I have known Frank for 40 +years. He is a great guy. Honest all day long. And does quality work.

I called about getting an alternator replaced he said he can't do it for 3 weeks and said if I already bought the alternator he won't work on it anyway and hung up. I called back and asked him if he supplied the alternator if he would be able to work on it in 3 weeks. He repeated If the alternator I supplied was bad he didn't want to deal with it and hung up again. I was confused if he didn't understand I would let him buy the parts instead of me supplying them. I called again to verify If he could or could not work on my car then he would not answer. Even though he is my neighbor I will never use his business! He's beyond unprofessional and extremely rude!

Oh my gosh, Frank is incredible. Been taking care of my wife and friends for many years. His prices are fair, his work is high quality, he's honest, and he goes way above and beyond to diagnose issues and predict future ones. Also he loves to talk :)Update: visited Frank again. Still great :)

While being stationed here in the military I needed a trustworthy mechanic when my car started overheating unexpectedly. I was recommended Frank s shop, and it was a great recommendation. It is tough to find people especially when you are not from the area who you trust to do quality work on your vehicle. Mr Frank is, first of all, a very down to earth, frank (pun intended) kind of person. He tries to get to know someone first before diving in to repair the vehicle.He is real and honest. He will let you know what does and doesn't need to be done. He will try to work with you on the resolution of you cars problems with out breaking you but still trying to keep his business going.He tries to remember your name and not just view you as a bill pay. He's worked hard to establish his reputation and has been successful in doing so. And he knows what he's doing. And he has hired staff to support him in that.Hardworking and honest.

Benson's is a locally owned auto service shop. Frank takes such good care of my car. He is knowledgeable, and can explain to me what is going on so that I understand it.

I've taken all my vehicles to Frank for the last 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and breaks things down for you. All repairs have lasted a long time on my vehicles.
