Excellent experience, they were phenomenal. It was my first time here and Corey and Dakota both were very informative and provided an overall excellent customer service experience! I would highly recommend the American Lube Fast on 1901 Olive Rd in Pensacola!

I would have rated a five. I specifically asked the manager how much the oil change would be. He quoted a price that was fair. Work was done quickly. I was charged $23.50 more than I was quoted because he forgot about the 2 extra quarts of oil for my car. Prices are not posted so it s impossible for a customer to determine the price until they receive the total for payment. The crew was friendly but I m not happy with the way they do business.

I stopped in on my.lunch break for an oil change. I have an.older vehicle, so it was nice for them to tell me about a couple minor issues. They only recommended 1 extra product while I was there which I opted to get. They let me know.my air filter still looked good and did not need replaced. Everyone was friendly, I will definitely go back again.Great job Team!

Due to prior good service, we sent my 17 year old here for a full synthetic oil change with our debit card. We check the following day and the charge is way higher than expected. Asked him was something added and he said all they did was an oil change and wiper blades...charge was still too high. Instead, they did an oil flush on an engine with 5000 miles on it, a full synthetic oil change and replaced wiper blades. Way to take advantage of a minor with unnecessary and unrequested service.

I have gotten oil changes at this location for over 30 years. I was a loyal (was Super Lube) but the service declined over time. Stopped in today and Grease Monkey taking over has made a world of difference in the service. They were very quick and professional and definitely did quality work. Good people.

Quick and easy. Never got out of the car. Helped with light check and oil pressure. 10 mins of work and on there part, full service and I was out. My kinda service!

Very friendly and nice employees. Awesome job performing the lLOF and informing me of all the other levels of fluids and topping them off if needed. They checked my battery and the air pressure in my tires. Also they were careful not to dinty my white truck. I will continue to come back here and tell other folks as well. I'll give them a grade of A+.

Such a big difference. I had stopped coming to this location. But now this is the only place I will bring my car. Dezirae has really turned things around. The shop runs smoothly and efficiently. I felt confident in the service provided by Dakota and Dezirae. Thank you so much!

I Had A Oil Change Less Than A Month Ago At Another Lube Fast And My Oil Light Came On Went Back To My Original Lube Fast On Olive Rd.The Manager She Was Amazing She Discovered The Drain Plug Was Not Tighten Back I Lost A Quart And A Half Of Oil She Made Everything Good Again!!!

I stop by the stop because I had some bad feelings and the people there were very nice they looked at my car top my fluid off and give me some advice and did not try to get more money out of me.Sincerely, A happy customer!

Their oil filter busted within an hour of driving and all the oil came out and almost ruined my engine. They just shug their shoulders saying it happens. I will for now go to a reputable place

Absolutely loved the experience. Mike and his crew were very thorough with their inspection on my wife s car. Recommended my cabin airfilters that were horrible. And I get a free fluid top off!
