My buying experience was fantastic! I wasn t even looking to buy a car when I visited the dealership, but they had just the inventory of unique and good quality cars I just had to.I spotted a Porsche Boxter out of the corner of my eye driving home. It was late and I was tired, but John in sales, and Evelyn in finance were both extremely friendly, and helpful without being pushy at all.A deal was made in no time and now I m driving my dream!Thank you Evelyn and John!

Just purchased a 2018 Nissan Armada that was in awesome preowned condition. I ve been researching, test driving Armadas for the past month and found that it either wasn t in my budget or it was but terrible condition inside. Evelyn was great, they actually all were super nice and seemed very family oriented. I love my car purchase , inside was clean , drove smooth, tan interior super clean inside (just what I wanted) and is the Platinum version. Great price!! I would highly recommend! Thx guys!

I can t stress how much Courtesy Automotive was a blessing to my husband and myself. He was in need of a new vehicle and Evelyn, John and Mike went above and beyond to help us find something that would be reliable and also fit into OUR budget. We never felt forced into a sale like you would at a lot of other places. We walked in as strangers and left feeling like we d made new friends. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good vehicles sold by good people!

Jenny, Michael and Charlie were very professional and made buying a new car very easy. Good people and a good business. It didn't take more than 30 minutes. AND I forgot my garage door opener and mailbox key in my old car so they brought them to my house!!! HOW AMAZING IS THAT!!!

Highly recommend! The team was so helpful to make sure I was happy. They had one of the cleanest 2nd Gen dodge Cummins I have been looking for, for years. They were also interested in one of my trucks and made everything happen and never stopped until the deal was done. The staff was so friendly. They even drove the truck I purchased over 10 hours!! from Florida to Texas! If you Need help ask for EVELYN! She will take pictures, videos, FaceTime whatever it takes, of whatever you re interested in purchasing, I couldn t be happier with my purchase and the customer service Evelyn and Mike showed me through this process.

I had a great experience at Courtesy Automotive! I bought a 2017 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback from Evelyn. She was super helpful and was responsive to all of my questions, whether they were over the phone or in person. The car did have some pre-existing issues before it was sold to me, but Evelyn and her store worked out some deals with me in order to get parts repaired or ordered so that car functioned properly and looked clean. Everyone in the store was super friendly as well!

I was out looking for a car for my son and stumbled upon this little dealership. Everyone there from the manager down to the groundskeeper were great folks. We ended up purchasing a Chevy Volt and it was an all around great experience. I had the pleasure of standing outside and having a conversation with Mr Eddie who refers to himself as the shop do-boy . He is an incredible gentleman and living history. If you re ever in the market for a used vehicle, stop in and see these folks. Easy going, family ran establishment with beautiful vehicles.

I'm a little late with writing this review. Just wanted to highlight the exceptional service and wonderful experience I had assisting my parents with purchasing a new car. Big shout out to Ms. Evelyn. She was extremely helpful and patient. I apologize for not remembering the gentlemen's name who assisted her as well, but both of them were very professional and courteous, exemplifying their name "COURTESY AUTOMOTIVE INC." Brought a jeep wrangler from courtesy put 5k down and 5 months after purchasing the head gasket is blown, they wouldn t let me switch into another vehicle unless I put down more money after I gave them 5k. Let s not forget when I purchase the vehicle it didn t have a back seat it took 3 weeks to get a backseat that didn t match the front seats and when it was time to get my tag it was a lot of confusion.. don t not waste your time or money with courtesy run far away.

Looks like my husband and myself are not the only ones sold a lemon vehicle from Courtesy Automotive. Oddly enough it was also 5 months ago when they sold us a vehicle with a head gasket issue and nothing but overheating issues from the first week we bought the car. We've lost so much money because of this car (between car repairs and paying for rides) and have suffered financially and have been struggling the last 5 months due to having to pay Lyft for rides to and from work ($30 bucks a day adds up). Thank God my husband can walk a half mile to the grocery store before coming home from work after a 10-12 hour shift so he can bring groceries home, or we'd really be in a bad way (as if it's not bad enough). Would not have bought this vehicle if our circumstances had not caused us to be under duress at the time of purchase due to a series of unfortunate events. Wish I had more time to research it before making a grave decision. Beware of the faulty cars they sell.

Michael, Kubi, and Evelyn made this the smoothest long distance vehicle purchase I have made so far (I ve made three in the past year alone).Buying a vehicle from 4.5 hours away can be a challenge.The 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLK was exactly as represented in the photos online.The entire process took an hour once I arrived.Thank you Courtesy Automotive for making this such a memorable experience!

Do NOT buy a car from these people.Update 1/10/2024. I have no spent over $2000 in repairs because this POS lied to a 73 year old man and sold him a vehicle not only with the wrong ECM in it, but also a radiator they drilled a hole through only to reverse wire a fan on the car. The tires were dry rotted. Of course they say he doesn t work here anymore.I hope your karma comes swiftly.

I went in here just browsing a month ago, found the Honda Accord I had been looking for and ended up getting my truck traded in for a price that wasn t beatable anywhere else or realistic. Very one on one with you and build on top of a personal level working with you. They re generous and amazing workers with a positive attitude you look for that attracts you. I m sure to recommend to anyone else.

I can t say enough about Courtesy Automotives! Kubi and Michael has went above and beyond for me when it comes to buying a vehicle. I went to multiple dealerships prior to coming here and no one s professionalism and humanity can even match these ppl here. They help me get a car that was comfortable for my budget despite my situation and that s a blessing for me. These guys are my family now. That s something I never expected from A dealership. Backyard mechanics and scammers! Purchased a vehicle from them and after about 50 miles, I had a major mechanical issue. The dealership was cooperative and offered to fix it for free in time for my move across the country- even gave me a loaner to drive until then.Unfortunately their rushed repair job didn't last long and ultimately cost me a lot of money in the end. They had to do a lot in a short amount of time in order for me to move, but that's no excuse for slapping it together the way they did. They also completely ignored the main problem that caused all the issues in the first place.After having a few legit mechanics look at it, it ultimately cost me over $3,300 to fix the problem they ignored, and the damage caused by ignoring it.I even tried to reach out to them multiple times to get information on the repair they did, to better inform the mechanic, but they ignored me.

I purchased a car from Kubi here a few weeks back. Kubi was a nice guy, but honestly he and the people he works with aren't too interested in the right things or the correct things. I bought a 2016 VW Golf, and it already was having an issue with the keyless start. They said they could try to re program the key fob, but beyond that, couldn't do anything. A quick googling of the issue let me know it was actually an antenna behind the bumper that receives data from the key fob. They never mentioned this during that process or offered to fix it. Now a few weeks later, I'm also having more issues and after diagnostics, the Turbo assembly needs replaced. Quote I got from a shop is $4300+. Sent an email to Kubi about the issues, but no reply so far. There's no way he and the previous owner didn't know about these issues and the cost to fix them. BEWARE - THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.

I bought my car in late December, and it was a really great experience. I stopped by late one evening just to see if they still had a car that I saw online and Mike actually got out of his car (he was leaving) to show me the car. I wasn t expecting that. Impressed me. I went back the another day for a test drive. I liked the car but was undecided. I decided to think about it. I told them I was going to look around a little more. They didn t pressure me. But they also let me know they hadn t forgotten me, when Luis called to check in with me. I liked that. After looking around a little more, I decided it was the car for me. Buying it was easy and they gave me a 90 day warranty (not offered much around here). My air went out a few weeks later and Luis and Mike stuck with it until it was 100%.I love my car and being a manager myself, I appreciated the customer service, attention to detail, and the fact they kept their word about the warranty. I wanted to wait until all was good before I reviewed them. All is good. Thanks guys!

A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Verne and Michael!!! If your looking for great service and great prices this is the place to be. Coming from Athens, GA (7 hours away) we were a little leery purchasing a Truck over the phone. However VERNE and Michael was absolutely amazing, patient,helpful and understanding. My dealer Grayson drove down and the truck and paper work was ready and turned around and came back home. The process was the easiest ever in my car buying experience. I will definitely do business with Courtesy Automotive again and will refer all my friends, family and my clients to this awesome dealership! Very honest and upfront! So happy with my purchase!!

We had a great experience working with Luis, Mike and Logan. They stayed late so we could finish having dinner with family, and look at a truck. We were treated like we were part of the family. They don t take themselves too seriously, and that made for a comfortable buying experience. They even put the vehicle on their lift and allowed me to check it out from underneath. We pointed out a couple fixes that they made and didn t pass the cost onto us. Highly recommend them.

Michael and Louis were extremely helpful in buying my truck! They are both very knowledgeable and friendly and really know their stuff. Neither of them were pushy like most dealerships. They were able to get me in the truck I wanted for an extremely fair price. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Where to start... the people here seem very helpful and honest and like they are doing their best by the customer but, its really all BS. My spouse went here to look at a Jeep and the one she wanted was sold so they showed her a different one. It looked nice and ran well so I went and looked at it and drove it. When she talked with the sales guy Luis he sold her on a restoration package that included rust mitigation and removal along with a spray liner throughout the inside. She traded in a 2017 Buick Envision that had a KBB value of 16k. By the time the deal was done and Mike promised to restore the Jeep she had walked away with zero money in her pocket for trade and paid and additional 3k for restoration on top of the 10k for the Jeep. The Jeep was bought in April and was in and out of their shop until August for said restoration and installing a radio we bought. But the time it was all said and done the radio was installed so poorly it was falling into the dash, the rhino lining had rust coming through it because they didn't prep and just sprayed on top of rust, the underside of the Jeep has rust so bad that the rust removal and restoration is obvious garbage and is showing through the coating under the Jeep. The springs are pushing through the body, a random price of metal was welded to all 4 springs to reattach then to the body... the weld is shotty at best and the last time I tried to address all these issues with Mike he ignored me and I'm pretty sure he blocked my number. When we got the Jeep he said if we didn't like the work he would give us the Buick back or a different Jeep but how can you give back a vehicle heal ready sold? Also, awesome Mike made sure to tell me that there's nothing we can do about the sell cause Florida does not have a Lemon Law covering used vehicles. I do not recommend anyone buy from this place. Obviously.

Shopping at courtesy automotive has been a great experience in my behalf .my first car was purchased here I had a awesome full-blown first purchase experience, on the test drive the guys were very detailed in showing it to me. I love my truck.I bought a GMC sierra 2014 and immaculate conditions. They have a great team of mechanics and over 20 years of hands-on mechanical experience. I wouldn t go anywhere els.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I bought a Jeep from here in June. The Jeep was $10000 and I gave them an additional 3k to "refurbish" it. I had several issues with the Jeep after that, and it remained in and out of their shop, staying in their shop for over 2 months out of 4. Now, they did such a horrific job (literally zip ties and spray coating to cover up major issues) that all 4 shocks are about to break through my frame, the rust they missed when trying to cover it up has made parts of the frame look like parchment paper and there are parts of my frame literally getting ready to crack in half. All after he said he would "make it right" and "do right by us" and make it "as if it were his own." Now he also refuses to answer our calls after taking 13k for an extremely unsafe vehicle he KNEW our 2 young kids would be in. Their ethics, morals and work quality are all shocking for a business. We are both veterans and law enforcement officers and I am telling you...do not buy from here if you want a quality vehicle for the money you work hard for!! I am also doing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Military Consumer Protection Agencies. That is how bad my Car from them is!!
