Poor Customer Service...I had Black Sheep paint a GT86 Front Bumper for me. The Bumper looks great. But their Customer Service Skills are very poor. There was a large communication break down throughout the Whole Process. I had Parts shipped to Black Sheep which were lost... They swore they did not receive them from Toyota, even after signing for them from Fedex. Then I got a call about a year later saying they found the parts. I appreciate them calling me back and offering me to come get the parts... But at that point they're worthless to me. The bumper took months to paint and I had to call up there to get any answers. The Finished Date just kept getting pushed back.Overall... I'm not saying I wouldn't recommend Black Sheep, but be cautious. I would just bring your parts up there and expect there to be delays. I think their work and quality checks out to be pretty solid... But to me, If I knew the headache of their Customer Service, I would've chosen a different company.

6 out of 5 stars. I'm 67 years old and when I say they are good; they are good!! Attention to detail and customer service excellent! It is obvious from the finished product that they take pride in their work. I've owned my 1999 F250 Superduty 7.3 since new and driven it 24 years. It's part of me and deserved the special attention. Thanks Mike and crew!!

I had a vision of what I wanted my first build to look like, and they brought it to life. Looks even better than I could have ever dreamed of! I get so many compliments and questions and I never have a problem pointing them towards black sheep. They are so nice and knowledgeable.. very honest and up front. And as a young female, it feels good to not be taken advantage of. My vehicle will NEVER go anywhere else :))Service: Painting

If your looking for the best of the best than this is the spot...Mike and his crew and family have the knowledge skills and experience to take care of all of your automotive needs. He has treated our family with honesty has worked with us and over the years done many jobs for us. He coordinated a shipment of my dads 54 olds passed on to my son and made her shine and ready to ride down the beach! Amber is excellent in communication and is friendly and knowledgeable .This company prides itself on each individuals needs..They don't try to up-sell you but definitely know what they are doing to suggest how to keep you safely on the road.We HIGHLY recommend Black Sheep automotive

Really impressed at first meeting them seeing other vintage vehicles on the lot and their willingness to tackle a 1995 jeep repair. But after waiting one year and never receiving a single call-back giving progress reports I finally called a wrecker truck to haul it out of there. And their original repair estimate of $2000 had ballooned to over $5000 by then. Cost me another thousand bucks to finish up the job up the road. They used trim that didn't match size of trim needed (cheap knockoffs from China) And repainted panels were only partially done, with the 2nd shop saying they should have painted that entire panel not just apart of it. The mechanical work was done sloppily leaving plenty of fluid leaking from joints all over the jeep. I believe they get plenty of 5 star reviews from Facebook as part of a sneaky paid deal when there should be a mountain of terrible reviews so don't be fooled because your own bad review will likely get erased same as mine. So an estimated 2 month repair turned into 1 year of stress and major out of pocket expenses. Beware of everyone except for the resident bulldog. Nasty work these guys.

Mike did an amazing job on my hood roof and bumper paint. He went above and beyond to match the color even though it took extra time. He even removed a 15+ year old clear bra that wasn't even a part of the deal for free. Great guy and great work ethic. I only wish I had left a review sooner!

I was referred here by his sister after my ac broke and I will definitely be coming back if I have anymore issues. He gave me the best price out of 3 other people, and was nice and explained everything to me in a way I actually understood. They were very honest and I trust as a young female that I wasn t taken advantage of. 100% recommend if you re having issues! T

I couldn t have asked for a better shop! These guys (and secretary) are honest, very helpful and very kind! 10/10, would definitely return for all my vehicle needs and definitely recommend!

What I thought was an honest mechanic shop is actually not that. Sent my truck to them to hopefully have it repaired and running correctly. After giving them $1500 up front, they had the vehicle for over 2 months before I finally called to check on it. I was told that the truck needed a new engine and that I still owed $1200. Essentially I paid these people (Mike and Deanna) $2700 and they gave me truck back in the same condition as when I took it to them. Claimed that they did the work and there was nothing else they could do. If you value your hard earned money or are looking for an honest mechanic, I highly recommend NOT bringing your vehicles here for repairs.

I am so grateful for this shop being in my community! Besides doing a fabulous job on cars they take time out of their Friday mornings to come on our block to keep it clean while keeping our value in play! Thank you guys for being concerned about our neighborhood

Couldn t get my passenger door open, went there, they said they were ordering a new handle and a mirror. Went back a few weeks later because they said they would call and didn t. Said my handle and mirror was on back order from china. So I waited again for about 2 months when my father decided enough was enough and ordered the handle and mirror which came 2 days later from Ohio! So my guess is they thought I was not going to pay. Dummies! I always pay for my vehicles!! ALWAYS and ALWAYS ON TIME! You lost a would have been long term customer. We own vehicles from 2020-1996. Between my father and myself that s about 5 vehicles that s if anything was needed we would have came back. And we re strictly cash payers. So thanks for the heads up! Got a way better deal ordering it and doing it ourselves! Didn t want to but when people say they order something would have been nice not to be lied to!Service: Body & Trim

Well I want to say this I travel the world doing tattoo shows of course I would have to have a mechanic shop that is great at vehicle's maintenance. But when I say that this shop is great, that is an understatement. My business would have failed if not for this company cause I bought a bad deisel and it had problems guess who saved my day,blacksheep! saved my business by helping me and allowing me to make payments. They are the best group of people with big hearts. They care for every customer beyond there daily job. Jj, mike ,damien , the guys I know there are more than the best mechanics . They are the best shop in pensacola by far. They are here for people just like me and you with car problems they fix it perfect . I tell you to bring your business here they are worthy I mean it. I can go any where without any worries. # 1 blacksheep automotive stop by find out for yourself.
