I was very pleased with the speed of the service I received on my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At this point, it appears that the problem is fixed. I have not seen any evidence to the contrary. They were also very respectful of my vehicle. This was my first visit to Automotive Alternative and it looks like they will be my go-to place for my service from now on whenever I need service.

I am very pleased with the work that I had done on my Nissan Rogue. Mike and Austin we're very professional. The issue I brought my vehicle in was explained to me exactly what they were going to do gave me a price right up front. Have used them on two of my other vehicles it's been many years ago though but I will continue to use aAutomotive Alternative. Thanks so much.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Mike took time to explain what my problem was and how it would be fixed. He was up front with the cost. Towed my truck in after engine trouble. Mike diagnosed the issue quickly and kept me updated throughout the repair process. He was very patient with my questions and I never felt like he was rushing me off the phone. Repairs turned out to be less invasive than predicted and were performed expeditiously.

If I only had one word to describe this business it would be "Honest."I drive an older Jeep Liberty and parts are hard to come by, but not for this shop!They regularly called to keep me updated, were upfront with pricing before work and were very thorough and meticulous on getting right part for the job.If you live in Pensacola, I'd recommend taking your vehicle here over anywhere else... that includes dealerships as well.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

Good shop reasonable prices. You may have to wait a little bit to get your car in there but it s way worth it. They fixed my truck for Half of what it would cost if I took it to the dealership.

You came highly recommended from other parents who have children at Prnsacola Christian College. Firestone did a pressure test and told us the radiator and thermostat would need to be replaced, $1700.00 job. Your pressure test revealed a crack in the housing of the thermostat, a $282 job. I currently am contacting the home office of Firestone to complain. Thank you for not taking advantage of a student who might not know better. I too will highly recommend your services.

I was referred to automotive alternative by a coworker. I was not disappointed! I very much feel that this is a very honest practice, which is very rare these days. And they did a fabulous job fixing my car! Highly recommend this place!

I had been using a franchise auto shop for the repairs on my vehicle however, they were unable to preform a particular repair on my vehicle. Mike and his crew at Automotive Alternative not only were able to preform the repair, but found the actual problem requiring the repair. I not only saved money, but I felt comfortable that my vehicle was well taken care of. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else from now on. I had a hunch that my truck needed a new wheel bearing. I called Automotive Alternative describing the symptoms that my truck was having. They said that they wouldn't be able to know what was wrong for sure until they saw it. I asked for a quote for a wheel bearing, just so I could get an idea of what I might be looking at paying. They stayed on the phone with me, looked at multiple different options, and gave me a very reasonable quote. I tried calling 6 other places around the area for another quote, and not a single one would would give me a quote before I actually brought the truck to them. I brought my truck to Automotive Alternative that evening. They diagnosed the issue the next morning, and I was able to pick up my truck early that afternoon. I was surprised at how timely they were, despite the parking lot being packed. The staff was very friendly and the office was filled with lots of really cool memorabilia as well. I'd definitely recommend Automotive Alternative for your next vehicle mechanic.

Prices for repairs are reasonable and ALL of the employees/technicians/service workers actually take time to explain the issue(s) and do great work and fast!! I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be! Also... they honor military/veterans discounts @ 10% which alot of repair shops do not! Every little bit goes a long way these days! Very helpful, very professional, and had no problems at all when dealing with them! Fair price. I ve had other companies try to take advantage of me because I m female they did not do that at all! Kept me up to date on progress. Highly recommend.
