I walked in around 3 and was seen immediately for a brakes on my BMW. The work and price were good, but I was most impressed by the aftercare. I received a followup text within 48 hours to check on the service and make sure she was driving well (she was.) I m returning for additional maintenance needs

Service was pretty good. Quick service for sure but what steered me from providing it 5 stars is that a technician doesn't give you a tour on what was repaired/replaced. It would have been nice to see what the filter looked like before/after. Also, a copy of the 125 point inspection of the vehicle would be great as well. If I pay over $1,000 showing the customer where work was done is a nice assurance that everything was taken care of, I honestly just have to take their word for it.

Elizabeth was great and guided me through everything and did a great job fixing the dealer's mess with my car. All of the staff was friendly and everything was clean. They managed to squeeze my car into their schedule on short notice and get me back on the road before my cross country road trip and with convenient financing to boot! Won't ever stop recommending Bobby Likis Auto

Would not use again. My son used them last month for a repair on his 2005 car. We were pretty sure he needed his starter replaced and the battery was only a few months old and strong, when the starter did crank.He ended up with a $1600 bill!He learned the hard way, to be very clear if you want to review the estimate before work is started. This place seems to be very quick to assume you want a lot of extra services versus offering options or what is really needed.Besides a new starter, and some questionable charges, he got a $290 extended warranty battery plus $130 for installation! I have never ever heard of such a thing!The labor rates and cost for the starter were high to begin with, but it s not even the biggest concern. What kind of shop thinks its okay to do a $420 battery swap for a college kid with a 20 year old car??? A dishonest one. He literally could have gotten a $130 battery with free installation two doors down at the auto parts store if he did need one, which I am pretty sure he didn t.

Michael and Elizabeth took very good care of my vehicle and myself. I appreciate them being very open and transparent with me the entire process and they gave me a really good deal on getting an entire engine replace. 10/10 and definitely coming back for all my other auto repairs.

Best customer service in Pensacola!!! Highly recommend!!! I took my F150 by to have a exhaust issue looked at and Michael walked out to help and identified the issue immediately, Michael and Eli took it to the back and had the pipe on and welded in no time.. I was absolutely amazed.. hands down the best customer service In town.

Well, we were on vacation and had both the rear and front hub assembly fail on us during the drive to Pensacola. The noise was so bad and it was a blessing that we even made it without a major accident. We knew we could not drive home with the issue and I reached out to Bobby on Saturday at 3:30 pm. Elizabeth told me to come down before they closed and they would assess the issue and tell us if they could get it fixed. Fortunately they could get the issues fixed, unfortunately it was not a simple fix and cost a pretty penny. They were amazing and got us all fixed up in time for us to return home. The staff was friendly and professional, if you need work done they will do a great job.

Jesse was awesome!! He help me get a premium oil change plus a diagnostic for a low price. He prices can t be beat for the service they give. I m definitely screaming this OUT LOUD , BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR AWESOME, EXCEPTIONAL AND HONEST SERVICE!

How this place has a 4.3 blows my mind. Literally THE WORST auto shop I have ever been too. Took my car there for an alignment and brakes. They had it for 8 days the first time. Got it back and there was a clunking sound in the back every time I went over a bump and it was still pulling to the right. So I took it back. They had it for 5 days with out any contact. So I called and Justin said they FORGOT about my vehicle. No apology or anything. Got the car back the next day and it was STILL PULLING to the right. So I take it back a THIRD time and they say they can t do an alignment because I have frame damage????!??But BOTH times I took it there before they said they did an alignment and there was no problem. But now they are saying that I hit something. This place is a scam. They don t know what the hell they are doing and just want your money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Had a full transmission service and flush done as a walk-in on my 99 town car. Micheal helped me, and for the past 2 days, I've had no hard shifts or slipping. They have a payment plan, so you can still fix your car if it needs something right away. They gave me a free oil change card for writing a review, but I also spent a lot of money there.

I have recently just moved across country to Pensacola for military reasons and had no clue where to start on finding my new go to mechanic. I did some research on places to try since I needed some work done on my car. I found bobbies and ended up going after checking the reviews out. I have zero negative things to say about them. Great communication over the phone and amazing costumer service in store. Super nice and friendly guy at the front desk who also has a true interest in cars which lets you know you are leaving your keys in good hands.

Had my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 in recently to have the rear differential completely rebuilt. This was the 2nd major job Bobby Likis did on my Dodge in the past month. The other was to replace all of the brake lines. Both jobs went smoothlly and I felt the prices were fair and the quality of work was very good. The staff was always professional and courteous with the work done in a reasonable time for both visits.

They have done good work for me. I have 2005 Mercedes Benz Sprinter with 365,000 miles on it and not only were they willing to work on my vehicle right away, Elizabeth Tindell treated me like family and anything I needed or was concerned about was treated like a priority. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an good honest shop in the Florida panhandle.

I came in in the morning on Monday for a diagnostic on my 2002 sienna van and was met by Justin at the front desk in the waiting area . He was able to quickly diagnose that my vehicle was in fact In need of an engine and was also able to get the whole bill financed at zero percent interest. Seems like they work on a lot of vehicles at this shop. Many European models and vintage cars.

I arrived at Bobby Likis Auto Service shortly before 1pm to get an oil change on my 2019 Ram 2500. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait until they could get to me, there were 2 others before me. I told the lady who was assisting me that it would be fine. My truck was pulled into the garage within the hour. At approximately 3:15 pm I asked the same lady (I believe she was a manager or assistant manager) for a status on my truck. She went into the garage, came back and told me that they were just about finished and it would be just a few minutes. At 4:00 pm I asked for a status on my truck again, this time I spoke to a young man, the previous lady was not there, and explained what was going on. He went to the garage, came back about 15 minutes later to inform me that they had not started on my truck and apologized. That lady behind the counter had lied to me. He offered to work on my car first thing the next morning, I informed him that I was on vacation and didn t live in Pensacola and could not return. I was there for over 3 hours and no one had even looked at my truck while other vehicles came and went. Unfortunately for me, they had scanned my Groupon and I was told they could not reverse the transaction. I told him that I would dispute the charge and left.Some days later I did get a refund from Groupon after the vendor sent an invoice stating that I did not receive the service.

Elizabeth s customer service was top notch. I have 2019 Range Rover and it was a hassle trying to go all the way to Mobile (Range Rover Dealership) for auto repairs. I was very lucky to find Bobby Likis. They are affordable and fast. Highly recommend.

They charged me to degrease my engine to see where the oil leak was but didnt fix the oil leak but gave me a free oil change coupon . too expensive and not worth the money haggling.Elizabeth is the only saving grace for this shop.The key phrase, "this is all you could afford so we did what was most important to give your vehicle back" have anyone ever been told this?

This place is hands down the BEST auto place in town! I've heard great things about them but haven't needed a repair shop, until I had a broken nail that got stuck in my tire and nonetheless on one of the busiest travel days of the Christmas season! So 1 minute before they were closing and kids in tow, I walked in and told them I ran something over and my tire is loosing air. They said come on in. They fixed the tire and sent me on my way. Thank you Bobby Likis

I took my 2019 Chevy Impala premier for and oil pan replacement which didn't take long at all, very great shop to do business with and they will battle price comparisons with no hesitation jus to get you back in your vehicle rolling. I used a Groupon for oil change with a 15 point free inspection for the 2nd time in January. The first experience was exemplary and had even referred several of my family because of the service. The 2nd time was the polar opposite, yes everyone was polite but behind the scenes ruined anything good. Spent 2 1/2 hours total in waiting, which wouldn't be bad if I hadn't been the first vehicle of the day and the inspection was dismissed and not completed. Absolutely nothing was checked no fluids checked, tires pressure...nothing. To be clear, this was to be my pre travel check for a 850 mile drive. Ran into bad weather to find no wiper fluid. Ok, no big deal. However, had the tires been inspected they could have warned me that there was a bubble on one that needed to be replaced just in general never mind the long drive at highway speeds. Thank goodness all that happened was the delay getting home to have it replaced hours away from home. It could have been worse and yes I hold this business responsible for their lack of accountability by not telling me the inspection was not done. Super disappointed considering the best first impression. I will not return.

This is the only auto shop in Pensacola I trust with my car. When I moved to Pensacola I was dreading finding a new mechanic. I tried three other shops in Pensacola before Bobby Likis. Wish I had come to them from the start. They had to fix things I PAID other shops to repair . I m not sure if he is in management or an owner but ask for Mike. He is the man.These people are honest, fair and seem to genuinely care about fixing vehicles and making customers happy. I am just glad that I found them. Don t waste your time or money elsewhere like I did. Go here.

Great Professional, knowledgeable, honest, clean, kind, very much appreciated to all the staff. I will recommend this place of business to all, especially if you have an older vehicle. Which mine will be 25 yrs old. They took the time to show me very thing on my vehicle even the undercarriage, which I have not seen in 24 years. Thank you for helping me with what could have been stressful. I appreciate all of you. And thank you to Buick, Cadillac for the recommendation to a business that cares.

It was unbelievably hard to find a mechanic in Pensacola who works on hybrid vehicles. One would think that with all the hybrids on the road, mechanics would be falling all over themselves to get that business. Anyway, Likis replaced my hybrid battery, my 12-volt battery, and the wiring under the dash, and they got financing to cover the cost. No one likes auto repairs, but as mechanics go, this one was good. At least I didn't have to go to the dealership that ripped me off in the past. Likis had friendly, helpful customer service, and they took me step -by-step through what I needed and why. I'm satisfied with both the work and the service.
