From the Customer Service right down to the nitty gritty of repair costs, Andy and Melissa deliver top tier service with the quickness! Had 2 vehicles in need of repair and had them both dropped off with about an hr left for them to close. Had me in/out of the shop the very next morning with both cars running EXCEPTIONALLY well. I was extremely impressed as a customer and highly recommend you do business with them!

Everyone at this shop were very polite and helpful. They took the time to explain all that was needed done to my vehicle. I was given a ride home till my vehicle was ready, which it only took a couple hours. They are quick and very reasonable with their prices. I will use them again

I have taken all three of my cars there. They take there time to diagnose. Always install quality parts.Shops like this are rare these days.No heavy sell on additional recommendations, vehicle is gets all fluids topped off and tires checked.

Each Time I Took My Vehicles To Them To Have Work Done They Always Fixed The Problem. The Only Shop I ll Take My Cars To Definitely A 10/10 In My Book

They did a great job on my husband's truck last week! It went kerplunk and needed to be fixed asap while he was on the road. So I went to wonderful Google to search for an auto repair place with good reviews. I saw plenty of positivity in their's. They were professional, friendly, flexible, quick, and affordable. The truck drove sooo much better!! I am glad we chose Dennis Auto Repair! Thanks guys for taking great care of my husband and his truck!!!!

Dennis Auto repair are awesome. I had multiple gas leaks in my fuel line the dealership was unable to help me do to the parts were discontinued Subaru want to charge me almost. $3,000 to build me fuel lines. Took my truck over to Dennis Auto repair to see what he can do he was able to find my fuel lines within four hours on the internet. And was able to fix my vehicle under $1,500 I am so grateful that he was able to find my parts and fix my vehicle because it was unsafe. For me toDriving it. And did not take me to the bank with high price.I highly recommend this Auto repair. They did an awesome job thank you very much..

I had quite the experience during my time at Dennis' Auto Repair. Dennis' is a highly recommended location for honest work and upfront reporting; it is exactly what you get.The mechanic themselves will call you back and explain the situation like it is. The desk staff are all very kind and straightforward in ensuring you get the best experience. To top it off, they have a free shuttle service in case no one is able to pick you up to and from the location - how many other repair shops do that for their [loyal] customers?*Please be sure to clearly say your address so not to confuse the driver picking you up.

I was on a 1100 mile trip when my SUV decided it needed some repairs. A local friend suggested Dennis Auto Repair to me. While still driving to Pensacola, I called a spoke with Gabby, who was able to get me in quickly. Casey was able to diagnose several areas that needed attention. At first I was a little concerned about what was diagnosed, however, Casey took me out to the garage and under my car. He showed me exactly what he was talking about. I could see with my own eyes, without a doubt, there that there was a lot more my SUV needed than what I thought. I was on a very short timeline, but Julie was so wonderful in getting all the orders in for parts quickly, knowing that I did not have much time.The experience did not go without a hiccup or two, mostly related to supply chain issues, but each step of the way Julie made sure to keep me updated and assured me that they would have my vehicle ready to go when I need to go back home, or sooner(it was sooner). Julie worked endlessly to get the parts on time and Casey kept making sure everything was done correctly.I plan on spending a lot more time in Pensacola and I can assure you that Dennis Auto Repair will be my #1 choice for any repairs or maintenance I will need.Very friendly, super knowledgeable, and committed to their customers! I've been satisfied with their service each time I've taken my truck to them. They tell you like it is without all the fluff. They won't sell you a service that you don't need. They've always been honest with me and everyone there has always been friendly. Definitely recommend if you need your automobile repaired or serviced.

My new go-to for anything I need done to my vehicle. The entire staff is friendly and honest. I took my vehicle there for a couple of issues and, since it is my daily driver, they were able to get the repairs done quickly. The cost for what I had done was also reasonable. If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!

I stopped in because they are very near my home and as I left home that day, I had a low tire presssure warning appear on my instrument panel. I already had bad tires so I wanted them checked so I would not have a flat. I already had scheduled the installation of new tires elsewhere. They helped me immediately. They inflated all tires to the proper pressure and told me at what level the pressure should be maintained. While inflating the tires, they showed me how my tires were being damaged by worn shocks and struts. I had the shocks and struts replaced by them. They got me in quickly and completed the job within hours. They also provided me with transportation to my home and picked me up when the job was completed. This was very much appreciated. They have a nice waiting area. The staff were all very profesional and courteous. They are now my chosen repair shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Brought my car in for an oil change. Service was prompt and professional. I was made aware of needed repairs and was given an honest opinion of what needed to be done in what order from a mechanic's perspective on priority. I own a mini Cooper. Learned today changing a battery is not a walk in the park. Called Sandy Sansing, disaster and after an hour on the phone I found Dennis Auto Repair and they were able to make the impossible happen. Their staff and customer service was impeccable. Additionally there price was a quarter of what Sandy Sansing repair dealership was going to cost. They were able to lesson a really bad day.

Had a jammed electric seat. 2019 rav4. Worked on solutions for 4 days. Nothing worked.One rail was jammed. Couldn't move forward or back.Motor worked though.An old guy who identified as the "Toyota guy" came out and fixed it in under 30 seconds for free and reccomended a cheaper solution nearby if the problem arose again.Good people here.

Nothing beats a local reliable auto repair shop. Had unexpected repairs need on two of our cars within a week of each other. Had one towed in and dropped the other one off. Both were looked at and repaired within three days. Customer service and communication is awesome. This will be my go to place for my auto repairs and occasional maintenance.

Absoulutley awesome! Today I visited as a unexpected walk in needing immediate tire replacement to get home safely. Though the tire in need is a rare size the company referred me to a competitor who could handle the large size tire I need that was awesome customer service and beyond descent help for me and my baby girl. Thanks ladies yall were such a great help. Definitely recommend

Wonderful repair shop with excellent employees. Tammy and Tim kept me informed on the progress of the repairs to my car. They went above and beyond making sure my car was fixed properly and kept the cost at a good price. Always available when I called, shop was clean and I was surprised when I went in to pick up my car Tammy even knew who I was even though we had never met face to face.

Joanna is the sweetie person ever. I had a coolant leak in a very strange place, on my Grand cherokee, the oil housing). They got it figured out and quoted a price. Now here is the kicker.. I have NEVER in 54 years of living had a repair shop call me and tell me the price went down. Wait, I am not finished. Had to go out of town for business and they actually asked me did I want them to drop my jeep off at the house so it would be there when I got home.Topof the line.. I will never take my cars anywhere else but here. They say when you find something good, you stick with it. Well consider me stuck.Service: Air conditioning

This is a great team. The staff went above and beyond to help me and my family locate a company that was able to fix my van after an accident. It needed body work which at the time they could not help me with but definitely did everything they could do. Honest and friendly and will visit them again.

Came in to get the brakes fixed, they ended up fixing the problem, but created another problem with them. The 2nd time I go in is for the Air conditioner to be fixed, they only put the freon in, and the dye to check for leaks and I assumed they checked but they didn't so the next day there was no freon, so I go in the next day and then they tell me.theres a leak, and the manager said we said no to diagnostics, but we were never prompted about diagnostics, we assumed the dye was gonna be used properly for them to check for leaks, but they failed on their part for that. The manager over the phone kept switching up his story on the phone about the situations and even asked us kindly to remove our review off Facebook after refunding us partially instead of refunding us fully for something they didn't fix properly. I don't recommend going to this shop. P.S. a professional told us they were overcharging.

Dennis Auto Repair has been taking care of my cars and truck for the last five years or so. They are very qualified to solve any problems your vehicles may have. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of quickly and fairly.,they keep you informed on how their work is coming along. Dennis Auto reminds me of how cars were taken care of before all these quick fix places came about. It is a big relief to me when I know I will get the best and fairest work possible. Tim is easy to talk to about your problems and always is great about explaining your options. I have several vehicles he has repaired and never a complaint. Also I have never had to wait more than a day to get back on the road.

We had issues with our vehicle and we called Dennis Automotive. Casey (one of the mechanics) not only verified what we had already known about, but also found potentially other other potential dangers that could have deadly. We are so grateful for Casey, Ms. Tammy and their entire staff for their honesty, caring about the safety of their customers. They even gave us a ride home but also picked us up when our vehicle was finished. They also gave us discount as my fiancee is a disabled veteran. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR CASEY, MS. TAMMY AND THEIR ENTIRE STAFF. THEY HAVE OUR BUSINESS FOR LIFE.

Dennis Auto Repair is a shop that has been desperately needed in the Beulah area for a long time. Tim and his staff are all excellent at what they do and at the customer service skills. I absolutely love this place! They do great work at affordable prices plus their customer service is by far the best I ve ever experienced. They get you in and out and have a convent overnight drop off option. I highly recommend them and they have a customer for life!
