I went to Allstar Auto to buy a Used Vehicle after Googling for used cars online.They run a very straightforward, simple operation. When I showed up I knew which car I was asking about, they handed me the keys, and let me inspect the car myself, gave me the instructions for a test drive, and had all the details listed on the car as advertised online.The buying process was easy, they accepted payments via cash, card, and loan draft. They made sure all the titling was done correctly and were able to verify the details of the loan draft quickly. Altogether, my buying visit was about 40-50 minutes.I'd buy another car from them in the future. Thank you, keep up the good work!

We've gotten multiple cars and have been happy with each one. Josh is very open about his current cars and works with you to get a good deal. With a family of small children, we didn't want anything super fancy just something reliable for the next few years. We've been very satisfied with our purchases. We appreciated being able to get warranties for the cars as well.and being able to work with an honest dealer. This has been our go to place for used cars :)

My husband and I had went to several car lots and different cities and looked everywhere. Most places that we went to had cosmetic issues or one of two things wrong with the vehicle and were priced higher than the worth of the vehicle in its condition. All Star had a variety of vehicles to choose from. All of them within reasonable pricing. They also offered Carfax on all their vehicles. Their facilities were beautiful love the decor and it was clean. The vehicles were clean and appropriately priced. And after a week and a half of driving the vehicle I purchased I am very satisfied. If you ain't got a lot to spend or you have a budget, check them out because they will have something for you. And you won't go away wondering if you got a good vehicle or not.

Great service from start to finish. I didn't feel like just a number. It was nice that they actually seemed to care about quality. He walked through the carfax report with me and was polite. He even applied my tag for us and checked to see if I had one in the system to save us money. Second time buying from them. Will again if the need arises.

I don't know where to begin to explain how amazingly smooth and courteous our buying experience was at Allstar Auto Services LLC but I will try my best.First of all,my husband and I were traveling from Louisiana in search of purchasing our daughter her first reliable used vehicle from Allstar.After,carefully researching the 2015 Ford Escape Titanium SUV history that was offered for sale at Allstar;We felt we were given the green light to call to check if it was still available before traveling so far and to our surprise it was.Once we arrived,immediately we observed there were no pushy salesmen following you around stressing you out.Which is major to my husband and I, who choose to purchase all our vehicles we own,online because of the annoying salesmen at car dealerships.So,we walked into the office and stated who we were then greeted and handed the keys for a test drive.My husband was sold after checking under the hood and ground for leaks,which were none and it started and drove like a beauty!We returned completed the sell and were on our merry way back home to Louisiana with our daughter's vehicle on tow.She was so overwhelmed with joy when we handed over the keys to her.You would have thought she won the lottery lol.Thank you and may God continue to bless this dealership of honest and awesome people!

First word I could use to describe them is hospitality. you walk in and you feel as if you ve been here before. They are super kind and straight to the point. I will also like to say I drove 5 hours to come pick up a manual car and i was a little iffy on my ability to drive stick all the way back home. They noticed this and THE SALESMAN TOOK TIME OUT OF HIS SATURDAY TO GIVE ME A LESSON ON DRIVING STICK. if that doesn t scream customer service then i don t know what does.Very professional and very kind. I will continue to drive out of my way to have these guys for future purchases

They are pretty straight forward. They pretty much prefer you just walk in pick a car pay for it straight up and walk out. Obviously not the best cars for the most part but if you need a cheap car that's where you can get it. However they do not take care of the cars in the lot. The car I purchased had bad gas in the tank and the car ran like crap for a while after. They don't really inspect it. They make it good enough for a test drive and the rest is you get what you pay for. Pretty simple process and a no stress way to purchase a cheap A to B car

I got a used jeep from this company and was pleasantly surprised after driving it an hour home that it is in great condition for its age. No engine problems and that s incredibly rare for a car its age with high miles. If you re looking for an affordable vehicle and you need someone you can trust to give it to you straight these are your people. I ll be referring them to friends and family for sure.

Bought a 07 Tahoe from them a week ago that had 230ish- thousand miles but had really low engine hours which i was glad to see(dont always just look at mileage when buying a car). So far in Love with it. Drove 8hrs round trip to and from Mississippi afterwards and it survived all my abuse. Pulls my 8x14 cargo trailer and bass boat nicely too. Would definitely recommend. No pressure from sales team as they're not on commission which is fantastic.

I was down there for a family emergency and they stayed late to help me find a vehicle and even worked with me on the price! Vehicle has ran good and made it 13 hours all the way back home. 10/10 recommend

Very easy car buying experience. From the time I got to my credit union to sign loan documents, until we signed the last document to complete the purchase at the car lot, we were done in two hours. It has taken me way longer than that at other car lots over the years. Highly recommend Allstar Auto Services.

This is my second time visiting this lot , both times I ve left happy and with a new truck ! I love that I can walk around and look without someone breathing down my neck the whole time , it made it easier for me ! Every question I had was answered honestly , I went online ahead so I already knew what vehicle I wanted , it took all of maybe an hour from the time I got there , looked around , drove the truck I originally wanted and happily left with it ! I would definitely recommend coming here & I ll definitely be coming back when I need another vehicle

The receptionist is a liar and the cars sold here are trash. I bought a 2006 Honda Civic one year ago and the engine has a rod knock. I went to buy a van as a replacement but but it had no battery so they recommend a different van but the ac was blowing luke warm air. They said they'll check on it and call me the next day. I called them back in the morning and they said they haven't gotten to it yet but will call me when they do. I went back a few hours later and instead of calling me, they sold the van. They are liars and their customer service is terrible!

This dealership is amazing. Not only do they support military but they also have reasonable prices and will work with you to get you want you re looking for. Would recommend Allstar Autos to anyone searching for a used vehicle.

My wife and I went to All Star Auto as a last place. We had been looking for weeks, and had already had a car picked out with a different dealer. We agreeded we would have to find something that would blow our minds to reconsider. Well it didn't take long for that to happen. We found a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country in imaculet condition. The sales Rep Josh was friendly, helpful and very informative. He helped us to add on an warranty to the car that was very reasonably priced and helped us have peace of mind. We are very grateful we found this place, and feel like we got an amazing car! 10/10 would recommend to anyone else.

Update to my review since Josh wants to play games and lie still :)On 08/22/23 | purchased a 2001 Ford Ranger for $4,900 + $300 in dealer fees totaling $5,200. I am a 27 year old female and came to the dealership with my girlfriend, 26. We test drove the 01 Ford Ranger and immediately noticed the power steering was almost impossible to turn. We returned and asked the dealer, Joshua Mills if there was something wrong with the power steering I was told by him that"it's an old truck they don't have power steering like newer cars do".Even though that sounds completely bizarre I trusted Josh especially considering I have never owned a 22 year old truck. Josh was asked by myself, my girlfriend, AND my aunt(over the phone) if this truck was safe and reliable, especially since josh refused to a price negotiation and was firm on $4900. Josh assured us this truck had a tune up done, had 4 new tires put on, and was safe and reliable.T hen again shouldn't every vehicle Josh is selling be safe and reliable?The date as of today is 10/25/23 two months and two days from payingJosh $5,200 for a truck that I NOW know needs the entire front end replaced est $2,000-$5,000 repair, I was sold the truck with zero power steering fluid once some was added it was revealed that the power steering pump needs to be replaced est $800 repair, because I was never told about the front end and I'm not a mechanic the front 2 tires have been rubbed bald in 2 months of driving est. $200 for tires. Not even to mention oil leak, ROOF LEAK, oh and the best part? It has broken down 4 times in the past 2 months, as of 10/17/23 the truck would not start unless you wiggle the battery wires under the hood and just hope it works. This truck I was sold is not only a death trap, extremely dangerous, and should not have been driven BUT I paid $5200 for a truck that is actually worth $500 or less. I called JOSH on 10/24/23 he refused to answer any questions I asked and then hung up on me and refused to answer when I kept calling back, then JOSH called the police on me.Original review :)I bought a truck 2 months ago from this business, paid in full and was lied to about the condition and quality of the vehicle. I was told they had brand new tires yet my front tire is now completely bald after barely driving it and owning it for 2 months. Before I bought it I asked about the power steering because it was borderline impossible to turn the wheel, I was told that it s an old truck they don t have power steering like new cars I ended up finding out after purchasing that it needs a whole new power steering system, has a serious oil leak, the whole front end of the truck needs replacing, and there never was a tune up done to it like I was told there was. I really thought this wasn t a predatory dealership but I feel completely taken advantage of and now I am in a worse position than I was before I purchased from here.

Terrible experience,dishonest people,I drove the vehicle down the road to test drive,dr8ve great ,no indicator lights on,smooth ride.I purchase the van.Get it home to Holt,drive it to work the next say and the check engine light comes on,I being it to Walmart for an oil change and they won't even touch it due to black silicone being put all around the oil system.something I shouldn't have to look for when purchasing,I was told new timing belt but nothing about silicone being put around oil plug and area.ALSO the transmission,the light for that is on today its stalled and jumping .ITS BEEN TWO DAYS SINCE I BOUGHT IT.it stalled out with my two babies literally 1yr old and infant ,the guy knew I had babies and when I called to ask him.if he'd at least take it back and give me something worth the same amount I spent he said no.This was so wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY VEHICLES FROM HIM,THEY ARE IN THE NOT CARING NO COMPASSION ONLY IN IT FOR A QUICK BUCK TYPE OF PEOPLE.I get wanting to make money but to trick someone with two small children is pretty low.

Josh and his team are awesome!!! They took care of me from start to finish with no hassle at all. The lot has alot of good quality used cars, and price ranges for any and all budgets. I highly recommend Allstar to anyone looking for a great place to purchase a great used vehicle!

If you are in the market for a great used car this is the place to go!! This was the easiest car buying process I have ever experienced. All the cars are clearly marked with all the information you need, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Josh informed us of a few things with the car we were interested in purchasing, we test drove the car and was driving off the lot with our new purchase within an hour of arriving. He even knew how to handle everything with my preapproval letter, so I didn't have to do anything but sign the documents. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I am going to refer everyone I know to you. Thanks again for making this car buying experience so stress free! We love our Equinox!

Make sure you do a good inspection on the car before you buy it. I just recently purchased a car from these guys and i m already having engine and transmission issues. (no defects were ever listed on the car). I m also stuck making the payments and dealing with the repairs myself.

I needed a decent vehicle for a decent price and Allstar delivered. Their pricing is very upfront and fair. I dealt with Josh , who was extremely helpful and listened to the things I desired in a vehicle and was able to recommend the right vehicle for my needs. Josh was very honest about the condition of the vehicles and all the employees do not have the ...uh...slimy?....vibe that you get from most car lots. They were all upfront and courteous. I appreciate a small business that is not afraid to display their religious beliefs along side their company. Do not give this business low ratings because you bought an old car and expect it to be brand new.I am extremely happy with my vehicle and this business has made a customer for life. I will be back for sure !
