I walked asking for relays and walked out with the exact discontinued tuner, specific to my year and model of Harley, that I had been wrestling with buying for weeks. I swear it was because of the shop dog. Swapped out my fried OG Fuelpak and plugged in my new FP3. It s a massive quality of life improvement.Suffice to say, CMC is where it s at. If they don t have it or can t get it, you don t need it.

I had 5,000 miles on my Dunlops on my 2016 Road King and could not get traction on the rear tire. Trevan recommended going with the Michelin Commander III Touring series so we ordered a set and had them installed. The difference is like night & day, I can t believe how well my bike rides & handles now! If you re looking for the best tire for your Harley I suggest you give Cottonmouth a call and get yours installed today! Don t forget to ask for Jess!

I took my 03 CVO Roadking to get a new speedometer. After they had it for 3 months, I got it back with the cruise control button broken. I had it home for 2 weeks and the cruise quit working all together. Now the check engine light is on and the tachometer quit working. It won't keep a charge. I will not be taking my bike to them again. I feel like they tell you what ever they can to get them off the hook.

Really nice people, go way out of thier way to help you. Really enjoyed going by there. They will be installing my stereo system in my 2023 street glide.

Worst service Iv ever received.. they messed up my left control harness, lost the rubber water proof connectors that go in the plug there are two pins that are not even correctly installed when I went back the following day the guy behind the desk wanted to raise his voice at me and tell me do you know how to re pin do you do you very unprofessionalUpdate Two hamdfuls you do realize the plug has 8 wired in it it s a very small harness the small prices where the ones you already hacked off my harness don t make excuses for your awful quality of work . I brought you the old left handle bar wiring harness and the new one if you couldn t have don t the job you should have told me that to start not after 3 trips to your shop trying to fix your mess up and after all that you tell me you want the bike absolutely not !!

I needed some work done on my front fender. I stopped by Cottonmouth on a Saturday. I was introduced to Dean Fowler, he looked at my bike, gave me a quote, and was able to work on the fender during the following week! I got the fender back within a week and it looks great. Plus the total job came In less than the quoted price. If I ever need work done again, this is a great place to have it done.. Thanks again, Dean!!!

Shop is experienced and knowledgeable. I took my Harley to 3 different dealerships to get it fixed. One stop at cottonmouth customs and i was back on the road, good as new. 10/10 i will definitely be coming back again. They also have a used parts inventory that will blow your mind.

Brought my Lowrider S motorcycle to get work done @Cottonmouth Customs and was not disappointed. Great work! Excellent service staff and fair pricing. Highly recommend this shop .

Stepped in looking for a bike but it had already sold. The staff there were very helpful and was knowledgeable. If your contemplating going stop in and check them out I was glad that I did.to get mechanic work done seems to cost as much as Harley so if your trying to save money well don't think that . But you can trust the work . Joe knows what's up on the bikes .

Stopped by today while out on a bike ride. They have a nice selection of new parts and a huge array of used parts. They had a selection of used bikes for sale as well. Prices were very reasonable. Staff was very friendly and even gave us a drink to sample while we were there. They have a large shop and seemed knowledgable. I haven't had them do any work but would consider them in the future. They have a nice lounge/bar area to wait while your bike is getting serviced. Definitely worth a stop!

Brought my Dyna in to figure out what was up with it. About an hour later I got a call for what was wrong and gave them the green light to start workin on it. I got the bike back in half the amount of time they had estimated, including ordering parts!Joe and the rest of the crew here are super knowledgeable and you get a couple free shots of moonshine just for coming in.

Go see the gang at Cottonmouth Customs! Everyone was extremely helpful with sharing knowledge, and steered in the right direction. Very happy with the results. Had them do a Stage 1 upgrade( True Duals, Air Cleaner, and Fuel Pak), install Saddle Bag Crash Bars & Speakers in the Lids of the Saddle Bags. Everything looks & sounds GREAT; Thanks Joe!

Best repair shop in town....and has lots of parts too...Joe knows his bikes...Trevan and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Can not wait till they open their new place. Got a few things done since they opened in fall 2019 and been pleased each time.

I brought my 2018 road Glide special to this company for a New front tire note that it is stock and has never been taken off the bike before, they scratched, gouged and bent the rim. Then he calls me the scammer and will not stand behind there work. $600.00 rim.

Great place to visit and shop. Awesome rare bikes on display and a good stock of aftermarket and custom parts. Upstairs is a candy store of used parts and, interestingly, a moonshine bar.

A great place to do business with they did everything to a t that i asked for and had to go get my bike from another shop they will have all my business from here on out long as they keep up the great work u must give them a try even if u use another shop I promise they treat u like family and understand COMMUNICATION with their customers witch means a lot to me and price was great also
