very friendly staff, always warm welcoming and willing to help you if needed. a must of you need a great place to get your car wash. Come by and try them out, well worth the money spent. car comes out sparkling everytime. only negative os they don't do inside windows( ) which I pay more to get done for me

Today was an excellent day to wash the car. Soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by an enthusiastic, knowledgeable young man (Santi). He helped and guided me through the purchasing process.The actual machine car wash did a pretty good job on my vehicle. It cleans better than most machine car washes. Next time I'm in town. I'll be returning to this location.

Very nice car wash! This was my first time coming to this one and all of the workers were very friendly they even offered to wash off my mats in the back for me. I will definitely be back!

Since I ve moved here from Cali, I signed up for this car wash establishment.. I love it!!! Worth the money.. I pay 36$ a month and can wash my car whenever however many times I want. Sara is so helpful and sweet!! I enjoy a chit chat with her and her service is exceptional!! .. always smiling, and happy to help..I try to wash it at least twice a weeks for sure once, it is dusty out here some days in Pensacola. They have everything you need for a detail inside. Glass cleaner multipurpose cleaner etc, I especially love the little air pump to get all the dust out of the hard places..I enjoy my membership at Caliber. I ll keep the whole time I m here!!!Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

De was a very good employee i was new to this car wash and she was very hands on with helping me with making the right choice of wash for my car. She has great customer service skills and came across as a happy joyful employee who tajes pride in her job.

Love this car wash! My car always comes out clean and the staff is friendly. Sara helped me of her own when she saw me struggling and I m so grateful! Forever membership here

This car wash is by far my favorite car wash to go to! All their vacuums work great, and they have other amenities! They are super nice and even are willing to give free car wash if there is an error with their equipment. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

For someone who has never been to this car wash before I couldn t have had a better experience. De was super kind and helpful and explained the different options to me. She even got me signed up on a monthly plan so I will definitely be coming back just to see her. A+ customer service and my car looked great after.

1st time there. Went based on reviews. New to the state. My car was filthy! Just returned from a road trip. Bug juice every where.I was taken back by the prices first. The young woman, Miemie, was very polite and helpful. She gave me a military discount. Still $21. Back home you can get a detailed car wash, inside and out, for $28. I asked her if the vacuuming was included. She said yes it was with all the packages. That was my misunderstanding. I thought they had attendance that wipe down the cars clean the windows and vacuum the interior. When I pulled up the entrance of the wash I told the young man that there was a lot of bugs on the front of the car and it needed extra attention. He said he'd take care of it. After going through what I thought was a very short wash, I pulled out to the vacuuming area. As I went to wipe down my vehicle it was evident that the wash was not effective. There was still an awful lot of bug residue all over the front hood and grill. Miemie came by and I told her about it. She told me she'd be happy to run it back through. She told me to mention to the young man that it needed extra attention. I told her I had already done that. It was somewhat better after the second go around. I realize the amount of bug juice on that car was going to take some special solution to get it all off. Which I would offer to the company as a suggestion that they either have a vending machine or carry products behind the counter that you could purchase for special detailing.I was pleased with their cleaning and window products. As well as the vacuum attachment and air nozzle. All that being said I worked on my car for two and a half hours. I would not return based on the cost. I think I could have gotten the same wash at the lower $10 price as I did at the $25 price.

Love this car wash! So convenient to my daily errands and I love that they have cleaning clothes and cleaner on hand. The glass cleaner they use does a decent job also. Friendly staff and great location!

A decent wash for the $10 I could afford. (Not to say they're pricey, I just live on a tight budget.) Enjoyed making use of their freely provided, very absorbent wiping towels along with window & generalized cleaning sprays. I'll be happily coming back!

Overall a good place. It gets the job done well for the type of facility that it is. The Vacuums need to be stronger.But they do offer towels and cleaner for the inside of the car as well. Not a bad place overall. And right next to chick fil a!

Great experience. Loved that someone was there to help with payment. Lots of vacuums and cleaning supplies. The car wash didn t get the back of my car very good. I did have to clean it myself, but the towels and cleaner provided took care of that.

MeiMei was absolutely great! My car hasn t updated into their system yet and she scanned me through to get my car washed. And she gave some complimentary air fresheners!

This is my first time coming to caliber I was greeted with a happy, warm, greeting and attended. That was so helpful and nice. All the equipment was clean and worked very efficiently. The car wash worked as good as any but I would definitely recommend this place.

The BEST car wash around. Definitely worth every penny and then some for the monthly membership. As a realtor I always want a clean car. They make it so easy. Staff is always so friendly and facility always clean and maintained.

I heard mixed reviews about this place, so decided to try it for myself. They are offering free car wash for their grand opening, so I decided to try it out, but ended up being pretty disappointed. My entire back of my car didn t even get touched. It s just as dirty as it was before I went. I have a small suv - BMW, X1. See pictures - this is also as soon as I got home & I do not live on or near any dirt roads. It bright out so couldn t get better pictures, but can clearly still see it did not get touched. I also purchased the deal they were offering for $10 my first month. I would like to get a refund on that, so I do plan on calling. The vacuums worked good, but we re so loud it literally hurt my ears. The air spray also had a bad smell to it. Not sure what s going on, but I do not think I will return unless I cannot get refunded. If not, I will most definitely be canceling the membership after a month. Seeing as this place just opened, I would take this into consideration. Sorry guys, not trying to be that person leaving a bad review, but I m honest.Please note this is the new one on Creighton.

I love this place . The only 2 things I wish they would change is the employees bombarding you at the gate to try to sell a membership. It s posted and very visible I m sure if people wanted a membership they would get one . I don t need someone standing at the gate to press buttons for me and swipe my card. It s intrusive Secondly the person at the entrance of the wash that sprays the car before it goes through. There should be 2 people one on each side . It s pointless if only half of my car is getting sprayed

I have been going to this business since they opened and have had my cars all on monthly membership subscriptions.Over the last six months, this business has had broken equipment with the final application wheel and the tire cleaners broken and not working over 50% of the time.I have brought it to the attention of the manager who has tried to have it fixed and yet it is still not fixed.Every time I have gone through the wash it just sprays the final application on the car but doesn t brush the final application which I pay for and us simply washed Off by the final rinse.The tires never seem to get clean and staff have advised me that they are putting in new equipment to fix the problem but it has never come.I DO NOT recommend using this car wash until their corporate office can get the broken equipment fixed.

I've been coming here steadily since they have opened. I've had a great wash each time and the service is great. De and Sara are of my faves here! Always have a smiles on their faces.

Sara was very informative and friendly when explaining the limitless wash. Usually car washes don t get all of the grime and dirt off the car, but not a speck of dirt was visible after my wash. Highly recommend this car wash! Thanks again Sara!

Great carwash, clean, quick and easy. There are not many places anymore that are one on one with customers, De always greets me with "Good morning Ms.Kate, I hope you're doing well" Very nice staff!

Gotta love this location! Staff is always friendly and gets the job done. Prices are pretty reasonable and will come back every time! Vacuums and car mat cleaners come in clutch.
