I was on my way to Mobile from Mississippi to purchase a set of tires from another shop. Had saw an add on fb marketplace earlier in the day and decided to give these guys a call. The tires I had saw online had sold the day before but to say Roy went above and beyond is an understatement. In the hour it took for me to get there a replacement set of tires was delivered from the warehouse and ready for install. In the past few years I owned vehicles with rim sizes from 18s to 24s and have brought and dealt with new and used rim and tire shops from Gulfport, MS to now Pensacola, FL. This shop is head and shoulders above 95% of the ones I have bought from in the past in terms of value and honesty. Thanks Roy. I will be contacting you again...

Roy is a stand up guy who is very dedicated to his customers, fair prices and quality products and labor... I recommend him and his shop to everyone I know. Including everyone who uses Google. You guys come check him out

This place is Awesome! It has a variety of tire and rims for very affordable prices. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, are patient to listen to your concerns. They treat you like family. So stop by!!!

Great customer service. Answered all of my questions and concerns. They are honest and upfront. But they also aim to please the customer. I would highly recommend them. I feel that they have great competitive prices. You're also treated like person and not just a number.

This is the epitome of a west coast style shop locally owned and operated. Roy Reyes the proprietor of the shop answered the phone at 2am. I was on a bicycle 2 1/2 miles away and he said he'd wait for me as it took me almost 2 hrs to secure the tire and rim I needed to have mounted and balanced and lighted for the trip. I received a message around3:45am as I was 1 mile away still he had to work at 9am. I explained and this awesome gentleman turned around from almost home on the water and serviced me. I'll never do business anywhere else. Thank you Roy you Rock!!

Exceptional experience! Roy went out of his way to find and fit the perfect setup of wheels and tires for my vehicle. After several visits to different retailers; Custom Specialties paid attention to me as a customer, understood my wants and lastly offered the BEST and UNBEATABLE PRICE.

I ve been going here for years and always leave happy! They can get any tire you need and will run to the factory that day if necessary. They work hard and go above and beyond for their customers. Love this place!

I would refer these guys for anything, even though we were only there to get a U-Haul car transport from them. Why? Because they actually care about their customers. They have integrity, they're clever AF, obviously hard-working, and treated the idea of helping us out of a bind as a matter of course. It's obvious they are just good people who take pride in what they do, and that's the kind of company we should all be doing business with.Here was our experience: We tried to pick up a car transport from another location but due to a U-Haul error, our car was too low sitting to fit on the transport. The owners at that location couldn't be bothered and told us that helped us "wasn't worth their time". Meanwhile we're hours behind a cross country move and going to be driving in the middle of the night to get to our reservation if we don't find a solution for towing our vehicle.I called and explained the situation to Roy who was as shocked at the treatment we'd received as we were, but promised to find a solution. We headed there, he took red hot minute to look it over and said, "I'm just gonna let the air out of the tires." I felt like I was watching a real life riddle unfold, and had that delighted moment when the answer is finally revealed and you're left saying "Ahhh, duh! That's the genius answer! Of course!" I love smart people who think on their feet, solve problems, and aren't thrown off by a challenge. He solved in minutes what the other place wasted an hour arguing with us about. He and his guy had us hooked up and ready to go in no time.I only wish we had known them before we were heading out of town. Do us a favor, and give them your business. They deserve it.

If you need tires or rims for your ride this is the place to get them. It s not a big chain store and that s a plus. Roy the owner gave me a price $200.00 cheaper on tires than Vannoys in Gulf Breeze and I have dealt with them for over 20 years. They took care installing my new rims and tires as If it was their own. Do yourself a favor and call Roy at Custom Specialties and see for yourself. Thanks again CS for everything Darrell T

Placed an online reservation for their U-Haul service. Showed up on Saturday morning to pick up my reservation no one was there. Waste of time.uhaul said they are suppose to be open.

Have used this business for multiple different tires and rim purchases and have never not been satisfied great business and the owner works with you and will help you get back on the road when you have a tire issue. Will not go anywhere else for time and tires

The people doing my tires rounded out my lug nuts and not even a week later had to patch my tire and also they were in the phone the entire time took 2 hours to do two tires
