Pensacola location gave me the runaround. I was told that the tires were sent to a different location so I drove to them Davis highway discount tire. I asked about the tires I had ordered. They told me they were not in, the representative told me that they had other tires in stock, not even a name brand I was familiar with. He informed me that he had to get someone to go pick them up for installation. I ended up having to pay about a $60 difference, they put on what was supposed to be new tires. However, since then I ve been having issues with my tire pressure low, under 29 psi. For BMW the psi should remain at 35 psi I took my car in twice the first time he refilled the tires the second time he checked to see if there was any leaks there were no leaks until this day. My tires are still losing air pressure. I m going in today to see if anything will be done about this issue.

Always had good service at this location for many years. Took my vehicle in to get wheels balanced and I guess they had some new people working that didn t know you shouldn t put the balance weights on the face of a split spoke wheel. Didn t notice it at first so I brought the vehicle back to show them. Of course the younger counter person didn t have a clue, and said that s the only way to balance the wheels. Yeah right! Luckily the other counter person came and offered to redo the balance by split-spoke method, the right way. I came back another day to have the balance redone. The balance was great! The weights were behind the spokes where they should have been. Only thing, he had the younger guy take the weights off the face of the wheel and clean off the adhesive. Big mistake because he already didn t want to do it. Was finally able to washed my car finally after all the rain/cold weather and saw that where he removed the adhesive it discolored the wheels. All the wheels were scratched pretty bad not happy about that at all. Haven t even had these wheels for 2yrs yet and now they look bad in those spots. This is not to bash Discount Tires. This is just to share one bad out of the several good experiences that I have had at this location. I believe the younger counter person needs to be coached on how to handle situations better. Having an attitude when a customer is bringing a concern to his attention is not good customer service. Will be contacting them to see how they want to take care of this. I can t let this go!Update 05/07/18Update 07/05/18In April they gave me an option to have the wheels refinished or get a new set. I chose to have the wheels refinished. This was around April 18th. They gave a card for me to contact the person that does the refinishing. Odd! I contacted him on the 20th and he said that he would contact me on that Monday 23rd. Didn t hear nothing from him that day and to this current day.I go back to the store on June 13th and talk with James and let him that the refinishing person they referred me to never contacted me. At this point I let him know that the wheels need to be replaced. He agreed and wrote down the information needed to order new wheels and said that he will call me they arrive. That was June 13th, it is now July 5th and no call yet. It s just really frustrating so I guess I will have to be the one to contact them.

This place is amazing. Jake was a positive and professional. We had a flat tire on our RV and miles away from home. Jake and the team had us back on the road in under an hour. Great place and if you need tires this is the place to go. Friendly and wonderful.Thanks Jake!On the road again.J

Very friendly service. They got me in right away. 845 on a Wednesday morning and I was the only customer. Of course it then immediately filled up after me. But I have a feeling the Waits are very short here for a tire service place.
