I had a great experience working with Glenn. I found a Subaru Forester online and was testing driving within a few minutes of arriving to the dealership. Glenn was very friendly, helpful and patient during my first car buying experience. He took the time to explain all the features of the car and answered all my questions thoroughly. His professionalism and knowledge made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend everyone work with Glenn for a stress-free car buying experience!

Noah from Anderson Subaru provided exceptional service, getting me in the exact vehicle I wanted that very day. After dealing with the clowns in the circus that is Car City Pensacola, I was so relieved to have this easy, seamless experience. They took care of everything, and I went from full of anxiety about the process to absolutely relieved. I was treated with the utmost respect and not pressured in the slightest. If I could give Noah ten stars I would. I highly recommend skipping the other "big name" dealerships that give you the run around and going straight to Anderson Subaru. Save money, time and sanity by stopping there first, you will not regret it.

Y all. If you re looking for a vehicle, go to Anderson s. Let me first start off with saying I bought my vehicle over a month ago, and have just been waiting to create my review based off how everything went day of, and up until now. I have so much good to say about them, from the day of purchase, even to now! Glenn is fabulous, Paul, Nick, and Steven are all amazing as well. Actually everyone we encountered has been genuine and kind. I bought a 24 Forester, and I m so happy with it! I actually have 10000 things to say, but I m trying to keep this short. Needless to say, if you LOVE your old car, but desperately need a new(er) one, go see these guys! They will keep your emotions in consideration, as well as your wants and needs. They have an amazing refreshments counter (SCORE!) and they do an Encore after you ve purchased the car where they welcome you back for more information, and then give you a gas card for your time and gas!! I actually just got a text yesterday from Glenn asking how my car and I are doing, he didn t need to reach out this far after purchase, but he did and that shows how serious they are about customer care. Go support Anderson Subaru, we don t want to lose them!I hope this helps ease the mind of some, you re in good hands with them!Did I mention the LIFETIME bumper to bumper and powertrain warranty?

My husband and I came in to look at an Outback and ended up leaving with an Outback. Adam Corey was awesome and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. This had to of been the easiest purchase process we ve ever done and they are great at the dealership. Loved they fact that Adam wasn t pushy but let us explore and sat around while we asked questions and messed with the vehicles. Hands down best experience with purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Adam!!

I purchased my new 2024 Outback from Anderson Subaru. I went to the dealership three times before purchasing and my salesperson, Steven Simpson, was knowledgable and patient with my many questions. The entire team that supported my purchase was pleasant and personable. I never felt like I was just another number for their sales quotas (like I felt in another dealership). I highly recommend Anderson and if you make it there ask for Steven!

Anderson Subaru has a Subaru for you! Or in our case a Ford . I can not say enough good things about my buying experience with Anderson Subaru. Glenn was awesome, professional and helped this family of 5 get the vehicle for them without any hassle. The dealership in general was amazing. I now own my 6th Subaru, but this is the first I purchased through Anderson Subaru. It was, by far, the best! Steven Simpson is MORE than friendly. He is knowledgeable, respectful, humorous, and patient, making for a successful and pleasant experience. With the great support from Paul and Wayne, I can understand why this dealership has such a great reputation. I am looking forward to my return visits!!

My 2014 Subaru Impreza broke down in Gulf Shores Alabama on vacation from Michigan. Called Anderson Subaru, Brent H. the service advisor was very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. Got my car right in and fixed it within a day, making it possible for me to head back to Michigan after vacation. Great service would recommend to all. Everybody there was very professional. He even noticed I had a recall on my Subaru, and did the recall while they had the car there.

We stopped to see what options we may have had on a trade. Glenn Dowell our sales Consultant met us in the parking lot even after saying that we were just looking he never pressured us to consider a purchase. Glenn was able to show us exactly what we were hoping to see. After a first pass at numbers we met with Paul Simpson, Sales Manager. Again, never pressured to make a deal. Paul asks what would make us feel comfortable with trading in our current Subaru. After a couple exchanges a deal was able to be made. AGAIN, no pressure sales. Sue and I feel that the deal was beneficial to Anderson Subaru and to us as well. Hopefully this is the beginning of a long and lasting relationship.

Best experience we ve ever had buying a car. Everyone was great. Zack was especially wonderful. He was so patient with us. Could explain everything about all of the cars we looked at.If anyone needs a great salesman we would refer them to him.

Thanks so much to the team at Anderson Subaru who went above and beyond to help me! Especially to Evan Papanikolaou who spent hours working with me to be able to finance and leave same day with a car after the one I owned became inoperable and I had no transportation to work. I really appreciate the patience, the information, and the high quality of care I received, as a first time car buyer with not much of a credit history or knowledge towards purchasing cars themselves I was not very hopeful, but Evan really came through and took the time to help me explore my options and figure it all out! Anderson Subaru will definitely be on the very top of my list for any future vehicle endeavors for their great customer service, 100% transparency, and great quality in cars! I got just the one I wanted! :)

My wife and I had a wonderful shopping and buying experience at Anderson Subaru thanks to our awesome sales rep Noah.There was no pressure at all. Instead, Noah had the attitude of a teacher, patiently educating us on everything Subaru, and answering all our newbie questions as we navigated all the possible models, trims, and options.We looked at ~5 different makes/dealers to replace our primary car and of course encountered ~5 different sales reps along the way. None of them knew the details about the cars they were selling like Noah did.-- not even close.In the end, the Subaru Crosstrek easily won out. We are now 1st time Subies and couldn't be happier with our choice.Check out Anderson and ask for Noah!

Our experience with Noah Hartz and the entire Anderson staff was top rate! Noah was extremely helpful through the entire buying process. He was patient with us when we took a few days to make a decision, with no high pressure sales tactics and worked with us on a deal that we were comfortable with. We love our new Outback and highly recommend Anderson Subaru to anyone in the market for a Subaru.

The best car buying experience we have ever had. Evan, our salesman, was awesome. Easy to talk with, no pressure, and we believed he genuinely wanted to help us buy the car we wanted. The finance team was great and we made a deal that was perfect for us. Even employees around the business were engaging and friendly. We love our first Subaru. We'll definitely do business with Anderson Subaru again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking.

We purchased a new 2022 Forester a couple years ago, and have waited on a review to see how things go over a several month time frame. Adam was our salesman and he is fantastic, even after a year and few months he still remembers us when we go for service, and always comes over to us and talks, and checks if things are ok. As for service we ve had zero issues, always attentive, Gavin explains everything very well and is very courteous and helpful. This is our 1st Subaru and we re definitely sold on not only Subaru but Anderson s as a dealership.

Most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Evan Papanikolaou had all the paperwork together for me while driving in from Niceville, FL which minimized my time at the dealership and maximized my time with the new car. I have been a Ford Expedition person since 2000. I thought I would never change. I went to Anderson Subaru I talked to Steven Simpson. Iwas shown an Outback Turbo/Touring model. I traded a 2017 Ford Expedition. The room the power the all wheel drive and handling are super. We made a deal that could not be beat, smooth, less than hour. The team from Sales Mgr. Paul, Finance Wayne, Sales Steven, and Online person Nick. The best experance I have ever had. I have been driving it for two months now and it has ment all my expectations. My next car will be here.
