I could not have asked for a better mechanic to look after my car. Mark was extremely professional and upheld the standards and values that I expect from an automotive repair facility. He was kind, courteous, and very fairly priced. I would absolutely bring my vehicle back to him! Highly recommended, you're not going to find a better place in Pensacola!

Fair prices, transparent work done. They called after sussing out all the issues and didn t pressure me to make a decision one way or the other.Honest when they couldn t reproduce one specific issue. They had me try, showed me what they found, etc.I feel people believe mechanics have magic wand for every issue their car may experience .just point at the car and viola. It s figured out. I m thankful they don t just give me some bullcrap answer and charge me.

We've brought multiple cars here over the years and have always been extremely pleased. They are nice, professional, and honest, as well as reasonably priced. We appreciate that they don't try to sell us anything we don't need, just fix the problem we bring the car in for. And what they fix stays fixed! We've never had to make a second trip for the same issue. HIGHLY recommend Bob Cole's for every type of car.

911 04 porsche carrera, long wait to get car but quality work. Clutch blew out and they did a fantastic job repairing it. Computer module went out and required a dealer to fix otherwise I would let Mark and his crew fix it.

As an Uber driver, my car is my money-maker and cannot be out of service for too long. So far, I've taken three different cars to the great guys at Bob Cole. Mark understands my particular situation, always gets me in quickly and gets me back on the road as soon as humanly possible. Unreal. Over the years, I've used a couple of different shops here in Pensacola, but Bob Cole's is BY FAR the most straightforward and honest business I've found. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his helpful team!

We live near Daphne, Alabama. My wife had just dropped me off at the airport in Pensacola and was on her way home when the truck over heated. Our mechanic is in Daphne and we had no one to call and I was boarding a plane. I quickly did a search for mechanics and found Bob Cole Automotive (came up 2nd of 3). I called and spoke with Mark, explained my situation and he took care of it. Got a tow truck to her, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Good price and good work. Only bad thing, he's to far away to be our regular mechanic! We now have a good place to have our vehicles worked on when we head east instead of west! My new go to shop in Pensacola! Between my roommate and I we ve been to 3 other mechanics that we wouldn t recommend. Bob Cole s was quick to diagnose my problem and a fuel flow sensor replacement fixed the issue. Also had maintenance done by them and was happy with the service. They re first come first serve so it may take a few days to get repaired but they don t try to overcharge you

Had a belt starting to fall apart. Stopped in because I wasn't going to be able to drive 50 miles home. They looked at my problem, walked back in the shop, ordered the belt. The part was there before they got my truck into the bay area. And less than a hour later they had me back on the road. Great job, I know where to go for service in Pensacola next time I need service in that area. Thank You

My Goodness, Thankful for this place my car is running like a dream! Mr. Mark is great at telling you like it is and helping find the best options. Honestly so far the place I will tell people to take their cars to!

I m very grateful to Mark and the team at Bob Cole s. I came in there without an appointment desperate to repair a leaking drain in my sun roof that was leaving water inside my car. Even though they were full and weren t taking customers Mark kindly took my keys and cleared the drains for me within ten minutes. Brilliant job and very kind leadership. Glad I found them!

Friendly and professional staff. I received fair and honest service. The mechanic Tony did an awesome job on repairing my Toyota 4runner rear-end. My vehicle is not a new vehicle, but after the rear-end was repaired it runs like a new vehicle. Mark provided outstanding customer service and I couldn't have been referred to a better shop. I will definitely refer others to Bob Cole's.

Mark Cole was such a joy!! I was able to get in and out to get a new battery! I came in 30 minutes before closing and he was so fantastic and patient!! He even taught me how to replace the battery if I needed in the future! Made my day in such a hard time. If you need any car work, go to Bob Cole's!! Great family oriented and friendly staff! I've taken three vehicles to Bob Cole's over the past year for various issues and each experience was positive. They followed up promptly if I was waiting to hear back on an issue and the turnaround time for the repairs was always reasonable. I also felt that I got an honest assessment of the vehicle's issue(s) and what could wait to be fixed at a later date. Highly recommended.

I have taken my 2003 Nissan Xterra SUV to 5 different mechanics in town. They all told me they could not find ANYTHING wrong with my vehicle. After 8 weeks of getting rides and moving my trick from shop to shop, I went to Bob Cole's. I took it there last week and they too, said they couldn't get it to do what I was describing. Well, last night my SUV left me stranded in a scary situation. I had it towed to Bob Cole's. By 10am they gave me a quote and by 2:45, it was ready to pick up. I only drove it about 10 blocks, but so far so good. It was 700$. I will keep you all posted! ***UPDATE**** My truck is doing well!!! May God bless us all! Bob Cole's, is my new best friend !!

My Jeep is 15 years old. Every now and then, the check engine light comes on. I run by there, and Mark, Chris, and the others are always happy to run the diagnostic to identify the problem. Then they honestly advise me on whether a repair is urgent, something that can wait, or even if it's necessary at all. Their work is top notch and doesn't take forever. Labor fees are reasonable and they shop to find your best price on parts.

I had an alternator go out while I was on vacation. These guys got me in and fixed up in time to get home. Cost was very reasonable.

These guys are phenomenal! I had unique issue with my van that three other shops could not figure out. The third shop sent me to Bob Cole's and I couldn't be happier! The management and technicians were great. They accepted the challenge and excelled! They have a customer for life with me!

Completely unprofessional, delayed work for no reason when we could have fixed vehicle elsewhere. A 3 hour job to fix a waterpump was two weeks at their shop and job never even done. No priority Multiple excuses, could not have cared less about wasting YOUR TIME. After my wife and I recently relocated back to Pensacola, we knew exactly where to bring our vehicles for service. I have known Bob Cole for trustworthy customer service since the late 80 s. After bringing our new to us truck to the shop for an AC fix, they exceeded the time that was projected, fixed my AC problem and also gave me some insight on a few check engine lights I have been seeing since we purchased the used truck! Thank You guys for all of your help! You will see us again!

Excellent customer service. Quick turn around and I was consulted before any work was done. Turns out my car problems weren't as bad as was projected si i saved 200 bucks. Would recommend to anyone.

Bob has been fixing up my family's different cars for years. He has always been honest with me about my Lexus, and the prices at Bob Cole's Automotive are very fair for the wonderful work they do. I found them to be much better than dealerships and most other local shops. I would recommend everyone bring their cars to this shop.

It s always good to have a machanic that you can trust to take care of you and not charge a crazy amount. Being new to the area I didn t think I would be able to find that right away but I did! I called and briefly told them what was going on and Mark told me I could come by on my way to work. He got everything fixed and me out the door as fast as possible and with excellent customer service. Will definitely be seeing them for all my mechanical needs in the future.

I was recommended to Bob Cole by a friend that swears by the shop. The owner was really nice and tried to provide the best customer service possible. However, when I spoke with the mechanic about the problem with my vehicle, he specifically told me he doesn't work behind other mechanics. Looking at the vehicles there at the time for repair, I'm sure there are mechanics that work behind other mechanics. I believe the best answer was the mechanic I spoke with didn't want to work on my vehicle. I guess my money wasn't good enough and I haven't been back since. But I do have a question. Does Bob Cole Automotive make that much money that this automotive establishment can turn away a potential customer on the fact of not working behind another mechanic and staking their reputation on it?

Helped my 17yr old son with his new-to-him first car. Let him look at the car to see what was wrong and explained everything to him before doing anything. Did not price gouge just because he was a kod. Top notch! He said he won't use anyone else but y'all and his dad's friend. Thank you!

Bob Cole is a fair business owner and I trust his employees. I brought my '01 Saturn SC1 in to have it aligned. A mechanic told me I needed work done because they couldn't align it as is, and didn't charge me for the attempt. That is a first for me. Brought it back a week later, after repairing it myself, and they aligned it while I was at work and even greased my tie rods for free. I will never go to anyone else for anything I cannot do myself. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is wanting to drop their vehicle off for repair or basic maintenance.

My husband and I were going to Bob Cole's for the last 2 years since relocating to this area and I have never been to a place so inconsiderate of their clientele. I spoke with them at 9 am and they had not brought our car into the shop yet and then again at 11 AM and they tried to tell me I owed them $200+ for diagnosing that it was out of gas!!!!!! I have spent at least 4,000 in their establishment over the last year alone and they charged me 200 and didn't even put gas in my car!!! when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service they followed me out to my car yelling about how they could have just not fixed it??? we asked them what they fixed other than putting half a gallon of gas in??

My car was being weird and jumpy. I was referred to Bob Coles from Auto zone, they were amazing! Mark explained everything in detail, he was very friendly and gave me a fantastic deal for a diagnostic test. They answered all of my questions and it was quick and painless! Thank you!
