I had an amazing experience with Blue Angel Tire and Automotive! After having some issues with my tires, I called the shop and- despite being busy- they made time for me right away.Angie is a great communicator and fosters a hospitable and cozy atmosphere in the shop. One of the owners Paul handled my issues himself. He went above and beyond caring for my car. He worked quickly, was knowledgeable, and kind. This place is fantastic I highly recommend it.

I used this shop for the past 3 years and everything has been fine until the last visit. I discovered that one of their employees stole some items out of my vehicle while working on it. When I called them right after I picked it up they said they'd call me back after investigating. Never received a call back. Take EVERYTHING out before leaving here as they obviously have some thieving dope head/heads working for them.

Came here for a timing belt on my 06 Pilot. Job complete in reasonable time, but when I picked it up, the power steering pump was whining terribly. I immediately brought this to their attention. They came out, looked at it, and said oh, yeah, we noticed it was low on fluid we added some. It should be fine. Drive it for a while and the air will bleed out of the system. Looking at it, there is fresh power steering fluid all under the reservoir, and down under the car. I did a little research, and it s not uncommon to cause a leak in the return line when replacing the timing belt. The solution is to replace the return hose and an o-ring on the ps pump.The Honda service manual says Do NOT start the engine until the system is fully bled, doing so may cause damage to the power steering components. Pump internals are metal to metal so any air in the system can cause metal to metal contact and resulting damage. When I returned to the shop that evening, they magically remembered: Oh, the mechanic mentioned that, but we forgot to call you about it I am very disappointed the shop failed to notice(?) this problem or communicate it to me. I drove the car home with this problem, and may now have to replace the pump.I will not be going back to Blue Angel Tire and Automotive.

Real good place ...real good people ..Parked my car there for two years they helped me out and treated me good .Nothing but good things to say about all of the ladies in the office and the mechanics outside

I took my car to the dealership to be serviced, they called and said I had a nail in my tire that it had to be replaced for $378 that it couldn t be patched or plugged. Picked it up and took it by Blue Angel and they repaired it in under 5 minutes for $16. Everyone was very nice and I will be using them for all my future tire needs

I was really surprised that they could squeeze me in with their tight schedule. This place is really busy with a rigorous schedule and they are able to manage that schedule. I really do appreciate taking the time to get me into my day to get things done of what I need. So, I will be coming here more often when I need things done for a reasonable price. Has not changed!

These people are amazing. Most knowledgeable women in the office I ve ever spoken too! The work done was impeccable! My wife and kids broke down 7 hrs away from home and blue Angels fixed the issue quick and were more than fair price wise. The wife dropped oil pressure pulling into town and from the way the lifters and valves were rattling I thought she was going to need an engine. Blue angle changed the oil, oil filter, cleaned the oil screen, replaced an O ring and oil pan gasket and she was on her way home with more oil pressure than that trucks ever had! Sooo appreciative for this shop.I know most other shops would ve taken weeks or months and charged thousands compared to a couple of days and a few hundred at blue angel. Plus You guys saved me a $1200 tow bill back home! Thank you for taking care of us and squeezing us in as busy as you were! Y all are amazing! THANK YOU!Service: Engine repair

Don t come here! They ll scam you out of your money. came in for a small headlight issue, and ended up getting charged 600 dollars. They ll fix your car the first time and charge you, but when you go to turn it on or drive it, it won t be fixed, so they ll take it back, actually fix the problem, and charge you again. I definitely don t recommend this place. horrible business

03/14- again! Amazing service! I needed a patch for my unexpected flat. They got me in and out! Sweet lady at the counter was kind as always. And that cute dog sat next to me on the couch. This place does not disappoint with pricing and service. Since moving here from Minnesota. I m so thankful I found an incredibly trustworthy car clinic/ auto mechanic garage. Thank youI m new to the area. Finding a vehicle clinic you can trust is hard! Great service from start to finish. Very polite! Good work . And completed what I needed. Pricing was love the doggy. We sat on the couch together while I waited. Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

Honest and reliable, fair prices in my experience. Used them several times for an oil change and once for a starter replacement. They're a busy place, so book ahead. Ladies at the front desk are super friendly, even shuttle customers if they don't have a ride.

Fast, friendly, honest service. I went in with a super flat. They fixed it, checked the others and had me on my way within 20 mins. There's a comfy waiting room with seating, snacks, and a TV. The staff was welcoming and kind.

Amazing customer service and really helped us to get home safely. While on vacation 13 hrs from home, We had a rim develop a leak and trigger a sensor warning that after inspection discovered a bent and cracked rim that could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. Instead of telling us no we don t carry rims and can t get you anything to help you, like several of the area dealerships told us, this Blue Angel group went to work on how they could help us solve our problem! After many calls around they located a salvage yard that had one that would fit. They arrange for shipping of this rim, to there shop and remounted tire on a safe Rim just in time for me to drive my wife and young child home safely! Thank you so much both the young ladies in the office and the outstanding technician in the shop for going above and beyond in your customer service and truly helping us. This is an area that we visit frequently and you have not only made a future customer out of us but a Raving Fan to everyone we can tell. Great Job Blue Angel Tire and Automotive and Thank you !

0/10DO NOT BRING THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. If I could give a zero I would. This is the first negative review I have EVER left but it s needed! I would HIGHLY recommend y all go elsewhere. My husband does all of our mechanical work. We are in the process of moving and don t have all of our tools with us. My husband told them to fix my AC compressor. They insisted on doing a diagnostic even though my husband said it s not needed. After 6 hours they called and determined the issue was just the cooling fan. My husband said the fans are fine (he checked) and to replace the AC compressor. After arguing, they guaranteed that changing the fan would fix the issue. Day of pick up, after having to call three times, they confessed that the issue was the compressor and we would need to pay to have it replaced, On top of the $553 they charged for the fan replacement. After talking to the lead mechanic, the diagnostic was done incorrectly. We had to pick up the car (pay full price for parts and labor) and are taking it to another mechanic. Blue Angel wanted to charge over $500 for the AC compressor (a $300 part) and then almost $1600 in labor. For a part that takes 2 hours, a couple (literally 4-6 bolts) of wrench turns, and an AC charge. We spoke with another shop that is willing to replace the compressor, evac and flush the system, charge it, and same day turn around for 1/4 of the price. Look around before y all take your vehicles. I highly recommend that you do not go to Blue Angel; They are most definitely crooks, liars and thieves.

This a dishonest automotive shop! If your a single woman stay away from Blue Angel. My daughter had her car towed there because it wouldn t start they couldn t find anything wrong. They said her power steering hose was leaking which was a lie! We checked the fluid it was full she ran car every day and check the fluid and for leaks under the car, everything was fine. They couldn t make money off her car not starting so they lied to make money off a perfectly fine power steering hose. If it was man I doubt they would of done this but a single young girl, I guess they thought they could get away with it. They were going to charge her $300.00 to replace the hose. This was my first time there and I have to say that they're Amazing!Everything from the first greeting to checking out was outstanding!Their prices are fair as well.The waiting area is so comfy from the chair's/couch to the TV, snacks and sweet doggies! We've used Blue Angel twice for vehicle service and have had good experiences on each visit.Just two weeks ago my dad's A/C compressor went out suddenly on his Hyundai while visiting us. Blue Angel got it repaired quickly, the next day, and at a fair price. Their customer service is above and beyond.

Best service I've ever received from an auto repair place. They've worked on my car twice and both times the repairs were professional, had a quick turn around time and I felt I had been reasonably charged for the service.

Would not recommend! 0/5 stars.My car had been out of commission having issues with starting for over 6 months and someone I know kindly decided to help me get it fixed. They chose this place without my knowledge. I guess because it was the closest to our location. I would've never picked this place myself. Since my car was already there I figured I'd just go ahead and let them look at it, mistake! My car was there for over 3 weeks for a simple diagnostic and estimate.Their customer service receptionists are friendly, but not great with communicating with customers and being prompt. Every time I called it was a different person that had no idea what was going on even after multiple calls and conversations that should have been documented. I also had to call them to get any further updates as to what was happening.Their equipment doesn't seem to be reliable either because initially they couldn't determine that there was an actual issue with why my car wouldn't start to begin with. Then it was the starter, no it's the alternator, actually no it's just the battery.Although the total cost of everything ended up being less than the initial estimate given, I honestly don't feel confident my car is actually fixed! I will be taking it to someone else that I have personally vetted to have it checked again for peace of mind. It was overall just a frustrating experience and a headache. Will not being going back.TDLR:They are friendly, but slow, unreliable, disorganized, lack efficient communication with their internal team and customer support. They have antiquated pen and paper systems that don't work well.Advice for this business:Get organized, upgrade and develop your customer support. Get a CRM software.

I would like to thank the staff of Blue Angel Tire and Automotive. Not only did they repair my car they offered me a ride to the business. I am a disabled veteran with health issue and the walk would take me 30-40 minutes in this blistering heat. They came to my rescue and provided transportation. These Ladies were so helpful. I was vacationing and my control bar broke. They were able to get me in same day to see what was wrong with it and had the part there to fix my car in two days. They worked around when we were heading home to make sure it was fixed. Communication with call returns could of been a little better but I understand that they are busy so not a big deal. They have reasonable prices and quick repairs. I know who I will be going to if I were to ever need any thing while on vacation.Thanks Ladies!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thank you Monique and Richard for working me in and also advocating for me. Have had numerous tire issues with two minivan rentals back to back on our first vacation in many years. Blue Angel scheduled me for an afternoon appt , diagnosed my issue and also were able to determine that a previous repair has been made to this rental van tire that should never have been made. This car should not have been rented out with this tire on it. Have a new tire now and feel much better driving back to Atlanta for the beach. Thank you again Monique and Richard. Just another reason why it s better to go with a local independent business than a giant corporation who treat you like a number. Thanks again.Service: Tires

My husband and I went there today with a tire with a nail in it. No sooner did we sit down in the waiting room, (with complementary drinks and snacks), out of the intense heat, than did they tell us it was finished! At the MOST ten minutes, but likely less. Total cost $16! No kidding. Very pleasant employees and a doggie in the office to boot. Would def recommend this place.Service: Tires

Everyone is so friendly. I had my oil changed after making an appointment. They even made sure to have a filter on hand to fit my Fiat.
