Thomas K. at the Navy Blvd location is an absolute rock star. He was able to assist me in a pinch and get me going again. Every time I hit an obstacle Thomas K. was there to save the day. Big shout out to this guy. Give this man a raise!!!

This store is amazing. Bob is the most helpful person I have met this year. We came thinking we needed a new battery and connection. Bob cleaned the terminal. No battery needed. There not just trying to sell you merchandise. They are helping. Kindness is the best thing to find in people! Thanks Bob. We will be back

I went online to order parts for my Ram 2500 diesel, rotors, and brake pads from AutoZone on Mobilw Hwy and Fairfield Dr. After it showed they had the parts in stock at this particular store. So, I went to pick up those parts, and they didn't have the brake pads in stock even though it showed in stock online. I've worked various parts warehouse, and that didn't make any sense what so ever. When you sell your last part on the shelf, your computer system should show zero, not any other amount!!! You guys need to upgrade your systems to show the accurate accountability for the parts. I'm guessing your inventory is so screwed up that it's impossible to account for items that are in stock but really aren't!!! Also, some of these stores in Pensacola, Florida, need repairs on the stores itself. One door you can not even use because the door handle was not connected tight, and the other was loose as well!!!

I went to Advanced first because they were a bit closer. After 15mins of waiting & watching the 2 employees confusedly bounce around, I became annoyed & went to AutoZone. Thank goodness.I was heartily greeted upon entrance & waited about 2mins for a spot at the counter to look up parts. They had all-around rotors & pads, plus plugs, belt, & suspension items needed for my son s car. They even assisted with fluids! I received email & hard copy receipts & the return policy was simple.You guys are awesome! So happy I ditched Advanced and ended up doing business with you.

Ms. Vivan was so awesome, she went above and beyond for me today . Ms. Vivan made sure I had the correct bulb for my car and she took the time out to install it . I tried to offer Ms. Vivan money more than once and she refused it each time . Ms. Vivan helped me replace a battery and she took the time out to help my daughter . I give my thanks and much appreciation to Ms. Vivan , it was an older gentleman who also helped me as well . Thank you to Ms. Vivan I will return again , again and many more times. I had to call Auto Zone about 4 times asking questions and each and everytime Ms. Vivan was very nice ,she had a positive attitude everytime I spoke with her . I can really tell she has excellent customer service and she care for her customers and she save me a lot of money by telling me the truth on what was wrong with my car

Josh and kylara in store 206 helped me out! After having a bad experience at advance auto parts the night shift at 206 CAME THROUGH big time. Advance sold me the wrong light and wouldn t even come outside too check what type of headlight I needed. Thats the type of employees you need!!! Thank youuuu

Gary and Ashley were so helpful. I am 58 years old women and not able to do much for myself. Both Ashley and Gary went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of at the store. I will always be a loyal customer to this store thanks to them helping me in my dire situation. THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH

Fantastic Service by Jeffery! Had to get a new battery, after being jumped to drive there. Jeffery tested it, walked me through all the different price options and values. Then voluntarily changed the battery himself using his own personal tools. He did a stellar job, scrubbing the connection, adding gel, and ensuring everything was working - all with a friendly attitude. Very impressed.

Website says 8 am on Sundays, store sign says 8 am on sundays. Waited for about 25 minutes because Autozone is my preferred store, doors were still locked, so I went to O'Reillys and got what I needed. O'Reillys is now my preferred auto parts store.

Jen and Gary were fantastic they were super helpful and they went above and beyond what customer service is expected of in any business! I am very appreciative of how I was treated as an out of town guest and I will definitely be letting any of my friends and family know that if they need any kind of mechanical or car items go here!

I waited in line for close to 30 mins. There was two managers in the back as you could hear them one out front and a red shirt installing a battery outside. There was approximately 5-6 customers behind me. There is no structure or organization in there and the two managers in the back were not willing to help when the one up front asked for it. I think district manager should stop by and teach priority of work, as well as customer service.

Employees need to be trained better 1 person working the counter at 5 pm and a line is out the door I don't recommend standing in line when AutoZone is the only one that allows nobody else to help the front desk during Rush hour O'Riley auto parts don't keep everyone waiting for 1 counter person if you are in a hurry and have the time to waist and willing to chat with a employee that knows nothing about car parts AutoZone is perfect for everyone else but me

Came in for the advertised free battery check and parked in the shade so the employee wouldn t have to stand in the hot sun. This was maybe 4-5 parking spaces distance away from the building. Overheard him complaining to his coworkers about people who love to come in and ask for something for free and park as far away from the door as possible right in front of me. What??? We didn t ask for the shirt off his back, just for the advertised service. And thought it would be nice to stand in the shade instead of the hot sun. Oh well. The girls working were very nice though!

Came in with starting issues, had a guess, but Faye was able to run the scanner and confirm that my battery was indeed dead. A bit costly for my model vehicle, however I was reassured with a good warranty. Faye was more than helpful and even helped install the new battery. Can t recommend this place enough, thanks again Faye!

We had a terrible week with a used vehicle we recently purchased and went into auto zone for the third thing that needed to be fixed this week. Two young gentleman (Joey and Richard) greeted us right away and were so helpful!

I went in today to get oil and a filter. I walked in, two employees were sitting at the counter. One eating, the other on his phone. No one acknowledged that I walked in. I stood there for a minute before anyone said anything to me. I asked for help because I didn t know what oil/filter I needed for my car. The guy that helped me printed out a ticket with the part number for the filter and told me it was on isle 7. Mind you, I asked for help because I don t know what I m looking at. He didn t walk to the isle with me, or do anything helpful whatsoever. I ve never been to an auto parts store where they didn t help me get the things I needed. I won t be back.

we asked if they can put the battery in the car and the guy that put the it in just chatted more then actually doing the work and it looked like he didn't know what he was doing and it took at least 27min for him to get the battery in.

Needed a new battery and Joey K double checked for us to be sure we didn t spend money we didn t need to then swapped in the new one. Very helpful.
