I would like to rate this 5 stars, feel like I should leave a 3 star review, but also know that reviews are important to business so I am leaving 4-stars in hopes that some of these items will be addressed and corrected down the road for future customers.I brought in my girlfriend s 2017 Audi Q5 to have the back window replaced as it was shattered. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. After an hour or so, I got my car back and was told prior to receiving the keys that some glass was left behind in the back door that was unable to be removed. I brought the car home and disassembled the rear door. One screw was missing, from reassembly at the facility. To be fair, this could have been missing before the appointment. I had never checked for that screw. I went to remove the glass that couldn t be removed and made jingling noises every time I opened the trunk. It took me about an hour and a half, but with a coat hanger, patience, and my hands, I was able to remove all of the remaining glass. I was disappointed that this was not taken care of at the facility.To be fair, the price for 423$, uninsured, on an Audi, is a very reasonable price. The Audi dealership was asking for 1000$. So overall, the price was fair; however, I would ve paid more to have the glass properly removed so I did not have to disassemble my car and complete the work that was half way completed.I have included photos of the glass I removed on my own and the missing screw.

The technician Carl called me an hour before he arrived and told me he was on his way. When he got here he was very polite. He went right to work. He had the job completed in less than a half hour. I was pleased with his work he was fast he was friendly And I was pleased with his work

We were trying to decide to do a insurance claim or pay cash, the secretary was very patient with us and gave us several options and made the decision easy. They were fast, priced right and great work on the install. Definitely recommend!

Shop was able to perform the work the day after initial contact. Some confusion with time of appointment, but that was resolved. Work appears to be high quality. Staff is very friendly.

Great personnel-- Debbie and Carl. A little difficulty getting an appt. due to auto glass computer issues but Debbie resolved the issue. Carl was both confident and customer service oriented. Very satisfied.

They replaced the windshield on my 2007 Ford Expedition. They were not only the cheapest place in town, they were quick, on time, and very friendly. I would highly recommend people take their vehicles here

I spoke with Debbie at Auto Glass Now about windshield repair or replacement. She was very friendly and was able to give me a quote for replacement. Glass was ordered and service was completed on 08/29/2023. Both Debbie and Ed were a pleasure to work with. The price was very reasonable, service was excellent and I will always recommend this business!
