Eric and Dwayne are absolutely amazing! I have had quite a bit of service completed over the last month and the experience has been nothing short of great and refreshing. They both have gone above and beyond to make sure that my car is in tiptop shape. From the bottom of my heart, thank you bothfor everything!! I truly appreciate y all!

The service rep Rob was very nice. He checked our warranty and helped us save money. He explained what needs to be done thoroughly. He set us up in a loaner car while repairs are being done.

Great place to purchase a used car. Paul is a good salesman. Very helpful & we got a good deal.I've been back to get 1st oil change since buying the car & service was quick!! 40 mins in & out. Trust me down the road at a different popular dealership, oil changes can be 2-3 hrs.Allen Turner used car maintenance pkg recommended

I came by today to get a recall fixed on my 2021 Palisade. I scheduled the appointment six weeks ago. When I arrived with my children, I was told the appointment should last about an hour. As we closed in on two hours, I was told my car just made it back to the technician. About 15 minutes later the front desk gentleman, Bryan, told me that the part was not in stock and that I would have to come back in to actually get serviced. They would call me when the part arrived. If this was the first time I heard the story, I would believe it. You see, I was told back in January that they would call me when the part arrived. They never did call. I called six weeks ago to see if the part was in and was assured it was.I live in Navarre. To waste an entire morning because of incompetence is infuriating. I received and responded to multiple reminders about my visit. Don t you think they should have made certain the part I needed was in stock? I will not willingly use Allen Turner service again.

I went in for an oil change, and service on my car, the service was great, they are professional, and explained what was done, and if I needed any future repairs.

I'll have to say I was impressed with the service department. We were supposed to drop off my sister's car for the day but were unable to go pick up my truck.(due to the neighbors cows coming through the fence and getting in with hers) Anyway we had to wait on it and they did what they could and got us out of there in a very timely manner. And with good attitudes and not getting aggravated with us having to wait. Thanks to your team!

First, I would like to address whom ever reads this. Please be patient with the service department, this covid thing is causing havoc and its not their fault. If I were to buy another vehicle today it would be here. We brought our car in with a computer glitch. Bryan O'Neill did everything he could do to get it fixed. This was a very uncommon situation and I was very impressed by the way he took care of us. He was so busy, but not too busy to stop and reassure us that everything was being looked at. We had to leave the vehicle overnight but he communicated everything clearly enough for us to understand why. The next day he notified me of what had to be done and the vehicle was fixed. I know that this is stressful times but please, if you are getting frustrated stop and think that they are going through trying times also. I was truly impressed with how Bryan handled himself under challenging conditions.

I just waited over an hour at Hyundai for an appointment, that I have had scheduled for over a month, to have a recall item fixed on my 2014 Tucson. After waiting over an hour, I was informed that they didn t have the part in stock! Why didn t they tell me that right away instead of wasting my time. The answer is they did their usual upsell routine where they inspected my vehicle and had a handful of other items they wanted me to pay for. They did the same upsell thing to me at Allen Turner Hyundai. What a dishonest business! I ve had numerous private messages telling me that they target veterans for this dishonesty. As a 100 percent disabled veteran I find this repugnant.

Service on my car I wasn't pleased. Didn't write down anything except say OK on everything.My tires were bad, I just bought new ones. Didn't say anything about breaks.Told them NO on rotating tires they did it anyway. Put new ones on front, old ones on back. Big No No.Called and told them wasn't happ and she said the manager would call me.. this was Tuesday and here it is Friday and no one called me back.Weird only took 4 quarts of oil last year for oil change and Tuesday took 5 quarts. What changed. Am wondering if anything was done. Hope it was done, this is my only transportation to and from work.

Professional customer service, friendly staff and knowledgeable employees. Best dealer experience I have ever had. This was my fourth time there since moving here for regular maintenance and will return many times. Enjoyable dealer, which is strange I know, give them a try!

A no pressure service center helped me with my newly purchased Tucson that spoke French. They have genuine concern for customer satisfaction and were eager to explain and show me the solution. Now my Hyundai and I speak the same language. Very happy with a great experience that will bring me back.

They were so nice and polite. I did not buy my hyundai from here but I wish that I did. They took very good care of my Santa Fe and were very reasonably priced. I had to have a fuel pump replaced and needed an oil change. I highly recommend Allen Turner. you gained a new customer.

TookMy Van to get the brake light switch replaced and was told it would be 2weeks before they could do it so went to buy the parts at there part's counter and they said they don't have any Advance auto and Auto zone both have them
