Made an appointment, dropped the car off and a few hours later my car was ready, cleaned inside and out! Went in for an oil change came out with a clean car too, and cheaper than one of those drive in things! Very satisfied, you guys have earned a new regular customer! Thx

I was so pleased with the service I received at Pensacola Cadillac! I was driving from Michigan to Florida for vacation and realized my oil life % went from 33% to 18% and I found this dealer. I was so glad I did! They were able to get me in for oil change for my 2023 XT4 and tire rotation and they were finished within about 20 minutes. Also, the people at the dealer I communicated with were so polite and absolutely outstanding. My wife and I were so pleased and I would recommend this dealer for sure!!

I had an appointment but I still waited as long as the lady beside me (who did not have an appointment) waited. We both have a Cadillac CTS. I purchased my car here and had a previous car serviced here as long as I had the vehicle. When that lady's car was done, they came to her personally and talked to her about their findings. Then the offered her a complimentary car wash and vacuum. Since no one had updated me on the status of my car, I went to the service desk. They told me it was done and go to the checkout. I had my breaks checked due to the front ones squealing. The checkout clerk told me nothing was wrong with them. I asked her if my car was ready. She said that they should have it pulled up. She handed me the keys, then I went outside trying to find it. I saw a young man sitting between the bays, so I asked him if he knew where my car was. When I asked him about it, the young man went to get it. When I asked why that had not washed my car, he didn't have an answer. My car is a Cadillac, just as the lady's in the waiting areas was. This is the second time in a row that my Cadillac was not given a complimentary cleaning. ! The next day or so, the checkout clerk called me to tell me that the brake pads were in. They cost $500.00 she said. Now why would I pay $500.00 for brake pads that they just said I don't need? BTW, I've been going here for more than 10 years. Not feeling like a valued customer anymore. I didn't appreciate the way they handled my business. Even an update would have made the visit better. I'm now considering going to another service place.

Cadillac of Pensacola was super great getting my car in and out of service for an oil change on time. Jessica Riley kept me informed and up to date on all I needed to know. I d recommend her for anyone looking for A+ service. The car wash was nice too.

Great service professional. Arrived early, my service guy was busy at the time, but other members of the service team jump in and help. Great service loving this, can't happen nowhere but Cadillac of Pensacola.

The Friday before Christmas and on our way from Gulf Shores AL our fully loaded with Xmas presents Cadillac XT5 stopped running at a light in Pensacola. After waiting for tow for 10-15 minutes we tried to start car again and it started. So rather than tempt fate we went straight to Pensacola Cadillac and they quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue caused by poor installation of a new battery by a AAA technician earlier in the week. Thank you for truly saving Christmas!

I was satisfied with the salesman. He was very nice. Gay also needed work done to my vehicle. It was covered under warranty that they did with no problem and the problem was fixed. I'm very satisfied with the Dealership

The dealership repaired our XT6 without an appointment. We were traveling I Pensacola during the holidays and they did there repairs the day after new years. The service quality was excellent and to staff were curtius. Thx!

I went out to my 22 Cadillac Escalade early in the morning only to find it was locked and would not unlock. I assumed this was due to a dead battery. I contacted Cadillac roadside service for assistance and they assigned the job to Cadillac of Pensacola. The roadside assistance technician arrived on site, well equipped to deal with the problem. After opening the car, using the mechanical key, he proceeded to replace the battery with the appropriate battery which he had brought with him. This fixed my problem at no cost.

Was visiting from San Antonio. They diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts in stock and had my car ready in about a day and a half. The most amazing thing was that the service advisor (Nick) actually listened to my description of the symptoms and got back to me promptly with an accurate estimate of how long it would take to fix and the cost. He called me, I didn't have to call him!!! How refreshing.Services: Electrical repair, Transmission repair

We were road tripping from Florida back home to Texas when our cadillac acted uo and threw a engine code.They got us in first thing in the morning,gave me a ride back to the hotel to wait until the car was ready diagnosing.Unfortunately they didn't have the part in stock but luckily it was minor and they git me back on the road within a couple hours.Made it back home no issues for cadillac of Katy ro fix the car.Thank you to Pensacola cadillac for the peace of mind and the above bar customer service.Thank you again!!

Excellent customer service with details of services provided. Had oil change and replacement filter and new tire replacements. Everything was done in a timely manner that included a car wash. They cap military discounts at $50 on a $1600 repair versus honoring a full 10%. Oil change is now $90! Ridiculous!!! I ve heard several customers with complaints in the service area lobby. Customer service is not this dealership s focus. Very frustrating!

Step One Buick and cadillac got it going on! Great service, timely check ins for service, great follow-up from advisors, staff are friendly, courteous. The transport driver has is a safe driver and is always professional. Step One has a number 1 team of players who work to satisfy the customers. My plans are to upgrade to my next cadillac. Im impressed with the elegance of cadillac and the smoothness of the ride. For real, For real. On 6/20 my husband took his car to the service department before 8am and he had an appointment. He needed to pick up by noon due to his work schedule and was told by the service team oh no problem He never heard from them and used my car to get to work and so a neighbor was on standby to take me to get the car. I called at 2:30 and the car hadn t been looked at. Called again after 5 and it had not been looked and the technician had left for the day.On 6/21 the service department texted stating it was the battery (which was still under warranty) and a sensor for 650. My husband needed the car and authorized the new battery and was told the cost is 90. We go to get the car and they wanted to charge another 180. My husband argued and clearly there was confusion. This service department cannot be trusted. Think hard before using them and if you do make sure you watch the billing.
