As a woman sometimes it s hard to find places you can trust, I would recommend Auto Save to anybody. After having a horrible experience with a large corporate dealership I found this shop. They treated me with respect and honesty. They were professional fair and efficient. Sometimes dealing with vehicles can be stressful but they took the stress right out of it. I would highly recommend for any of your service needs.

Mike and his guys are top notch. Very personable, and Mike knows his stuff. They got me in and out for tire rotation (35 tires) In less than 15 min. Great service great folks!

Mike and his whole staff were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I told Mike I just moved here and what type of work I did and he got on the phone with some of his customers and passed my name and number to them in case they were looking for good flooring installers. I must say I've never had anyone go out of their way for me like that. Thanks Mike

So grateful to this shop. I have been all over the town for days asking everyone to put tire on my sons electric scooter. This is the only place without doubt said sure we can. Within few minutes we got a call it s ready. Not one of the bicycle shops or other tire shops could do it. I m taking my car only here from now on! Mike manager Rocks it!!! Thank you so much!

These people are great! I was treated very nicely! Gave me some great wheels & tires! Looks fantastic on the truck! Also went back a week or so later & had the check light & brake light in dash would not go off. Bad censors. Great job! Thanks Guys! Customer service was anA++!

Excellent service!I was traveling 6 hours from home. They got the work done twice as fast and much cheaper than quoted.If Pensacola was my home town they would be my mechanic for life!!!

Absolutely a great place to go when you're having tire problems or have questions! The team is very nice and easy to talk to, especially Mike. They always know what they are doing and do it right! I recommend Auto Save to everyone.

Their customer service is outstanding. I brought my car in about 2pm one day and they weren t able to get to it in time by closing.. so I brought it two days later and even though they had a lot going on, they made sure they got my car I right away. First they were just going to check my TPMS systems to see which one weren t working.. then decided they d just bring it right on it and get it fixed. They did a great job and were so friendly, even their customers in the waiting room were friendly! I d highly recommend them!UPDATE: also when I called initially to ask pricing they said $60... when I went in they said $80. Then when I came in the second time he asked if I got a rate yet? And I said yeah they said 60 on the phone but when I came in they said 80... which I expected cause that s around the price as everywhere. But when I went to pay after the services he only charged me $60 each instead of $80. That s amazing customer service!

I have been to this shop a couple times. I like the location its at. Very reasonable for the price.The only problem i have going here is the guy behind the counter.He is never behind the counter when i come inside. maybe its just me. Its been a couple times I go inside and hes not in there. He's either in the back smoking cigarettes or just hanging out. I would like to just go inside and talk to the guy and leave my truck. other than that this is a good shop in pensacola.

they re thr best in town , i look all over pensacola and end up with the best people, so organized so friendly so nice . they re wonderful over all . the mechanic had my phone number to text me and keep me updated and send me pictures on what he is doing. i swear if there s more than 5 stars i will give it to them

The environment made me feel welcome. Best prices in town.The dude (mike) at the front counter. Works his butt off. I don't think I've seen him sit down. LolThanks for taking care of my tires. The owner was extremely helping with making sure I got what I needed at a reasonable price

These guys are great! I had some tires that were purchased elsewhere and was having trouble getting them on my rims. The owner stopped what he was doing and personally installed them for me. Not only was he able to get them on the rims, he explained and demonstrated what the issue was. They have definitely gained a new customer.

So impressed with this shop. I was on my way to work when I got a flat tire. I called and even though they were busy Mike said bring it in and they would get me taken care of. They sure did! I was in and out super quick. Everyone in the shop was friendly and super informative. Great price! I will definitely be making this my go to auto shop.

My family and I have been using auto-save for over 20 years. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles. Friendly, knowledgable, trustworthy staff all the way around. David and his staff will continue to get my business for many years to come. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Pensacola area.

Took some rims up to get a dent fixed , a small crack repaired, and a "questionable repair" looked at, and was going to be charged 450$ for 3 wheels. The service staff was polite and prompt, but the price was severely overcharged. They had my wheels for 2 days and still hadnt made any progress on them. I decided not to enlist their services due to the high price, and lack of progress. They gave me back my rims, no charge for the work (if any) that was done to them. For basic mechanic work i dont doubt that these guys are legit, but when it comes to wheels and tire repair, i suggest shopping around a little bit more. I was referred by my brother to b&m tires on navy who fixed his rims with similar problems for only 110$ out the door , ready in 24 hours. The service staff there were polite, prompt, and had no problem giving me a walk through of the problems and what it would cost for each repair instead of a flat rate. All in all, i cant say too many bad things about auto save , but i cant say any good things either. This was just my personal experience.

I was referred to them by a knowledgable friend and wrench head for an automatic transmission fluid flush. My trans had started to slip. Daniel accurately quoted the price and the time allotted for the repair. The mech, Jonathan, was thorough in the job, even inviting me to watch the process on their state of the art machine. It was cool to see the flushing process. They seem to have a very happy staff and a happy staff is an efficient staff. I have to give the overall experience an A+. Thank you to the Mack family, I may have found a new place for automotive service.

Had best experience with a automobile transmission issue .I had been to several other mechanic shops and they were not able to diagnose the problem. Technician at Auto Save went right to the issue and saved me 100's of dollars with the correct diagnosis repair. I will definitely be going back to Auto Save. I was referred by one of there lifelong customers. Hard to find honest people in Auto Repair shops today. The crew and management are top notch. Thanks guys

You don't get customer service like Auto Save gives there customers. David is one of the few owner operator tire centers in Pensacola. You will always receive professional advice, quialty workmanship at affordable prices. As a valued customer we get Free air pressure checks and Free nail removal. I recommend you giving him a try you will be hooked.

The Mack family and Auto Save have been my go to place for almost all auto repair issues since the early 1990's. David Mack has saved me a lot of time and money. I was happy to see his Dad Leon there last week, he is the icon that started Auto Save in 1961. That kind of longevity speaks volumes.

Fast service, in and out in a day and very friendly staff! Price was reasonable compared to other commercial shops in the area and I'd much rather do business with local folks. Will definitely return when I need new tires! Thanks AutoSave!

Had a slow leak in a tire on a Jeep. Took it to Vannoys originally to patch if possible. They told me I was good to go after two separate attempts to patch it. By the third time I just decided to get a new tire and be done with it. Nope. Still leaked. Heard through a family friend about this place. Once I got there they seemed pretty busy. Told them what was going on and they sent me to whom I believe was the owner there. Nice guy. I was ready to drop the tire off and tel him I'd pick it up Saturday. Nope. He made it a point to fix my issue. Even let me watch him do the whole thing it was pretty cool. Turns out it was rust buildup on my rim which is good news because I though my rim was bent. He got the rust off and the rim lookin like new. No leaks anymore.

Really enjoyed the experience here. I came in for new tires. The employee gave me some quotes that were very resonable. My experience here was very delightful and respectful. Would recommend this tire store to anyone in the Pensacola area.
