Fantastic place, fair pricing, honest people, very friendly, kept us up to date on everything while our car was there, ran everything by us with prices before doing any work. They knew exactly what was wrong just by describing the issue.

Place came highly recommended from a coworkers friend. They did not disappoint, they were very knowledgeable, honest, fair with price and quick to get my sons car in. I am truely greatful for this garage and the wonderful people who work there. You have a customer for life thank you so much.

We had some major work done on our car a few months ago, close to $2000, and now we re having the same problem again. They also replaced the motor in the window and it s extremely sluggish. I spoke with the manager who was very rude and let me know they weren t going to do anything about it. This garage came highly recommended but I made sure I told the friend who recommended it so he wouldn t send anyone else to them. It was a mistake using this garage. I ll go to the dealer from now on.

Honesty, integrity, experienced, fair, knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and doesn't take advantage of women without car knowledge. I just had my car expertly fixed by Bobe s garage and it was a VERY positive experience!! As long as I live in Perdido Key, they will be my garage.

I brought my mother car in to see what was going on with it. Within about twenty minutes they knew what was wrong with it. They fixed it and I would recommend them to anyone. Wanted to say thank you to the people at Bobe's . Yall were nice to my mother about her car and didn't try to over charge us thank you

Had my vehicle towed there Wednesday the Steve's were very nice and understood that I needed the price before I agreed to the repair and wasn't worried about the codes just needed why it wouldn't turn over... They called me and said it was the starter and I could pick it up on Thursday morning ... Will definitely go back with any other car problems

They have changed. They used to be friendly and honest and cheap. Not anymore. My whole family has been taking their cars to them. NO MORE. I was price gouged on a front end job. Also tried to have a 15 dollar part put on...they wanted 120 dollars. Steve was an absolute Angel in disguise. It still brings me to tears the act of kindness he extended to myself and my family by changing our other wheel barring at no cost! It s been a while since I ve been shown such care that it restored more than just my car. Steve is an honest good hearted person who has my business for life. We just moved to the area and Steve & his shop were a breath of fresh air after a long string of unfortunate events.Side note: after that one act of kindness three more amazing things happened & it s only up from here.His team is the fastest I ve ever seen. Thorough & have the most genuine willingness to help that still brings tears to my eyes. So grateful I called around after Honda told me that one barring would cost $800 and other shops in the Pensacola area quoted $600 or more but he stuck to his word of it being between $350-400 and I not only got one but two replaced at no additional charge. I have two little ones and he was concerned about their safety (we couldn t afford more at the time and he provided in such a big way!)He will never know how much that means to me! Also a huge THANK YOU for fixing my front bumper that was hanging and dragging at the bottom. You went above and beyond & your acts of service and kindness will never be forgotten! We are telling everyone we know about this incredible shop & the man who truly blessed our family!

These guys are awesome! Very honest and very fast. I've started using them this past year and have been very impressed. I just dropped by truck off at 10 am this morning for an alternator replacement, get a call 1.5 hrs. later that it's ready! Doesn't get any faster than that. I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of one, because the first experience I had with them was really good. I went in for a simple ABS light diagnosis and they were helpful and even gave me 12 dollars off by paying in cash.I came to this shop because of the good reviews. Mistake.Now the bad part.When the wheel speed sensor did not fix the problem, like they thought it would. I then took it back for them to fix it. I got a call the next day and they said it was one of three things.1. I put a bad sensor in it (they seemed almost sure of this)2. Speed sensor ring3. Tire size (obviously not)I then asked what are my options, and they said to take it home and put a new sensor in it... (I was assuming they would at least try to fix it, or diagnose it to a point where the dealer could..)I tried swapping the sensor, still same fail. The next day my wife was driving and the CV axle completely fell apart destroying the brakes, rotors, actuator, Hub assy., tire, and even the wheel was split in half. As you might have expected this cost me nearly 2500 dollars to repair..After a tow to the dealer three days later (waiting over the long weekend)The dealer was astounded that Bobe's Garage did not even take the time to look at the CV axle (which the boots were completely wore off on both sides of the truck). They obviously should have caught that being a auto repair shop. I don't know hardly anything about vehicles and I noticed that a week prior and thought it looked funny. It was obvious they didn't even get under the truck and look. They just hooked up the same scanner again so they could charge me a quick 40 dollars.I will not be bringing my vehicle back there again.

Were leaving town and had a tire issue. Called 5 other places in the area and were turned away by everyone. Bobe s was very busy but saw our need and saw us as people and fit us in. We needed to feel safe on the road and Steve and the guys made sure that was the case. Brought my car in for an AC diagnosis/repair and was called a bit later in the day with your car is ready. No other information, no estimate given. When I show up they tell me there s a leak with no information as to where the leak is or how severe it is. I m told that it would probably last me the summer but it s difficult to know for sure. When I get in my car the A/C is still blowing hot.So I take it back in and they run some more tests (presumably the same test they ran before? It was never explained to me why they didn t catch it the first time) to tell me the leak must ve been worse than they thought. But luckily after they look at it again it s determined to be a fairly cheap replacement for a valve stem.Great, I seemingly avoided an expensive issue. They tell me to come in the following day for the replacement. After I do that the next day, and after I ve already paid them, they tell me it s actually the condenser, which is a much more expensive repair, and even though they refilled the Freon it likely won t last long.Well, it didn t even last the day. And when I asked if they would consider taking off the $300 I spent on the first two misdiagnosed jobs from the final bill for the condenser, or at least giving some kind of discount, I was told (in slightly more polite terms) to pound sand.It s possible they did their due diligence, but it was never explained to me in a way that made sense and his dismissive and unprofessional response to me confirmed for me I was being dealt with dishonestly. Something I hate to see from a local business, which I always try to support.Recommend avoiding for any complex work.

$174 to replace a blown fuse. The part cost $12. I could have had the part from Amazon the next day or even had the dealership replace the fuse for a fraction of the price. That was a tough pill to swallow. Not going to trust them with my business again

Prepping a car to send cross country for my daughter and grand daughter to have. These guys were upfront, honest, and showed concern for my situation. They werent pushy on things not needed and did the work in a timely manner. And price was straight up what it shouldve been. Watch this place they ripped my wife off so bad. They are total scammers. She was charged 650 for brake calipers and she was charged for a new radiator on her 2012 jeep spent thousands in repairs. Well we run hot in Mississippi take it to the closest shop. They tell us we need a radiator. Show us this one is the original and pulled stop leak out of it. So we pull out receipts and they check all of the work done by this scammer and they didn t replace our calibers either. Her lights they replaced work back wards. Dims are bright and bright is dim. This place 100% takes advantage of women. When we get back to town this will be posted on Facebook video of this places repairs everywhere I can post it to prevent other people from being robbed by these guys. I have been taking 2 vehicles in for the last 17 years and the service has always been great. They are very honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They have never gone over any estimates. They have even come in under their own quotes and will go lower than other garages estimates. Service is always fast and courteous. I've never had a bad experience with Bobe's Garage.

We drove in from Houston and noticed a noise coming from the rear of the car. Found Bobe s on a Google search and since they have 4.7 stars decided to take out car there. They took it for a test drive and came back with a wheel bearing starting to go bad. At this point, it would have been very easy to tell us we needed to replace it and charge us a bunch of money but instead suggested it may be under warranty and that there was no need to do anything immediately. We really appreciate the honesty and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone here on vacation or local. Thanks guys!!

This shop was recommended to me by a local. I only wish I could find a place this good in my own hometown. They are knowledgable, courteous and professional. They diagnosed my alternator problem quickly and completed the repair in only a few hours, and for a reasonable price. When I asked for directions to a tool shop for an unrelated purchase, they helped me select the right tool and had their supplier deliver it to me at the shop. Their service is above and beyond expectations.

I was visiting from out of town and had a truck sitting here in town. I came back to ship it out west. Sure enough it wouldn't start. These guys were able to work me in and got my car out in about 4 hours. Sorry about smelling up the shop with the bad gas odor . You guys rock
