Would give -5 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever, gave me the runaround about a return on the phone and in person. Tried telling me they never told me what they had originally said on the phone.

I cannot give enough thanks to Michael Middaugh! The professionalism and hospitality he gave to us was outstanding. He helped me locate exactly what I needed and showed pride in his work. Cannot recommend this location enough. People looking at these reviews, please know this is a fantastic autozone to choose. Give Michael a raise! :)

Thank you Auto Zone for being amazing! I highly recommend this location for any of your auto needs. They helped me out, when the chevy dealership wouldnt fix the shotty vehicle they sold me. The auto zone employees went above and beyond! Thank you so much for helping me!!! Much appreciated!

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life last night on Friday, January 26th. I don't say that lightly.I ran something over in the road and got 2 flat tires. Pulled into auto zone, that seems like an ideal place to have any sort of car trouble right?Put the spare on with no issues, but I can't deal with the other tire with a plug because it had a cut in it. I called a friend who brought me a tire and an air compressor. Fantastic!We spent the next two hours trying to manually mount a tire without the proper tools. Fine, that's not a problem.We got it done.Crap, no air in the compressor, surely they'll let us use an outlet for 2 minutes to fill it up right?Nope.Now what?So I end up walking up and down mobile highway looking for someone that will let me use an outlet.Not only that, but when the store closed, they simply shut the lights off and leave.I've got 2 kids with autism in the back seat and I'm having to wander mobile highway looking for an outlet on foot. Luckily, the fine folks at Culver's of all places let me fill it up.TLDRAutoZone employees shut the lights off on a family with 2 autistic children and made us work in the dark, didn't let us fill an air compressor so we could leave and forced me to wander and cross a 6 lane road dragging a full size air compressor so the fantastic people at Culver's could help.

Love my auto zone! I can go in there with almost no information and they hook it up every single time!! Thank u guys!!! I almost feel like a criminal taking their customer service free of charge.

This store has saved me thousands in tools and labor with the loan a tool program. They usually have everything I need to keep my car and my family's cars running. I did a $850 front end job for $130 in parts and saved $2500 in labor for my clutch job in the last month thanks to the autozones on mobile highway.

I took my Hyundai in because I needed my headlight changed. Do not go to this autozone. They told me they could not put my headlight in my vehicle because it was an Asian car; the employees also made several racial remarks about the "japs" (a derogatory term used for Japanese people, in 2024) and how they do not make good cars. My car is a Korean model by the way. Luckily I have a friend who works at a different autozone who put in my headlight for me, he told me they 1000% had to have just been lazy.

This store manager is the worst ever. Never does anything but order others to do his job. Constantly late, spending hour's in the bathroom. Promises raises and Never gives them.

Always seems to go well when I'm there. Never a line. OBD2 reader works and the employees are ready to help, lookup and find that part you need in the back.

There are several people that work here that are extremely helpful. I've had a number of great customer service interactions at this location. Their prices are pretty agreeable, and they're store savings card builds points which can be redeemed for $20 off a purchase. I'm a fan of incentives that don't feel intrusive.

Although parking at this particular location is somewhat challenging,the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. And I've never went into the store and not found what I needed. It's fantastic to have this type of atmosphere and availability on the Bellview side of town.Update:Even with hiring of new employees and training everything is still on par

David S. was a huge help with my new battery. I got a great deal on a Duralast Gold with a three year warranty, and he even came out in the Florida heat to remove my old one and install the new one. Super friendly and professional service!

I loved it. Very informative. I have gone to them for years. I purchased a Haynes Vehicle Repair Manual last week from them which had a full breakdown of the vehicle. You can literally fix anything off of it. Literally. I got my battery replaced for free due to the warranty I had and my front turn signal and Daytime running light replaced as well. I had a good time. Very professional.

The store has always been highly professional with me whenever I go. Every time I get a check engine light checked I never fell like they try to push me into buying some product or part like some other part stores do. Their quality of service and professional conduct has made me a regular for all my car parts and maintenance needs.
