I was looking for a place to get powder coating and painting done to my truck. I was in Pensacola and saw this place with a bunch of trucks that had powder coating done to them. I looked at the trucks he has done for himself and they came out great. I talked to one head guys named Ryan. He was nice and gave me a price estimate and said it should be done in 4-6 weeks. Ended up turning into a terrible experience the truck took 11 weeks to get done. And MANY of mistakes like paint chipped, emblems painted a different shade than the powder coat, front and back emblems couldn t be done the color scheme I wanted so he desided to just paint them all white. Also on the powder coated bars they have wrench marks on them and are torn up. So I talked to Ryan and he said he will ship me 2 new bumpers and replace the bars. I have been contacting him about picking them up and got no response. My experience at this place was not good and I was lied to MULTIPLE times by Ryan saying that parts were going to be done powder coating within the next week and they haven t even been sent to the powder coating place I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONEService: Painting

This is a great place to go to Ryan always goes out of his way to explain everything to you. He always is fair with pricing and his crew that works for him now seem to do great work and really care about the trucks coming in and out. Christian was very polite and a big help even offered to clean my forged wheels up for me these guys get customer service!!!! And get the job done right. Really appreciate all the hard work alpha and there crew does.

Unorganized and Unprofessional no one there is certified to do anything they don t even techsComing here was a disaster, had to take my truck some where else. And had to come out of pocket again to fix all the cheap work and parts they put on my 90k truck .Wouldn t recommend to anyone I spent 13k in total I would of rather spent 20k somewhere else wasn t worth the wait nor money truck sat for like 4 months (2021) still waiting for parts in 2022 that supposedly were ready. Over all just bad business. No One here takes accountability for anything. Shocks rubbing truck pulling paint scratched while they were putting all brand new stuff on. These guys installed an airlift suspension on my car and did an amazing job. Great guys super honest and straight forward with everything. The day I picked up my car I was down the road and had a problem with one of my air lines and they came to me and fixed it for me within 15 minutes of me calling them. Super great business!

My husband called one month in advanced to get his tires and rims done and the place did not have the parts required and it was delays after delays to have the tires and rim parts here and guess what the parts are still not in and the dude with the glasses tried to insult my husband by saying dude I told you the tires were not in and man when I tell you my husband who is soft spoken was upset it upset me he should have got a full refund and said bye bye. What an unprofessional experience. The owner looked clueless and had a dear in the headlight look. My husband is not white and I can see the different treatment he gotService: Tires

I recently had my first visit to alpha customs to get an air intake installed. Calvin was there to help me with the process of doing so. He was very professional while also being able to joke around! He gave me a very fair price and a quick estimated time until the installation would be done. Calvin, you did amazing man! Thank you for your help!!

Had my Duramax worked on here! Ryan, and his crew did great work! My truck looks just as good as it performs. Definitely would recommend anyone to bring their truck here. Thanks guys!

My truck has been here for almost a year on and off, they will take your money and give you the run around about waiting on a part to come in. Bottom line is if you cannot get the part, communicate that and refund me my money!! Will not do business with Alpha again.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Recently, I brought my Buick lucerne to Ryan and Jamie. They have had my car for 4 weeks, and nothing has been done. I was referred to them by a company called Wheel Pro,which is a company that deals in Ashanti 3 piece wheels.Needless to say these wheels cost me 7k. Alpha customs is the only company in town certified to repair them. Each week I talk to Jamie, and I continue to get the run around. I do not think it is fair, because in the beginning, I was promisef one thing, and given another.As on July 10th, 2020, my car is still there.

These guys are on point. I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU, lifted that nobody has been able to align and adjust the Trac bars and control arms on. I have had it to 3 other shops including the dealer and they weren't able to do it. They kept it for a few weeks, drove it on numerous occasions and got it perfect. 5 stars for Alpha Customs!

These guys are the real deal. Young, bright minds that really know what they are doing. Most importantly these guys don t use their knowledge to take advantage of you. I am in no way a car guy and when it comes to mechanics and car problems, I am vulnerable to get screwed over; the guys at alpha have integrity when it comes to fixing vehicles and are happy to assist people who aren t car guys without costing them an arm and a leg. I ll be their customer for as long as I m in Pensacola.

Ryan and his crew at Alpha Customs genuinely seem to know how to treat a customer right. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting anything from mild to wild in the modified truck world.

I had a very expensive set of 24x16 2 piece wheels I needed to have tires mounted on. These guys got them mounted and balanced no issues and no damage to the wheels or tires. Highly recommend.

I always come here for the best tire deals. They did a airlift setup on my wife's car. Great service, and response. Ryan and maddison super helpful!

Guys at the shop were really helpful. Stellar work. Would highly recommend. Put a set of rohanna wheels on my 350z and it look stunning. Will go back for future projects.

I have to change my review I am not happy at all I took them my truck to have everything fixed and fixed up and I have more problems now then I did before. Yeah my truck might look good but looks does not perform and there is so many things wrong there is not enough room on this page to list them all. But I am a very unhappy customer very unhappy.

Ordered wheels and tires from them and took 2 weeks later then they said which wasn t a big deal,terrible communication, today was the first day I ve taken the wheels off since and come to find out they had striped almost every lug on the wheel from over torquing they also broke off a stud and did not tell me about itServices: Tires, Body & TrimServices: Tires, Body & Trim
