This has been a horrible experience all around. We wrecked the truck back in August and it's the end of November and it's still having issues. We had e taken the truck back 3 times and the last two times the just left us without a rental. Stranded us at home. Brought it back broken every time. So we finally took it to World Ford to have it looked over. Diagnosis run $400+ dollars and we needed two. Two systems. So two diagnosis. In the mean time I got a flat in my tire. So they're saying it's due to the flat and not their repair work. Three weeks passed while I waited for my appointment at Ford. The window issue and the alignment have been an ongoing situation since the crash. We are paying for our rental car out of pocket and all of the diagnosis and repairs to be done correctly. We asked for Classic Collision to open the claim back up and help out like they should and our request has been denied.Their work is guaranteed. All I can do now is fight with my insurance guy and warn people about their morals and outsourcing of their work. The bodywork looks good. So they can do that. But do not let them have anything else to do with your repair.Warning Warning Warning.You have been warned.

They did an excellent job on my vehicle. The only thing I didn't like was that it was almost a week later that my car was ready from the promise date due to the wrong part being sent

I brought my (very cherished) 2017 Destroyer Grey Challenger to WFPB after Hurricane Sally to have some paint and body work done. From the onset, everything I experienced with this shop has been stellar. Their communication through the process, their eagerness to ensure I was fully satisfied with the finished product, their willingness to make everything right and as back to new as humanly possible was unmatched to anything I could've expected. The staff here cares, no matter how busy they are. They take the time to make you feel like you are important to them and that your satisfaction is of the utmost importance.I highly suggest them for collision, paint, and body work. They may take a little longer than some of the other shops (you can get it done fast; you can get it done right; but you can never get both), but they will not stop until you shake hands and walk out truly content with your vehicle. And I am. Thank you to the entire staff. They took the same amount of care with my car as I would've taken myself. I appreciate that.Services: Part finding & extracting, Vehicle rebuilds

Brittany, terry, and several other members of the classic collision team have been incredibly wonderful, professional, and helpful from the beginning to the end of having my vehicle repaired. I dropped it off about three weeks ago and in that short amount of time $5,000 worth of damage has been basically erased. I m so incredibly happy with the service. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Any issues I have had they went above and beyond to help me and i am so beyond grateful for the wonderful service.

This body shop and towing company works together with Escambia county to price gouge you and fill their own pockets we were on an accident with an uninsured motorist who was on their phone and ran a stop sign at the urging of the state trooper I let them tow my car because I was told since it wasn't our fault it would be cover by insurance it wasn't. It ended up costing us $550 for a 5 mile tow and for our vehicle being on their property no more than 24 hours not counting what I had to pay for the tow to get it home when I could have paid $75 and had it towed straight to my house do not trust them they are greedy beggers!

Had damage to the front driver side area of car as result of a tire blowout. The vehicle arrived at West Florida Paint and Body on 05/19/22 to complete the repairs. The first time I was told I was going to get my car back was suppose to be 06/03/22, then early the following week, to hopefully the end of the week , hopefully some time early next week , and on until I was told I could come get my car on 07/26/22 since everything was finished and handled with the insurance. When I got to the office, I was asked if I had a check for the insurance agency. I told Ed that I did not have a check from the insurance company and that they told me they were sending the money to the repair shop that the car was going to fix it, not me. Ed was pretty adamant that I was sent said check, so I had to leave without my car since we had not come to a resolution. I called the insurance company and verified with a representative that I was not sent any check and the repair shop had the check, yet to be cashed. The following morning, Ed called me and said it was a mix up and the insurance company sent the check to the wrong company in error, (which I was aware of per the call with the insurance rep who said the check was actually stopped some time back and not the same amount as the check he was referring to) and everything was good to go. No apologies for saying everything was good the day before and accusing me of having something after I said I did not. I pick up my car and the air conditioner is blowing at the highest fan on Lo, but blowing hot air instead of the cool air the car had prior to the accident. Trent told me he was sure the A/C had been recharged and I did not give the car enough time to warm up. The next day, the A/C is still blowing hot air and I called to inform Trent that the problem was consistent. He then tells me he looked at the file yesterday, saw that they did not recharge the A/C, and placed blame on a sublet mechanic, they failed to do such after putting in the resonator. To make matters worst, the battery in my car I have not used in almost three months dies the following day. Today, Ed and Trent tell me nothing involving A/C was to tapered with and the A/C problems are due to either the blend door actuator or the mode actuator. Just a lot of run around and not once an apology for wasting my time or providing false information. I had an appointment with Pensacola Honda who Trent said would be responsible for recharging my A/C and was not suppose to be of no cost since they were suppose to do it initially. I could have potentially went somewhere to get an unnecessary service that would have eventually been at cost to me since that establishment had nothing to do with the issue. I overlooked those few missed update call days I was told would take place, an almost two month time gap from when I was initially told my car would be ready and every other day that never went through, and the many different updates that changed or was backtracked cause I just wanted my car back.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

WF Paint and Body helped me get my claim approved through insurance. They did everything they could to keep me calm and to get a full approval, since my insurance was being a pain. Afterwards, they fixed my truck in a timely manner and made sure I was informed along the way. Had my car painted and they did a great job. Told me it would take a week to complete. Got a follow-up call Thur to let me know it would be ready today. Very courteous and honest. Highly recommend them.

West Florida paint and body is a nightmare. I put my car in for some repairs. They called me a few days later to tell me the cost would increase because I needed two headlight replacements instead of one. That part was fine. But then when the price continued to skyrocket, I told them that I was going to try to submit an insurance claim and that I was still prepared to pay out of pocket if insurance wouldn't cover it. Instead of continuing the repair, they held off ordering parts. They did not even inform me of this. I called them to get a status on my car a couple weeks later and that's when they told me they hadn't ordered any parts because they were waiting on the insurance. There was never any apology or consideration for their mistakes. They took 4 weeks to replace my headlights and bumper. I spent over 1500 dollars on a rental car as a result. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Being a woman I was kind of cautious of visiting a paint and body shop.However, I can Honestly say that West Florida Paint and Body Shop did me right!The staff was eager to work and fix my car.The job was done professionall. I was very pleased that the job was done with care and was affordable. Also the job was completed in a timely manner.Overall, this was a positive experience. I recommend this shop. I recently had my 2019 Silverado in for some paint/body work. Although the paint match was good, I was disappointed with a few things. The reason for my 3 star rating is due to the overspray on several items completely unrelated to the scope of work such as the glass, headlights, and tailgate. When I was told that my truck was ready to be picked up I discovered damage on panels that never should have been touched as part of the original scope of work, causing me to have to leave the truck with them another two days. Also the final polish/detail work done at completion left me with a lot of work to do on my own. After spending half a day cleaning/fixing the shop s carelessness my truck finally looks the way it should. I made the decision to bring my truck to West Florida based on their website and observing some of the higher end vehicles they were working on during a visit to their shop for an estimate. Sad to say that is no longer my opinion after my experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my truck repaired here after being rear ended at a stoplight. The whole West Florida team took great care of me. The damage was extensive, and Tracy would call me to update me on the progress of the repairs every week. The work they did was beyond my expectations. West Florida went above and beyond just piecing my truck back together. I highly recommend West Florida Paint & Body to anybody who wants to have their vehicle returned to showroom condition.

Way over priced. My husband was in an accident ( that was not his fault)his vehicle was towed here. Not by our choice. Not where we wanted it to be towed. It was there for 3 days. Once we knew my husband was ok. We wanted to get his vehicle. Before I was able to get the price down some (not much) it was over $500.00 to get it out. Only 3 days! We feel robbed.

Charge $40 per 24 hour period! Had friends car 36hours and charged $80 storage fee plus $300(150 tow fee 150 administration fee) it was there for 5 days when she goes to get it , THEN they tell her she has to have legal tag and registration (tag is expired) .car can not be driven, radiator is smashed from accident . State trooper wrote on paperwork . No hold. Release car . BUT THEY WONT. And the lady she spoke to was extremely rude. Then a man spoke to her another day, and he was just as rude .

Wow. I needed work done on my car ASAP, I called them on Friday, they had parts for my BMW by Monday, I dropped it off at 730am on Monday and it was done in 24 hours. I was leaving on orders on Wednesday and needed it done ASAP, Ronnie was completely understanding and ensured he would do whatever he could to have it done. AND IT WAS! I am so happy and thank you to West Florida Paint and Body for the unbelievable service that no one else in Pensacola could do for me. (USAA preferred!!!)Mara B.

A deer appeared out of nowhere and committed suicide via my front bumper. West Florida Paint and Body did an amazing job. They communicated every step of the process and kept me informed with any changes or additional work. They also had my back with my insurance company when it came to using the manufacturer parts. I would highly recommend them.

$508.00 to tow my vehicle less than 3 miles. $75 for oil clean-up (Wasn't leaking anything) $50 to bend the steering wheel so they could steer it onto the wrecker! And then to be rude, un-informed and un-helpful?! I hope they do good bodywork cuz their customer service skills "Stink!"

My car was not only taken care of with me in mind, but quickly and done well. Adam was extremely kind and kept me up to date with the process. My car was also so clean when I got it back! Would 10/10 recommend.

I had a car accident on 7/23/19, USAA recommended this place to get my car repaired at, it took 3 weeks. Which was fine as I had rental car insurance with USAA. I got my car back however and it wasn't driving right, come to find out they didn't replace the transmission fluid. They also when they replaced my front headlight didn't adjust it, so it was facing toward the road instead of up. They left my new rim in my trunk instead of putting it on my car. The repairs they did on the outside look really good, they're just not thorough on checking to make sure everything is complete and safe.

Was rear-ended and my vehicle experienced extensive damage. Have used WF P&B in the past and returned to them for repairs. From start to finish, Rochelle was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to provide me with information and status regarding the claim and work. Additionally, the repairs were professionally done with great emphasis on detail and restoration of the vehicle to pre-accident condition. I am very pleased with the service, will use them in the future if needed (but hopefully not), and highly recommend WF P&B if you want high quality work and professional service.Claim #01-11W2-63MService: Vehicle rebuilds

Had my Cadillac CTS repaired here as this was the preferred vendor for USAA insurance which was responsible for the repairs. Met with Tracy for the estimate and he set a date for me to drop it off.The repair took one week as he said it would, the job was well done and I was surprised when I picked it up that the car was washed, polished, floor mats scrubbed and carpet cleaned.If I ever need body and or paint work done in the future I will not hesitate to take it to West Florida Paint & Body

I had a headlamp replaced in my older model Toyota 4 Runner. They were careful to make sure everything was aligned properly and installed correctly. Rochelle and Angel were great!
