DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with these sorry greedy criminals.July 19th, I was in a minor fender bender . I managed to schedule with these guys for a repair through the insurance company (which their estimate was only $1,400 worth of repairs) I never receive any estimate from Bob Tyler's shop, no paperwork assessing the damage or what exactly needed repaired and replaced.3 weeks later, I drive up there and find my car like it is in the first two pictures. I never gave them consent to do this at all.

While traveling to Pensacola from Tennessee we were involved in a collision with a deer. The passenger side mirror was destroyed along with body damage on that side of the vehicle. We wanted to get the mirror replaced before returning home and the staff at Bob Tyler Toyota Collision were extremely accommodating. They ordered the new mirror before we even arrived in town and the installation appointment was made for 24 hours later. We highly recommend this business!

my wife's 2019 Camry got rear ended and i am so glad i took it here . Tommy made things easy in every way and made it all look easy while Danial and Latosha kept me updated twice a week and on each stage of repair. best part is i picked it up today in 1/2 the estimated time and before other shops were going to start the work . the replaced rear quarter panel , trunk , everything looks new . Danny, Tosha, Megan, and the whole team at the collision center were great to work with! They kept me informed every step of the way and worked with my insurance company to get my car fixed up right. Quality Toyota parts, paint, and work. The service department was also kind enough to work in my service that was also due. Thank you Serenah, Big Jay, and the service team. This was a great experience overall.

Recently dropped my Highlander off here. Work looked great when I picked it up. After driving on the interstate I noticed there was a wind sound. The back door that was replaced wasn t flush. Took it back the next week and it was corrected quickly.Also a plus, there is a free shuttle service they provide that will take you to your rental car.Great work.

I had my truck painted here four years agoFirst off it took them more than a month to get it done. Now the paint is chipping and fading. Worst paint job I have ever had.Service: PaintingService: Painting
