As I've been doing for years, go in for regular scheduled oil change and as usual they had me in and out quicker than expected. I might find the service slightly cheaper at the neighborhood "quickie oil change" places, but worth the differenceknowing it's done right and knowing they have ALL my records on file. Been with these folks for years and plan on many more years to come.

Buick GMC Pensacola has done great service each time I've taken my car there. Any service ive had done such as recalls and oil changes done in a timely manner. Plus their customer service workers are very professional and helpful. I will continue to take my SUV to them and highly recommend them to others.

On the first day of my trip my truck was sideswiped by a semi at an intersection. My drivers mirror was impacted and removed abruptly from my truck.I immediately called the dealership and of course the part was not in stock but yet available the next day. Made an apt to get the repair done. The dealership did a great job. Had the new mirror installed in about an hour. Thanks so much for the great service

De Sean facilitated the quick fix on my 2021 Yukon AT4. The lifters were repaired all in a day s work. After a rapid decline (30 minutes)which included all my engine lights flashed , engine was knocking, and suspension was lowered automatically, I dropped my keys in the overnight box. By 2pm the next day, it was fixed and all under warranty! Very happy with my service.

Bob our service consultant was the absolute BEST! He explained everything..kept us updated as to the progress of the work..finished the work in an incredibly timely fashion. Can't say enough about him and the service staff..top notch..will ALWAYS take my GMC there..even though we drive an hour and we have a dealership (sub par) 10 MI from us. If you want the BEST all around dealer and service..THIS IS IT!!

We were on vacation when our truck gave us a warning saying to get it serviced soon because it was going to stop shifting. I called Onstar and they directed us to the GMC dealership in Pensacola, Florida. They were awesome! Caring and courteous. The part needed was in stock and soon we were back on the road. Service department was efficient getting my car in for service for a trailer brake sensor issue and 2 service advisories. I called the service department and I had no problem reaching my Service advisor or someone that could assist me I left my truck for the weekend knowing that I was going to need to leave it for a day or 2. My service advisor, Nick , took care of my concerns and communicated the work process and let me know in a timely manner when service was completed. When I picked up my vehicle it was a little hectic. Maybe because it was before Christmas holiday? That s the only reason I didn t give a 5 star rating.

It s never the services offered that make a company stand out. To me , it s always the people. I have bought a few vehicles from Pensacola GMC and have always had them serviced there. For a few years a gentleman named Dashawn has been my service advisor. He is always helpful, informative and respectful of my time. To be honest he is the reason I will continue to buy GMC and have them serviced there. Job well done!

Engine problems suddenly occurred when we were out of town on January 1. Engine light and 3 other warning lights appeared on dashboard. I was able to schedule an appointment online for first thing on January 2, the day we were to return home. This dealer was able to correctly diagnose the problem, arrange a rental car and complete the repair by mid-afternoon the same day.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not have an appointment but they got me in and out in less than an hour. They were very professional and courteous. They also have a military discount.

I was disappointed when I went to check out after getting my oil changed on the truck that I purchased brand new at this dealership. 2022 GMC sierra purchased new. I have been getting all my oil changes at this shop since I purchased a treadmill. This time when I went to get my oil changed I asked him the price of the tire balance and rotation. They said it was 59.99 . The oil change and filter was 79.99 it was right there on the pricing chart on the wall. When I went to check out they had a $17 shop charge for using the shop. That is very dishonest to tell someone a price and then to charge them a shop price. I asked what the price was I was told what the price was but then at check out I found out I had been lied to. Put the correct price on the board and charge the correct price. If I go back again and I m charged a shop price I will not be purchasing my next new truck there.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2020 Acadia. This also included a 23 point inspection. Turns out they did not check the air filter for replacement. Based on their own records, the air filter has never been replaced and the car has 30,000 miles. It begs the question what else has not been properly inspected over the last 4 years, specifically safety items like brakes.

Everything went smoothly, I went in for an Oil change w/Filter. Luckily I had saved my monthly Coupon. And I was able to get my service done for under $60.00. after I checked in they checked my car out making sure there's no ding's or scratches. Checked my milage 27,000. On a 8 year old Encore. ALL in All I wasn't there long enough to fix a cup of hot Chocolate. it certainly helped my wait time that I'd come in a little earlier than my Appointment.<{� �}>

Every time I come into the dealership, Desean always is the upmost professional even times that I think that my warranty isn t covered he does the extra research to make sure that I m satisfied as a customer. I can t tell you how much money he has saved by doing his job which is not what a lot of people do these days dealership overall has treated me with respect and always satisfied my needs. Overall, my rate would have to be a 9.7.

I dropped my truck off because AC was not working. They called me and said it was working fine. Then explained to me I just didn't know how to use my AC. I picked it up and it was still not working. Drove it to Milton GMC and they are getting the broken AC compressor waranteed out. Not sure how a technician can't properly use a pressure guage to see the AC was low on freon.

On my last visit my tires were over inflated. On the previous visit I requested a battery load test. My wife told me today that she has been having trouble starting. Upon inspection I found the bolts holding down the battery were not even finger tight. I'm also missing something, I can see where it was. And to top It off the negative terminal on the battery was not tightened.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto battery maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I made an appointment at 8:30am to get a fraying seatbelt looked at to see if it was warranty or not. This should take less than 5 minutes, all that has to be done is open the drivers rear door of the car and it s right there. My wife takes the car in on her way to work, expecting maybe 30 minutes for someone to take a look at our seatbelt. Bob, who was our service advisor, tells my wife that it will be 1.5 hours until they can get to it and it will cost us a $200 dish fee. All this to look at a seatbelt. It s not even necessary to touch anything. It s in plain sight when you open the door. My wife calls to tell me this information, and I ask to speak with the service advisor. I let Bob know that I don t feel like it s right to have to pay $200 for what we re asking, and, we made an appointment at 8:30, not 10!! Bob proceeds to tell me that he s sorry I feel that way in a very condescending tone. I have been a technician for 14 years and even worked for step one for 3 years! I would never even think to charge someone to look at a major safety concern where children sit. This is unacceptable!

The staff was very nice and professional. They called and explained in detail the issues with my car and exactly how much the repairs would cost. The service was excellent!
