I had a fantastic experience at Budget Brakes! I ve been coming to this location since it opened here. Cory and his crew are amazing at what they do. They were quick to get the work done, and the pricing was very budget-friendly. I highly recommend them for any brake or suspension service needs.

Cory and Jessie were great, Got me in and out less than 30 minutes. Alignment was well worth the time I was there. They also inspect to make sure nothing else is needed.

Clean facility, friendly staff, fast service, no complaints..... I was overwhelmed that it cost $1,021 for brake pads and rotors (front and rear) for my 2008 Kia Sportage. But it is what it is, I've got good brakes now I guess that's all that matters.

They wasted no time at all getting me in and looking at my car. Great customer service, they were willing to work with me and my budget and found a solution that was satisfactory. They went above and beyond to deliver quality care, they were not pushy and didn't try and upsell me. They even replaced a part for free that I did not initially ask to be replaced. I will be giving them my business in the future

Overall I was very satisfied with the service I got today. Most of all I was shown the really important thing that I needed to get done. I'm happy to recommend their work and for the service I got was reasonable compared to how much I would have paid at the other shop. Very knowledgeable and straightforward techs and efficient to get you back in the road.

The staff on Mobile hwy were very polite and well informed. They were honest on what I needed and worked with me on near future plans to keep my car wheels good.Definitely recommend them

I live in Georgia and needed brakes in Pensacola. He told us exactly what I needed to have done - front brakes and was honest and didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. In and out in less than an hour! Will recommend Budget Brakes!!

I came to just get an alignment done and then they proceeded to tell me my entire hub assembly was bad on both sides of my front end when I just had the whole assembly replaced not even 2 months ago. I had gone to Vannoys earlier today and they confirmed when they looked at it, my assemblies were not a problem but my rotors need to be done soon. I also took it back by my mechanic (who was busy earlier in the day) and he took it apart and I saw it for myself, not a problem. Also passed the up and down and side to side check. I don't appreciate being lied to. People who don't know stuff about cars probably are falling victim to a bunch of unnecessary work. Good riddance.

After having my car "serviced" by a manufacturer's shop and getting "sticker shocked" for what seemed like simple work. I stopped at Budget Brakes to see what they could do to (or for) me. Guys were very friendly and actually seemed eager to help me out.Long story short they took care of all but one problem in a few hours at less than half of what others had quoted me.I heartily recommend these guys as their work is spot on and they are NOT trying to gut the customer for everything they haveI had them replace all rotors and brake pads, both front wheel bearings and one drive shaft.Service: Steering & suspension repair

It really seems you all need a staff that isn't a bunch of snakes. One price over the phone or in person, when when going to get work done proce changes a few hundred dollars and seems a lot have had this issues as well has snakes doing things to damage a vehicle to get return and more business. That's a sad way to operate, you know. People use these reviews to choose businesses to engage with, and this is a poor way your staff is handling business. Men are rude to paying clients (who keep your doors open). How do you hire staff that is rude and snake like. Conserved myself for our safety now that our vehicles have been serviced by your snake employees. Hire men that have manners and aren't trash your paying clients would appreciate it.

They were great! I called first thing that morning and got an appt same day and they finished my car in a hour or two. **Update**Had to take the truck back there today because there was still a rubbing/screeching noise coming from the left rear wheel. The manager was able to pull up the video recording of the original estimate he gave me and while the audio was very muffled it does appear that I misheard him. He was however still very unprofessional with me and clearly wanted me gone. He would not accept any responsibility for the confusion. I'm still going to stand by the 1 star rating because of that and because of the ridiculous $350/hour labor charge and for charging me for pretty much the most expensive rotors available instead of giving me a cheaper option. I wouldn't bother with this shop unless you like being severely upcharged and treated like an inconvenience. **Bottom line: Get them to print out an estimate that shows all the work they intend to do along with the charges before you give them your keys. I brought my truck in to have my pads and bearings checked out. They told me I needed 2 break pads, two bearings, and one caliper, and quoted me $711. I thought that was an acceptable cost for that work. Two hours later, I'm called to the counter and told the charge is $1711! He says they replaced the rear pads and bearings and both rear calipers. I then reminded him that he only mentioned one caliper needing replacement and that he verbally quoted me $711. He said he told me that both calipers needed replacement and that he definitely said $1711. At this point it's clear I'm not going to get anywhere with him so I reluctantly decide I'll pay the charge and contact customer service later. On the way home I notice on the invoice that they also charged me for replacing both rear rotors, which he had never mentioned, and that labor was approximately $350/hour! That is outrageous...people who are saying their prices are reasonable and that they don't "up-sell" are insane. One thing's for sure I won't fall for it again. My advice is be extremely careful and don't trust their word unless it's in writing.

Corey, the shop manager or owner or whatever ( nobody really knows what's going on up there) would not honor a price I was given 2 days ago. When I confronted him about it he started raising his voice at me telling me what was said between me and another associate and slamming papers down in front of me for me to see. Take your money elsewhere.

It was horrible the guy messed up when he put my brakes back together and acted like he didn't care at all we got into an argument for sure. I hope knowone comes to this place! Also a few years ago I came in to this same location I had 2008 Toyota prius I had them check my brakes I didn't agree with the price so I left and when my 83year old grandmother & I left I couldn't stop at all there was no brakes at all I also crashed my car thank God I was 2 minutes away when I realized so I went back and the guy was just like ohh yeah I forgot to do something and went out there and fixed it thank God nothing bad happen to us I really think someone needs to check out the people who work here because that could have costed me & others our lifes. But I believe in second chances went today hoping it would be a different out come but it wasn't! This place is horrible!

Great place to go for brakes. Prices affordable and better than when I called around a few places. Staff was knowledgable. Alex was awesome, took the car up in morning when they opened and was ready to go within 2 hours.

I needed an alignment real bad. The shop I originally had an appointment with, they weren t even open . Waited 20 mins & still werent open. (Appointment was at 8 and they still didnt show up) so I decided to go to budget brakes & the staff was real friendly. One of the employees let me know that i should get another set of front tires before they do the alignment because they didn t want to give me an alignment with bad tires because it would interfere with the driving performance. I went & got the tires and came back. Alot of companies dont value integrity anymore. They had me in and out I will go to budget for my alignments and brake jobs from now on.

Replacing a few broken wheel studs. Got it done but the ones that were replaced were not the same as the ones that came from the factory. Lugs stick out and have different threads. They insisted they were right and the others were changed. I bought the car new. They have not been changed.

Perfect. Truck braked very well. Replaced sway bar links. I had noticed a little jiggle in steering prior, but they found it and replaced. Drives and brakes like a dream. Thank you
