Mr. Sebastian was a great salesman, and met all my families needs. We were in need of newer SUV at a low rate cost.He got us in and out the door. He is the most professional understanding and caring person to work with in a professional environment.If anyone needs to get in the vehicle I recommend that you go see Sebastian.He not only gave his time and dedication to his customers but he gave us an experience not just selling us a car.If you want a great deal I will recommend JD byrider.We love the team and staff that work there they're all awesome friendly caring and customer service excellence

Had an awesome experience with Sebastian and Jerome! They were super helpful. Sebastian helped me find a couple of different insurance companies. Jerome even helped me with getting my insurance to go through, tech foul on my part. Overall, great guys and would definitely go through either of them again! Go in and ask for Sebastian or Jerome and tell them I sent you!

Absolutely harasses you about insurance. My insurance updates yearly. Every year I m required to provide proof up update or be charged an additional fee. This year the added the fee without bothering to make sure my insurance updated. The manager on duty saw no issues with adding an additional 100$ to my bill without any warning. I ve never missed a single insurance payment and pay early on my car. They still harass you never worth the customer service.

After being ripped on labor, and improper servicing a local car dealership refused to repair a car that blew a motor after they supposedly repaired the problemThen they continued to lie about their excuses. So I stopped in at byrider to look, and was sold this place has so much to offer. I'm going back in tomorrow to purchase my next car. Highly recommended I won't be wasting any more money with courtesy automotive

Jerome is your guy if you need a car. He was extreme helpful and polite. He talked me through everything. Made sure I got into a vehicle I could afford. If you want a vehicle go see Jerome at jd byrider.Following this up I had the worst experience of my life with service. They had my car a week and a half. They lacked communication, to find anything out I had to call unless it was them saying nevermind your car won t be ready today. Now having my car back it s popping and humming (definitely didn t do that before )So in my opinion after my experience I don t know why they have a warranty if they don t care to be bothered with it. And obviously I will be taking my car to a mechanic now to get a diagnostic for the problems I m having now. Just got my car back two days ago btw.

Visited with family member. Salesperson considered me condescending for asking to see a maintenance record for a vehicle if my family member chose one. Instead this person wanted me to accept the warranty they give. When I tried to speak with a mechanic he felt I was calling him a liar. I let him know that my family came first and I had no concerns about his feelings. I asked to speak with the service manager. First he said he would get her then said they didn't actually have a service manager. I wouldn't trust him if he swore on a stack of Bibles or his family member's grave. Making a commission was his only concern not my family member.

My Salesman Jerome Was Great And Did His Absolute Best To Get Me Approved Even With My Bad Credit And Repos! Would Definitely Recommend JD Byrider Especially For The People Worrying About Getting Approved! Update: My Car Was Totaled Payed My 500 Deductible And Got Back In An Even Nicer Car With Very Low Mileage Very Happy Same Sales Person! Thanks Jerome!

Stopped on a cold sat afternoon just about closing time just to get a look at what was available. Sebastion was very friendly. Took time to check out several different vehicles. Some were just not a fit for me but he was helpful and patient. Found one that works for my needs. Very professional and attentive.

Sebastian Anglin my salesman at Byrider in Pensacola is my knight on a war horse for getting me through obstacles. To help me purchase my car. I was very pleased to able to get a affordable vehicle that gave me all the items I want, at the price I could afford. If that wasn't enough, this man is so knowledgeable of the industry. Sebastian was unbelievably sweet and helpful throughout the whole process of me getting my first car!! I didn t feel rushed or like I couldn t ask questions he was more than happy to explain everything and stayed over an hour past closing just to make sure everything was squared away WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Gotta say, I have been out of a vehicle for awhile. Was worried I wouldn't be able to get into one either... But Sebastion A. really came through for me. He was incredibly helpful and informative, making the entire process pretty relaxing and not stressful whatsoever. When I decide to upgrade eventually, I'm coming right back and looking for Sebastion.

Sebastian was very helpful and helped us get in car the very same day . We had terrible credit and minimum down payment but still got the car we wanted.. 10/10 do recommend
