Continental Import Repair in Pensacola is a highly disappointing automotive shop. Taking your car there proves to be a terrible decision as they hold your vehicle for an extensive two-week period without adequately addressing the repairs. To make matters worse, they engage in malicious acts that sabotage your car's condition. Consequently, when you finally retrieve your vehicle, it is in a significantly worse state than when you initially entrusted it to them.

they have had my car for three weeks now and nothing has been done to it. nobody has given me any updates. i had to go and get updates myself - they d had my car for two weeks at that time and hadn t even ordered the parts! one week later still no word from them, no returned calls, and my car is still just sitting there! god knows what they ve done to it, or if it s even in one piece still. absolutely ridiculous. i m about on the verge of having my car towed to another mechanic that ll actually work on my car. totally unacceptable. wont be back.

It's a one man shop, but John is a wizard with all makes amd models. I have been taking my vehicles to him for 20 years and he has always given me great service and advice at reasonable prices.

Absolutely the best service i ever received!! It is difficult to find a garage knowledgeable in volvo's, and I was thrilled with the work preformed, in a timely manner, and considerably less expensive than the Dealership!!
