Usually very friendly staff, I can typically find what I need there. I was disappointed that they didn't carry the tine 'micro' fuses my Ford uses. Typically good prices on Oil, so when it's time to change your oil, make a trip here. I was a little miffed when one employee refused to look up how many quarts of oil my truck took, told me "it's your truck, you should know" ... well I didn't and is why I was asking you.

Came here to get my engine light checked and Terry completely ignored my existence until I ASKED to be helped. I was literally the only one in the store and I know for a fact he heard the doorbell chime go off when I came in. When I led him to my car he didn't say a single word to me. Didn't even bother apologizing for having me stand there and wait while he casually did stuff on the register a few feet away from me. He interacted and acknowledged my dog that was in the car more than me. Then had a nerve to rub her on the head. When we went back inside he didn't really bother explaining what the problem was just showed me the code that popped up on the screen and gave me a printout . When I left and thanked him he still didn't say anything lol. Some people have no business being customer service reps at all! There were many days when I worked customer service and I was over it but you have to fake it sometimes because your being paid to be there. Won't be returning to this location.

Horrible customer service. Worker essentially quit working way before 9 PM. Didn t show awareness of the situation and did not seem to care about the customer s experience. Had a battery that quit and had to get jumpstarted by road side assistance and let the worker know and he said it was 830 and that it took too long. If you ever have the same problem , do not go here. The only reason this gets a star is because he let us checkout with a new battery.

This is the second time I ve visited this location and gotten bad service or no service at all. One guy with earrings completely ignored me. One girl was talking on the phone loud where the parts are kept and using profanity, and I couldn t get anyone to help me at the front counter. I walked out went to O Reilly Auto Parts down the street.

The guy with the beard, African American guy ( i did not catch his name) should have not bothered coming to work today because he clearly was not interested in helping me nor explaining the code that was found. Please note I had to make him come out to run the diagnostic because he tried to play me like I didn t know what I was talking about. When he printed the diagnostic report out he acted as if I was getting on his nerves when asking questions so I excused myself from the store to sit in the car to write this review :)

Older employee with a cane was extremely rude to me when asked what I was doing I said I was returning an item and he shrugged at me and said ok what.so he needs some training on how to deal with customers cause he was incredibly disrespectful

I was here Thursday morning and had the most comfortable interactions with the staff here. I originally came for a jump starter due to my battery dying, the male associate (sorry forgot your name) was very honest and suggested I just purchase a new battery. They took me to my vehicle, jumped me off and also installed my new battery for me. I left there feeling good about my purchase and the staff that helped me. Thank you so much for being honest and caring

Went in here after an oil change gone wrong.. they had exactly what i needed to fix the issue. Vivian, especially was incredibly helpful when it came to making sure i had the right part to fix the issue. Great service!!! Thank you Vivian!!!!

I have been a customer here for many years. I have had many headlights and tail lights and batteries installed here with both of my vehicles. The service you get here is certainly dependent on who waits on you. I've had some good and some bad. Today they refuse to install a tail light in my son's car and I asked why they said it was due to covid regulations. Covid is long over and like I said I've had many bulbs replaced there in the last couple months so, go figure. Advance Auto parts right down the street will gladly provide this service without any question or hesitation FYI

Very helpful ... needs a couple of oil for my Yukon and I asked if he minded showing me gf how to check the oil and he did !! Great service !!

Gal took a look at the "flasher" mech in my hand, asked me for it, went in "back" (which isn't really in back anymore, I could have watched her the whole time if I'd wanted to shift a few paces left) and she gave me the right replacement part. Changed it out in the parking lot. 7 minutes tops.Not 5 stars because she didn't offer to replace it for me. :( Anyway, signals work again! My orangutan "Clyde" gets a well deserved break.

Great place. Had the radiator iNeeded and reservoir.Staff made sure my existingRadiator matched there new oneAnd even brought it out to theTruck for me. And to top it allOff i saved $50.00 between there price and the one there competitor had in stock.

They ordered a part for me and charged me, I called about an hour later and advised to cancel the order and do a refund. I had to go back to the store, which in 2023 is bogus. We did refunds and cancels in 1999 when I did sales and it was over the phone. When I got there they stayed busy among themselves and took 20 minutes to do my refund.

Placed an order at 4:15 and was told that I would receive an email when it was ready. Well, at 7:46 I had to call the store to ask if my order was ready. Some employee with an I do not care attitude answered the phone and quickly put me on hold forever to finally tell me that my order was ready. There was no apology for the lack of concern that I never was contacted but yet acted upset that I bothered him. What a joke. Wish I had never bought from this establishment!!!!!!! I am so angry with how businesses just do not care anymore how they threat customers. Will definitely share my experience with others.

Absolutely 100% horrible customer service. I asked for a print out of parts I have bought foe one of my trucks. The 2 girls said they couldn't do it unless I has a commercial account. Then I asked for a code Tobe read on my car. I was informed they only have 2employees and I would have to wait and go to the back of the line cause other customers come first. This is coneplete b.s.and unacceptable. They had no clue what they were doingI went to the auto zone down the street got a print out of what i have bought for my truck without any issues at all. Code read in and out in 5 mins. Corporate needs to do something about their worthless staff at the 9th Ave location

They are always helpful. Today I needed new wiper blades. They helped me find the best ones for my car and installed them. So thankful, because I wouldn't have been able to put them on.

The newest employee helped me check my battery. Found out, I had a bad battery and purchased it their about a year ago. He checked my battery then was able to find my account and replace my battery for free. Great service and the employee that helped me, did an excellent job. Thank you.

I came to the right place when I needed to change my battery. We were due for a change since our battery is old and we really don't know how old it really is since we bought it used. I had to jump it twice this year and it was recommended to me that it was time to change it. We stopped here at Auto zone and I had a coupon off I could use since I had sign up to receive promotional coupon I could use. We went in there and greeted by Mr Byron. He was very friendly and helpful and was also happy to install the battery himself. I didn't mind since I also knew how to install it. But he insisted. He was also knowledgeable in all the things my wife had questions about all that pertains to automotive. I will come back again and buy all my automotive needs here.

Was immediately greeted, associate quickly assisted me in finding the part I needed, made my purchase which included a nice military discount (and was not asked for my phone number, which has annoyed me as a trend), paid and was on my way in no time.

I was in from out of state and pulled in really quick for them to test out my Check Engine Light. The guy was really nice and helped me out. He told me what the issue was and even price checked items for me. The location was off the major road and easy to get in and out of.
