To start with the phone was answered in a monotone .hello. When I asked if this was Auto Zone, Charles said .yeah. Since he was rude not helpful at all I asked to speak with a manager. So Samuel got on the phone & continued to make excuses as to why he couldn t help me. I have never had such poor & unprofessional service from any of the other numerous Auto Zones that I have done business with.

The staff was very knowledgeable and no waiting for someone to help you. The store was very organized and had so many items to choose from. My husband went the next day because I told him how awesome it was going there. They also give reward points. Loved this store and they have dedicated employees .

Mrs. Wanda was amazing! She helped us problem shoot a blown head gasket and pointed us towards a better brand that has better results. She also informed us of their money back guarantee and then even taped the receipt for us so it wouldn t get ruined incase we had to do the refund. Top notch customer service. Top notch person. The 5 stars is for Mrs. Wanda!

We purchased an engine online and had to return the core to the store..... FLAWLESS!! Perfect transaction. Nothing could've have been better from them unloading the engine to the return going back onto my card! A perfect transaction along with a great engine with a 4 year warranty with zero miles! Save money. Put one of their engines into your old worn out engine car. Add years to its life!

Today I went there because my brake lights were out and they were so very helpful. Make sure I had the right one and the employee Louise came out and install them for me even though they didn t have to and I greatly appreciated it.

I'm out with my daughter and my car won't start. I called to ask a few questions and the person that answered was very rude and condescending. I made the mistake of asking the hours (since it is Sunday) and he says "The hours are listed on the internet, you don't have to call about the hours. We close at 8 but you can look at our website for that, you don't have to call." So I thanked him and asked some questions about checking and changing batteries. He says they can check and depending on the make and model they can change it and then again he again says "But you don't HAVE to CALL about the hours because they are on the internet. YOU DON'T NEED TO CALL FOR THAT!" I tell him I understand and tried to further explain what was going on with my car. I ask him if I am able to get it towed there, did he think they may be able to help today to which he says "We do NOT take appointments! And we do NOT TOW CARS! That is between YOU and your tow company!" I responded that I was not at all asking that. At this point I'm frustrated and have decided that whoever this is, I would not want him working on my car anyway. It sounds like he was not looking forward to it either. I tell him never mind and hang up. Very poor customer service. Unfortunate because that location was highly recommended and was close to where I was at the time. I understand everyone is short staffed and everyone can have a bad day but I did NOT expect to encounter this in such a time of need. And I don't like giving bad reviews but I was absolutely appalled by the experience. *DO NOT RECOMMEND*UPDATE* Realizing one rude person does not represent the entire company. The higher ups did reach out to me and apologize for that employee's behavior and tried to make things right which I can certainly appreciate. Hopefully things are better now for future customers. Changing from 1 to 3 stars.

AutoZone is a nice place to shop for your auto supply's and needs the staff is very knowledgeable about the parts you need and where to locate them in their store. and they will help you fix minor problems.

I usually go to the AutoZone on Navy Boulevard cuz it's close to my house they look like they had a change over people, I walked in no one said anything to me one person was on the phone another person who was on the computer another person was helping again just did them waited for someone to help me, nothing happened Dad was still on the phone then he got off one cashier was still helping other customer and then he left one guy got off the computer the guy who was on the phone took the guy who walked in after I did and it was quite clear he came in later cuz I've been standing there for a while staring at them, they act like they didn't want to help me out or take care of me whatsoever just poor service all the way around I only go in there now unless I positively have to go to other places

I passed by 4 closed auto parts stores and was lucky that AutoZone was open at 6:30pm on Saturday. They did not have the part that I needed, so they called one of their other stores and found it for me. I drove to that store and they had it on the counter waiting for me. That is service.Thank you

Could not properly answer basic questions, or pull me up in their system. Told me my warranty was no good, when it was. After confirming my warranty on my battery was indeed good over the phone, when I got to the store was told again it wasn't until I had to help them remember what day of the month it was.

The workers there are awesome Nikki was one of them with her co worker a young caucasian male. I would recommend them and this AutoZone to anyone who needs assistance with their vehicle
