Nice folks when you are face to face with them. Timely follow up is not their strongest feature. John Ming was great to chat with but when he promised to send numbers via email, it simply never occurred. When we spoke again verbally, he assured me he'd be sending over the required numbers so I could review the purchase. Nada....Timely communication is key. I purchased from a different dealer today, not based on price alone, but based on follow-up skills.

If you re looking at Indian Motorcycles, schedule your test drive in advance! We stopped over this past weekend, found a black 2019 that we both liked, salesman suggested a test ride (current Harley owner) but two of the bikes he tried didn t have enough battery to start! Checking with the service department, they wouldn t be able to get to it fright away! Very disappointing.Lesson if your buying: schedule your test ride, maybe they ll be able to start the bike you re interested in.Lesson to dealer: maybe politely in the tenders once in a while on the off chance someone wants to test ride a bike!

02-28-24. Bought my Indian Scout here. Sam was very responsive to my requests and bent over backwards to make things work. He, James Ming, and the GM were very pleasant to work with and also helped in making this purchase possible. Would DEFINITELY do business with them in the future! Thanks guys!

I purchased my first motorcycle here, BMW 1250gs. It took 4 months and weekly excuses to finally get a tag. Ide not wish that sales manager on my worst enemy. My second motorcycle was purchased at Foothills Motorsports, the transaction there was seemless! I can't imagine why I would ever walk through the doors of any Adventure Motorsports ever again.Thanks for Finally getting the needed information to the DMV.

Was out for a ride with only slight intentions of buying a new to me bike. Walked in, was very happy to be able to walk around a bit before being approached by Scooter. Ended up just talking bikes with him for a good bit before getting into what I was looking for.He knew what he was talking about and was able to immediately let me take out a couple bikes for a test ride.After deciding, the process could not have been easier. Showed up the next day, had papers sign in 30 mins, and was out the door.Everyone was super friendly, relaxed, and just loves motorcycles. 100% recommend swinging by even if it's just to check out the wide inventory.I'll see yall for my next bike! Thank you!

Had Scooter help me out as my salesman. I couldn't ask for a better place to buy a bike. From the sales all the way to finance was all a breeze. Recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new bike. Also for my military out there this place is ran by vets themselves.

I would have given them 5 stars because the salesman Justin was a good guy, but the sales manager just ruined it. I feel I got a good deal, but I didn't know that would mean having to wait 2 hours plus to take my unit home, then they sent me home without a key, and had to go back again. Note to manager, apologies don't make up for what happened. I own a business too, customers should always get more than they ask for.

Outstanding dealership and staff! Parts has always very accurate and reliable, Service Dept. is top notch. Sales is on top of customer needs with all the answers. My recent visit for service was excellent, starting with the service writer Ali, Service Technician Mark , Service Writer Ken and Service Manager Tyler. Keep up the awesome effort Team!

We drove all the way from Louisiana to purchase a 2023 Polaris rzr pro XP. Scooter was a great salesman. He answered every question we had. Sometimes buying out of state can be a hassel but that was not the case with these guys! James in finance was also great. Explained every detail to us. Oh and by the way we were only there for an hour and an half! Overall a great experience and definitely recommend this dealership to anyone on the market for a new toy! Thanks guys for making our purchase smooth.

Sam and Terry did an awesome job. The stayed until after 6:30 PM the night before Thanksgiving to make sure I went home with my Polaris Ranger. They also waited until I drove to TSC to buy a trailer. These guys are awesome. Everyone I met was very friendly. By the way the unit rides and driver great. Awesome purchase and experience!!

Adventure, is the best MC dealership anywhere around here! I just purchased the third MC in my family from Terry. I absolutely love the no pressure no push approach. The whole staff @ this DS are great. James is very up to date on the BMW line of bikes and Terry the same on the Indian side. Highly recommend if you are interested in buying a MC go see these guys, they will take great care of you!Shane Q

Excellent BMW buying experience. Jim was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the 1250 GS and explained everything in depth. Everyone in the parts department were helpful in assisting me while choosing some accessories.

Recently went in to look at a slingshot. The salesman, Scooter, was amazing, very professional. We did leave with one. Would recommend going there for your motorcycle or outdoor adventure needs or wants.

What a great experience. My wife and I bought two motorcycles (BMW F750GS and Honda Rebel 300) together and the sales staff, especially Keisha, was friendly, proactive, and made the process easy. They were also very knowledgeable on a wide range of motorcycles. I appreciated their expertise and help. James also made the paperwork process quick and painless. I highly recommend them.

Great service, I was under a severe time crunch to get my Indian Scout modified and ready for shipment overseas. Service Department knew my timeline and did everything to successfully get the bike back to me. When I m back I will definitely be taking my to them. EDIT: GM contacted us and Definitely made things right.Thank you!Horrible experience. We took them a 08 Polaris RZR 800 October 4th with a slight iddling issue. MANY attempts to contact them. Finally in Feb. We finally found out the "former" technician has destroyed the crank and the engine is worthless. They do not make a replacement anymore. They are offering a fraction of value of the side by side off of the new side by side.While I currently have more than enough income for payments and have NO car/mortgage ect payments payments would be a on issue.Due to being a disabled veteran that had a Tramatic Brain Injury and was without an income for approximately 8 months before disability hitting. Medical write offs are preventing me from getting a loan. They are. Now ignoring our calls, and STILL have our side by side AND have not given us any resolution to the issue.My next call is to the BBB, the local news station and tp research finding a lawyer. We purchased BMW motorcycle from these guys. Jon was very friendly and efficient and we have been very happy with service department also. They seem to be very knowledgeable :) definitely recommend this place! Transaction was pretty smooth too when we purchased the bike

Terry was amazing, knowledgeable and walked me through the whole buying process with no hiccups. He made sure I came out with the best deal possible and didn t mind me bringing along friends to reinforce my confidence on sed purchase. They helped me find some thing just my size and in budget. I won t go anywhere else. Bonus points for all the cool stuff on the show room floor. I d go just to hang out and touch stuff

Walked in to buy a 2nd set of Klim riding gear since I was in the area, figured the good reviews meant good service, I walked around, place was empty, no greetings or nothing, after a few minutes i found the small selection of Klim... regardless I walked out, poor service.

I want to say that I had a pleasent time at Adventure Motorsports of NWF this past few days. The salesperson Keisha who had helped me throughout the process was great! She explained the best of her knowelegde about the motorcycle I was inquiring and was helpful. Same goes to James, both of them went above and beyond. I will definity be coming back here later in the future.

Loved my buying experience. A motorcycle is a want and not a need, so if I don't like a dealership I won't buy a bike. I did not get any annoying calls or emails while I thought my purchase over. Everybody on the staff is awesome and had some good conversations with pretty much everybody. Mr. Ming is an awesome dude who set me up with a bike.
