I have a car that was never made in the states. I called around and around trying to find someone to help me with a clutch issue. Nobody wanted to help because they said they are unable to pull anything up on it. Jeff took it on with zero issue. I was in and out in a day. Told me about other issues that will need attention in the future. I think I found my shop for the entire time I m stationed here

I called Jeff about two issues on my 1962 Corvette. I had a radiator leak in the oil leak in the vehicle. I brought the car in on a Friday morning. He diagnosed both problems and also tuned some small things in the same day turn the car around and have it for Friday afternoon. If you want shade tree mechanic, go somewhere else! Jeff and his staff are top notch!! They will bring your vehicle back to life and make it run fantastic. He is so good I trust him to care for my mother's car! You get a fair price for great work. You need an appointment because he is so good. He is thorough and you will be very satisfied. Best of all, he is close to downtown.

I finally found a mechanic I can trust! Jeff at Cannon Automotive is fantastic! He found the real issue behind the Code P0171 and explained in detail what was causing it and fixed it quickly and reasonably. Whereas the dealership was saying it was something totally unbelievable and would have cost thousands of dollars. Go to Cannon if you want honesty.

Jeff did an excellent job on the brake lines and miscellaneous other issues in my 64 chevelle today. Excellent shop, I highly recommend, even if just to check out their renovated service station.

I would like to say they are horrible don't use but.... Been using Cannon Auto for over 15 years , they are honest, find the problem, fix it, rather quickly too, my only complaint is they are so good that appointment times are taking longer to get. I travel 25 plus miles to take my car to Cannon.

Wow This Auto shop is absolutely amazing! First off it was so well put together and adorable inside. The mechanic Jeffery was quick and courteous He did such a phenomenal job on my car! When I drove my car home, it ran better than it ever has before. Thank you so much for a job well done. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this shop and I will certainly be coming back for any car needs in the future. I have had two repair jobs with them. I would give them 6 stars if I could! I can't say enough good things about Cannon Automotive and the owners. They are easy to work with, do what they say the will do, shopped parts for me, are conveniently located, and have the cleanest shop in town! I love having them in our hood and will only use them from now on!

This is long overdue but I would recommend everyone to this shop!! I was highly recommend myself because it's so hard to find honest reliable mechanics. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. Figured out my issue within 30 mins if that after another shop told me there was no problems (even w/my check engine light on) and had me in and out in about an hour. I won't go anywhere else!

My daughter was home from college. We took my daughter's car to Jeff after she had taken her car to someone we researched in her college town for her AC not working. The college town AC repair quoted us $1800 after paying $200 for freon. Since she was home, we got a second opinion. It was a valve, $199 total. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jeff! Jeff at Cannon Automotive was wonderful! My car had to be towed to my shop and they fixed the issue. Unfortunately, the next day it stopped working again. He drove to me and fixed the car again at no cost to me. His customer service was impeccable. Jeff at Cannon Automotive was a lifesaver. Not only did he quickly and inexpensively repair the problem with our car in a few hours, but also talked me through a quick fix on the phone so I could drive it to Cannon instead of paying for a tow. Incredibly nice people and it definitely helped minimize the impact to our vacation!

I came into Gulf Breeze for vacation with my check engine light on in my truck. My friend recommended Cannon Automotive. I went right away. Jeff was at the desk when I arrived. He actively listened as I told him of the issues I noticed. He called me with what he found and fixed both issues the same day. The price he charged for the repairs was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this honest shop to ANYONE! Thank you Jeff!

We were about to head home to Chattanooga TN when we started having car issues. While I was originally looking under the hood of our Jeep to see if this would be an easy fix (it was not) someone came by and asked if we needed help. When I told him it was something that would need a mechanic to do, he recommended Cannon Automotive. Luckily for us, they were literally across the road. These guys are great workers. Their prices are fair and their attitude is positive! They got us in and out within 5 hours! Highly recommend! There prices are just like them, honest.

I was on vacation in Pensacola Beach. My car would not start so I have to asked someone to jump it for us. I went to Cannon Automobile. Mr. Terrel ( hope I remember correctly) helped me with my car. He told me is battery not the starter. I was so sad thinking it is starter and since starter cost around $500 to replace it. He checked my battery out and said that I just need new battery. He jump the car for me so I can go to Auto Zone to get new battery. He save my vacation. Thanks again for your help and your honest. Next day, I drove 10 hours home with out any problem. I would recommended this place. They are honest and really friendly.Service: Auto battery maintenance

This is the second time I go to Cannon Automotive to have a pre purchase inspection to a vehicle. Jeff is so professional and precise, you can trust him.

EDIT: It has a brand new top replaced less than 3 months ago and I put it up with one arm while sitting in the car, try another excuse. If my vehicle is in your possession it should be secured at the end of the day if it wasn't picked up. You were never told it was going to be picked up same day or any specific day. I had to call back multiple times and ask what could be done for you to finally agree to have me bring the car back so you could clean it out and the car was still completely wet, I highly doubt the seats were taken out. We have sadly spent plenty of money with you and given many recommendations but will be taking our business elsewhere and acting on the situation accordingly.When I picked up my car it was full of water. Both floor boards, cup holder, and ash tray have puddles in them. The employee shrugged off the fact that the car was left overnight with the top down while in their possession. They might be good mechanics but I prefer not to have my interior ruined while getting another part of the car fixed.

After driving from California, our truck s water pump broke right as we got into Pensacola s dog beach parking lot. Just a short drive away, Cannon s was open early (730am) and were very friendly. They reassured us they would be able to fit us in. We were in and out in a few hours. Back on the road to our destination. Very friendly, fair pricing, and super helpful. Thank you gentlemen! We were heading down to Pensacola from MN for the Blue Angels Home Coming Airshow. Our wheel bearing went out and needed quick assistance when we arrived. Jeff from Cannon Auto was extremely helpful and was able to order the part right away- so when we arrived they could begin working on it.They were able to repair our vehicle very quickly. Their professionalism, willingness to help us during a time crunch, expert mechanic abilities, flexibility and overall customer service is like no other!We highly recommend their services!

We were in Florida for a short vacation and had vehicle damage due to getting water into our engine. Cannon Automotive Center was recommended by a local. Jeff, at Cannon was very friendly and understanding of our situation. He called us with a diagnosis exactly when he promised. He proceeded to find a needed replacement engine, and finished the installation, by working overtime to get us back on the road as soon as possible. When I picked up the vehicle, Jeff showed me videos of what he encountered in the engine, along with the broken parts. The next day, we drove the 900 miles back home without issue. Cannon, without a single doubt, would be my goto place for auto repair if I lived anywhere close to Gulf Breeze, FL. Thank you so much, Jeff, and crew.

When I moved here 9 years ago, I needed to find a mechanic for my old Jeep Wagoneer. The two names I heard were Ace Cannon and Danny Robinson. I knew Cannon's was next to the hospital so I trusted them to do the work. They have been with me through several cars now and I trust them completely. They want to fix the problem while being honest. I've had problems that I expected to big and expensive only to find out it was a small cheap problem. Jeff and Ace's integrity and hard work keeps that place a healthy and helpful part of our great community.

Five stars is not enough! This guy is awesome. We are from out of town and he was very busy but when we told him our dilemma and that we were leaving for Tampa the next morning. He diagnosed the problem with certainty, ordered the part, and told us to come back at 8 in the morning. He did the repair in 15 minutes and we were on the way!

There are somethings with a car you can probably do on your own. And there are other things that you should have a professional and his team look at. Cannon fixed it pretty fast and I am happy with the results. They also correctly attached my front bumper so that it doesn't vibrate anymore. Thanks !! Called me twice during the process, once to tell me the problem I had and ask get the approval to fix it, and the second call telling me the car was ready. Great communication

Let me just say, these guys are the bomb! Visiting from out of town when my brakes started scrubbing. Called the closest place I could find which happened to be Cannon Automotive late on a Friday. They let me know they wouldn't be able to repair anything today because they were backed up , but would be happy to look at it and let me know if it was safe to drive. When I got there, Jeff took one look and told me my brakes were scrubbing metal. Even though it was close to closing on a Friday, he offered to go ahead and put the brake pads on. So thankful for Jeff, the mechanic that did the work, and Cannon Automotive as a whole! Will refer my family and friends who live in the gulf breeze area!

The mechanics and shop owner are top notch car guys, they go out of their way to take care of people and are my go to. The shops mechanics are a constant and youll see the same smiling face every time. You can bet if you get work here the repair bill is honest and lower than the rest of the area. Its the last of the old school car repair shops, i had an issue with my vehicle and paid a large towing bill to have it towed 50 miles to this shop because i knew the work would be done right and fair.
