Always grateful for smiling faces and friendly welcomes at Anderson Subaru Service Center! From Gavin to Brent to Jeff, & the lovely ladies at the desk, it s always a pleasure bringing my Outback in for service. Quick, efficient, and great hospitality while you wait. Even better, when I can bring my pups with me they get the same top-notch customer service and everyone at Anderson stops by to give them some love :) I m so happy with my Outback & love my Anderson Subaru team!

I always get good vibes coming here. The staff is always super helpful and honest. My service advisor Brent has been down to earth and friendly every time I've worked with him. He has helped me with three cars the past few weeks and has kept me in the loop, communicating often for each. They were able to find the issue with my Forester that Tameron Subaru couldn't figure out. Thanks for coming through guys!

Such a great bunch of folks that work here. There was a miscommunication about the repair cost on wife's car. Keith made sure to fully explain everything and bent over backwards to make everything right. He is always amazing to deal with every time I bring the car in. Can't thank you enough, Keith!

We were spoiled by our dealership where we were three time buyers up in CT. Needed warranty work now that we live in Pensacola and were wary of who we would be dealing with. That didn t last long these guys are fantastic here. From scheduling and loaner (read: rental with fees credited) to quality and thoroughness of service. Suby number four will come from Anderson for sure!

I always have a good experience at Anderson Subaru, had a nail in my tire which we were unable to fix and they had the right tire in stock and why they had my car they made sure it was updated and gave me a car wash.

I purchased a used Subaru from another local dealer. I had it inspected at Anderson Subaru before buying. I worked with Brent. He was honest, informative, professional and very kind to this crazy car buying gal. I talked to him 3 different times in maybe 2 days with questions regarding the car (from another dealership!). Overall, I bought the Subaru. I look forward to working with Anderson Subaru for any maintenance with my car. I give Brent 5 stars for his patiences & knowledge! Thanks again.

Purchased a Subaru 6 months ago and had scheduled the first service appointment then and put it in my phone calendar. I get a text at 10am the day of the appointment saying my appointment was at 10:10am...I had in my calendar that it was at noon. No email confirmation or call, just that one text...10 minutes before the appointment. Disappointed in the notification system for sure.
