Ralph K radiates positivity and was so incredibly helpful, he made my entire day. I thought I was stopping in for a tool I was going to hope worked, he came up and made a boring stop for a part such a pleasant experience and I left with a tool I knew would work and the how-to to get the job done. I went in to get my battery checked out and I was told it was bad,so I bought a new one and it died,I asked for my old battery back and to return the battery I just bought ,not even 24 hours latter ,and when I asked about it the lady and She was unsure,I told Her I got it diagnosed here and She didn't know what to d,so She asked the man with Her and He got rude with me right from the rip,He said me getting returning the battery I bought from them that wasn't the problem,was like me returning a used paid of underwear.That was very disrespectful for customer service,the crazy thing is,thus is the second time I got my battery diagnosed from them and was told it was bad,and I bought a battery and it turned out it was an alternator,I feel like that is very strange

It s 8:58; & by some freak accident/incident I can t get the ball off my hitch & switch it out so I can tow the camper to our resting spot for the night.There s 5-7 people in store, still shopping - not checking out or in line - shopping & the clerk yells at me to get out , I ve been here 12 hours, we closed I begged, please just let me use a wrench super quick - it s a difference in if we have a place to sleep tonight - please sir Same response.Luckily there was a super nice citizen in the parking lot who was super happy to help out & save the day, because depending on auto zone and the kindness of their employees - would have left us sleeping in the car.& I could even understand if there was no one in store, or they were ringing up their last customer but there were still people shopping when I got done with the wrench.

Check your receipt as the salespeople like to toss in their upsale products (around $2, so you wouldn't typically notice) into your box/bag and charge you for it without asking. They have a quota of upsale they must meet. They also supposedly have a store manager, but they are never available. Try calling corporate or the local district manager and see what you get. Serious! Be aware!

This is a auto parts store that allowed me to repair my bike tube number 50 that the sidewalks and roads if this great city are constantly littered broken glass and refuse. I'm thinking about picking it all up and posting notice to the generationally different humans who constantly use the earth for a garbage can.Excellent location very well staffed and very helpful to me to get er done.

Last week I had to visit due to needing a new battery. I visited right about 8am and a very nice lady that said she had worked there about 15yrs. helped me find the best battery for my car.She professionally tested the old battery and installed the new one. I rarely write reviews but this experience remained on my mind and I felt compelled to write this review. Excellent professional service is hard to come by these days and excellence should be recognized and rewarded so I wanted to do what I could to recognize this super professional employee you are so privaledged to have working for you.

They were not sure if they ordered the correct taillight assemblys.I ordered both, and they thought both were the same side. Took about 35 minutes for them to figure out the order was correct.Thank you God. Enough time spent there.

I spend so much money there, more than any other auto parts places. They are always helpful and more often than not, have the part I need. They don't give me attitude cause I'm a woman and they always ask for my points card or phone number

Very friendly staff. Approach me of what I need and got me what I wanted. Also thank you giving me a Veteran discount. Always shop at Auto zone where I go. Very knowledgeable people and always willing to help.

4460 mobilevhwy pensacola fl 32505. No service. Went in and was not greeted. 3 reps 1 helping a customer 2 standing around talking. One of the one standing around finally directed the guy ahead of me to the self check out and walked off. No one ever asked me if I needed any assistance. I tried to get their attention but couldnt.I looked for what I needed never found it and headed towards the door. I got a have a good evening. Wow won't be back.

I was taken care of so well. The female that helped me was knowledgeable and really did a great job. She calmed me down because I was really worried about the car and.. She fixed it in 5 minutes or less... But get this. I later found out it was not even in her job description. She was awesome. I don't want to get her name wrong so I will say she was short.. Black hair and glasses.... I will update this with her name later... The store had everything you can think of.. If you need anything for your car.. AutoZone is your place to go.

2 awesome guys that helped right before closing time tonight. Bought some wipers, the guy came out and changed them for us, 2009 Nissan Versa,he had a little trouble so a senior tech came out to help. I asked for the kid s name, and he told me, it I can t remember. It was a regular name like Tom or something like that lol . Some good ole boys at this this location!

Website slow loading, called and got someone that was able to look up for my 2016 Rouge, 2016 Kicks and 2009 Fusion all in one go. Military discount, and they even collected everything for me and put to the side for when I got there.Highly recommended, hate to throw shade but if it's AutoZone or Advanced Auto? Auto Zone has better customer service, pricing and easy of purchase.

Some rude employees working this place . The medium built lady with the Donald duck biker hair cut just stood there as I asked a question about a part. What are yall daydreaming about at 4:30pm then as I'm forced to talk to the other employee because a Customer walked in and she immediately started helping them.......lol. that employee had to ask the Donald duck biker haircut person to solve my issue. Come on people.... Customer service has failed

A very sweet employee here walked out to my vehicle with me to check my lights on our trailer. I was going to be making a big move with a 10 hour drive ahead of me. He helped me access my problem and how to fix them. Thank you so much again for your kindness and peace of mind. This guy definitely deserves a raise! (tall, fit man w/brown hair.. maybe a manager)

They always have what I need over at Auto Zone! But the major bonus is the satisfaction I get from the fast and friendly service I receive EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in. Hands down the fastest service in comparison to Advance Auto and O'Riley's. The employees of Auto Zone are also very knowledgeable about the items they stock and they always have a quick answer any time I have a question! Keep up the good work Auto Zone, you've got a loyal customer in me!

I went in for a battery and couldn't get mine out John H. helped me. This was one of the best experiences I had being a woman coming into a place like this where I was treated with the utmost respect. He took the old battery out and put the new one in at no cost. I appreciate everything John did for me that day. Thank you Auto zone! Keep this man!!!! He is awesome!

Omg! Great service from lezlie she was awesome and helpful. She did the diagnostic ck on my car and looked up the part with ease! Even pulled up the how 2 video to see the location of where the part went on my car! I will frequent THIS location! Thanks Lezlie

Drove all the way from 9 mile road to buy a gasket. Online it told me that was the only store in town thay had it In stock. Well the cashier looked it up for me by part number first. Said they didn't have it then when I asked her to check again searching year make and model, she refused saying " were about to to be kicking you out. We close at 9. And no, were gonna have to do that later because it's 8:58 and I wanna go home." I also needed to buy 4 gallons of transmission fluid and she was hesitant to sell me that. They are lucky I spent my $110 there. I should have walked out.

Guy was very rude trying to tell me I didn't come there the night before and buy the parts I needed to exchange manager was not helping I won't go back here again I will see about going to O'Reilly's auto parts just to see if there staff don't call you a lier
