My husband and I used B & M Tire yesterday, for the first time. We were in Pensacola for a funeral and realized we had a nail in one of our tires. We had called several places beforehand and they told us at least an hour wait. B&M knew we were trying to get back on the road for the funeral procession so they managed to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend them!

This is a cash-only business, the price you re told is tax included-flat price! I didn t consider this a good aspect because I would say more people nowadays are not cash carrying, but use their card instead. I did get good customer service so that s why I gave it four stars and if they excepted cards for payments, they would have got five stars.

DO NOT GO! Stripped lug nuts with air gun. First time I used them a white female used air gun to over-tighten lug nuts and had to stand on a 6' crowbar to loosen them. Second time I brought a new tire to be mounted on a different vehicle and the same female used air gun and over-tightened and stripping lugs. Brought back next day and some other guy argued with me saying that overnight the lug nuts got swollen and it's not their fault and she would have told me if something was wrong, how does one know what someone else says or doesn'tsay? Go anywhere else but here to avoid a $200 repair because of a $20 job. Take heed to the "NO WARRANTY" sign which translates to "WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE'RE DOING" read reviews before you use, the argumentative responses give you insight into what service you'll receive.

Bought two good, cheap used tires for my car that I couldn't find anywhere else. They even matched my front tires exactly! Really helps while gas is so expensive. Very fast service and friendly folks with a sweet dog there.Bring cash with you as it says on their sign.

They hooked it up, you got to have cash, and just a little bit of patience... It's all good cause we got to Blue's Angel Music with like ten minutes to spare... But those kids working there were not in much of a hurry, maybe they need $1 raise, give those dudes incentive to hustle. We will definitely go back, but next time, music store first.

Best tire shop in pensacola! They can handle everything from mild to wild. Busted wheel? No problem. They can do it all! I've been doing business here 15+ years and they always take care of me.

Showed up, owner/worker stopped everything they were doing and immediately looked at my wheel. I was honestly informed that the wheel would probably be worse off. The priority and honesty gave them 5 stars in my opinion.

Simple. In and out. Honest and fair. Good customer service. Employees will offer you a drink if there's a wait. They will let you know if there is a wait, which seems to be 30 minutes at the most. I will definitely return and recommend to my friends and family.FYI:CASH ONLY

Anyone that complains about the service here is hard to please period. First earlier in the day I called another business, sent them a pic of the bent rim as they asked and said they would call me. Never did. B&M said bring the truck in. They took one look at the rim and said we can fix it but you might want to see if you can find a replacement. It should be cheaper. What I thought was going to cost me at least $350 or more, I got a new rim, tire changed and balanced for $210 bucks. The folks here are as honest and nice as they can be. A real rarity these days. I told the lady you need to add to your sign ... Ugly building, Beautiful service! Thank you B&M! You are the best.

This is the way things should be. Simple. Great customer service. They fix your problem quickly and for a fair price. Every time. I wish every place worked like this. No more sitting at one of the big chain stores for hours. Just go here, get it done, and drive off with no delay. No extra fees. No hassle.

They got two tires repaired in 20 minutes for $20!! On a Porsche GT4!Awesome job!Was not able to wait on the other shops around. Figured I'd give them a shot. They are my tire guys now.Thanks guys

Best place in town to go for tire repair $5.00 to repair with a plug. Went to two nation brand locations that could not find the leak in tire. Said it was weather related or get a new tire. Brought to B&M and in 5 min located the nail and 10 min later I was back on the road for only $5.00. Don't judge the shop by it's appearance. They take care of the issue fast the first time. The brand store talks about warranty and repair for free. Yet time is money, not getting it fixed is a waste of time and money. $5.00 fixed is better than a worthless free warranty.

Best used tire place by far. They have always been up front about the tires in stocks and priced lower than anyone else in town. They've always been friendly and helpful and it makes all the difference in the world....in my humble opinion.

Brought my cracked wheel in on friday they said it would take till Monday they had it done that Friday in a few hours,made the drive to and from hattiesburg Mississippi on that wheel and it did great, excellent service highly recommend if you want something done right!

Got two used tires within two hours one blew out. Bruce the owner replaced it however the guy who aired up tire only put 30 psi instead of required 44 psi. Spoke to person in charge he said your car has a sensor to tell you it s low. So I get a tire and I m supposed to go put air in it when I leave?? Shouldn t have had a blow out .. I ve bought used tires for 30 yearsTo add no one bothered to check the air pressure in my tires before I left the lot after they were installed. May not suppose to max out the air pressure but there is also a min. Air pressure. I m not the only person who has posted they had a blow out. No wonder you only accept cash and say no warranty.You are putting people in danger selling tires that are not road worthy!!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had a nail in my tire and took the car to tire lady. Biggest mistake and one dirty rear seat later. I went to B and M and felt at home. The young lady that took care of me was so helpful and also provided info on the seat situation. Great staff great prices!!!

Better prices than franchises like Vannoys. No hidden charges or lost parts. Melissa and Bruce head the family owned business- each works to enable successful customer response. Wayne is the other team member that gave me good and fast tire and wheel inspection. Recommended.

Great people! As long as I have lived in the Pensacola and surrounding areas, 20 years +/-, these folks have been around. They offer great prices and good decent tires. They re part of this community and always have been. I would highly recommend them.

They were very professional and courteous, they took really good care of me and extra care of my car knowing that I had children in there. 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend to anybody that needs good tires and good care

These guy's really know their stuff. From bent rims, welding differentials, changing, mounting tires, to a simple plug. These are the people to see. I've used them for years. They are always helpful and usually at least give you options if they don't have what you are looking for. Discrimination is definitely not an issue and I'm pretty sure they are gay friendly because the younger long haired kid is always super happy if you know what I mean. All and All this is a excellent small business and contribution to our community. 5 stars is too low too rate this place.

I paid for a tire and it blew within a week. It had a bubble on it. I then paid for another tire and it blew in only TWO days!! They wouldn t do anything about either one. They said it s the chance you take with used tires and you get what you pay for. I can tell you I will NEVER be back there! I ve always gotten used tires and I ve never had such an Awful experience before. The mechanic was very nice and the tires were cheap. But that doesn t help if you have to buy a new one every week.

I was ran off the road and both of my rims on my passenger side were bent. I love my rims and thought they could not be fixed. Someone told me about B&M and i took my rims up there and of course I needed two new tires. They fixed them and they ride as good as new and the tires were in great shape especially for the low cost I got them for. I just referred a friend to them and I will be getting new front tires next week from them as well.

The best in the area. The Guys here will do it right the first time. Had multiple vehicle's tires mounted and balanced here. Found a bent wheel and a cracked one from the previous owner of my car. Turns out another shop put a ton of sealer to "fix it." B&M fixed both my wheels same day. Always balanced perfectly as well.

Lol if I could give 0 stars I would. I was quoted for 2 prices and literally had my car towed to their shop an hour later and all of a sudden ALL of the tires that they have in stock are sold out and I'm now being quoted prices that are 10 times more than what I was told. Its tax time so go figure that they attempt to rip you off in any way possible.

The price was right and the tire was really good especially considering it was a used tire. But the only down side they only had one. But it is good if i am very back in pensacola and i need some tires i will come see them.
