Advanced Auto Detail Center has an impeccable attention to detail, and the quality of my exterior detail request left me very satisfied. They were able to get scratches out of my clear coat from the Rocky Mountains. Not only did the staff explain their company service offerings prior to the job, they were professional, and upfront with pricing prior to the job. Not being familiar with the process the staff assisted me and were able to explain what each service entailed to help me make the detail service selections that I needed for my vehicle detailing needs. Another great note I would like to add about the staff here is when I picked up my vehicle I was able to ask further questions on how to keep the vehicle finish maintained afterwards, and further preventative recommendations. The value for the services are fair upfront and on point. 5 Stars well deserved, I'll definitely be back.

This is a great and honest company. Ive been here multiple times, and they've been very detailed on there work, making your car looking good as new. There customer service is very friendly, making you feel welcome.

Wish I could give Negative stars!!!! Detailing was done very poor. They didn't even clean/shampoo the backseats and then broke both sides to my luggage rack and windshield wiper. So, unhappy with the terrible detailing job done on my ride and then charged me $200 and then not even mention the damage that was done. Save your money!!! You're better off with a toddler washing it in the driveway.

I paid over $400 to get my 2016 Cadillac Escalade detailed. My truck is by no means in perfect condition. I pointed out the paint chipped a bit on the front and my hood and roof is obvious that a previous wax job messed it up intensely. In no way was I expecting them to "fix" that with a detail. And they made sure to tell me my truck looked like it had factory defects because of the rims and hood and roof! It's a 2016! It's not going to be perfect! But I did expect the sand and dust under my steering wheel to be gone and the spots that were left all over my vehicle on the inside to be gone! I detail my truck in my driveway all the time and I know what it means to get drops of sugary drink off the door where my child sits. It was like 4 drops! It was not stained just needed to be scrubbed off. It wasn't. My windshield had smudges all over it. It was absolutely terrible! My back seat was folded down when I dropped it off and still folded down when I got it back. The cracks in my back seat were not detailed at all! Two years ago this was the place to go but obviously not anymore. Not sure if they just got sick of cleaning it or what! But I definitely did not have a good experience! At least they gave me $60 back!

Advanced Auto Detail came referred to us and I am so grateful! After a period of repair work where our SUV sat in the sun, our vehicle developed a horrific smell. (Like a cow pasture.) We couldn't do anything to get it out. At 2 years old, you can only imagine how sick I was when this happened. A year later, after the failed attempts, I was directed to Advanced Auto Detail Center.- They have completely removed the smell and restored my SUV! Inside & out. I am beyond relieved and happy. My husband also remarked about how clean their shop is and how professional. I'm not one to impress easily, and they will be the only detailer in my future.

Detailing was very poor, caused damage to my vehicle.SO unhappy with the detailing done on my minivan!! They charged me over $300 to detail my van and they damaged the console in 2 places, left drink rings on the front dash, didn't clean/shampoo the back seats. They didn't tell me they charge an EXTRA 4% for using a credit card! REALLY disappointed on the quality of the detail. Only thing they did decent was shampoo front and middle carpet.

First time visiting. Everyone very nice and professional. Ford Explorer came back looking car lot good. Price less than expected, never used a full detailer before. Will return again.

Recently had my 2019 charger scatpack windows tinted here, worth every penny for the work they have done. Highly recommend to all! I was there waiting for my tint for about 2 hours which is very reasonable. Called them and got in same day which was great! They have a life time warranty on there product as well so worth the price. Highly satisfied :)

This place tinted all of my windows on my car including my entire front window. I was also told that the tint had a lifetime warranty. Now my front window is be going to peel off less than a year later and the owner wouldn t cover it because he says it s illegal but your company did it. This place is a rip off with terrible customer service.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Very good experience. Had the rear window tint replaced as it was bubbling. It was under warranty the replaced it very quickly and no hassle. Thanks for the great experience.

Absolutely recommend this place! Great service, good scheduling and they did amazing work getting all if the dog fur out of my seats! $100 extra for that but MUCH better than spending hours myself doing it.

Did an excellent job on my 4runner. Inside and out looks better than when it rolled off the lot. Can't be beat on price for the full detail either

Went in for interior detailing, was expecting to be there half the day. Not only did they do a fabulous job getting milk stains out of my fabric seats, they got it done in like 3 hours. They did an AWESOME interior/exterior detail job, as well as headlight restoration job on my best friend's car. I wanted to surprise her, and they didn't let me down. They also did an awesome job on the tint on my car a few months ago. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! They are very professional and friendly!Thank you again for everything, Advanced Auto Detail Center!!!

They are such great people. A few months back left my husband's truck and they did a great job. Left them my Chevy Cruze the other day and they did not disappoint! They actually know how a clean and detailed car is suppose to be. Definitely recommend them for cleaning and tinting your car!! They left both cars looking like when we bought them from the dealership!

CarMax paid them for a full detail. They went way beyond what I thought I would get. Truck looked practically brand new! Will recommend to anyone.

I like to off road my truck. It's a lot of fun! An unfortunate side effect is that branches scratch the truck when navigating down the tighter trails. My truck was extremely scratched, and I wanted to get out what I can before selling it. Dropped it off with them at 8am and picked it up after work at 4, and WOW. They did an AMAZING job!! They were able to get out 95% of the scratches. It was very reasonably priced too compared to others.I also had my new car tinted here. I bought it used and it already had tint, but I wanted it to be darker. He explained putting tint over tint isn't a good idea and reduces their warranty, so I opted to have them remove the old tint and put fresh tint on. They were able to squeeze me in the same day, which was really great! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Advanced Auto detailing has tinted 4 of my vehicles. They have done an amazing job. They are friendly, quick and convenient. Jay and Steve goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with all their work. I unfortunately scuffed the paint on my new car and Jay was able to buff it completely and it looks brand new!!! Thank you from another satisfied customer!!

The people at this shop could not have left more more impressed and pleased, I drive a black 1999 Chevy 1500. To be honest I wasn't keeping up with the washing and cleaning like I should have been. The carpets were good and stained, all the vinyl was a shade darker than what it should have been and the paint, well a couple detail shops before this one recommended a new paint job. I took it in to these guys, and after talking with the manager he informed me that all the interior "problems" could absolutely be taken care of. He was very upfront in letting me know that Detailing is not a magic trick, but that when they were finished it wold be a clean as humanly possible. As for the paint, he told me it was just badly faded from the sun and elements, but could certainly be fixed. I dropped it off in the morning and when I came to pick it up, I could not believe my eyes!!!! It honestly looked better than when I bought it. The paint had a deep luster to it. The interior was incredible! Stains I thought would have never come out of the carpet were either gone completely or so faint you really had to get super close to see them, and the vinyl was as close to new as I could imagine for a truck this old. Thanks to all the hard work from these guys. I will absolutely be bringing this truck and any others I buy from now on back for the same outstanding service.

My daughters had done quite a job on the back seat with milk spills and hidden french fries. Thankfully the crew at Advanced Auto Detail had seen it all before. Setting up drop-off/pick-up times was a breeze and I got my car back same day. When I drove onto the lot, I almost didn't recognize my car, it looked brand new!!! The crew had even restored my black trim which was faded a long time ago. It looked like it must have when it was brand new 11 years ago! The interior was just as impressive, every dark corner was dirt and dust free. The car smelled a bit like the powerful shampoo they had obviously used, but was actually very pleasant to the nose...I will definitely use these guys again. I feel confident enough now to bring my car for trade in at the dealership and get a huge boost to its value because of its appearance If and when when I get the new car, I have already talked to them about window tinting and they are top-notch in this area as well. I would have to vote this operation as the best auto detailing service in Pensacola...hands down. Skilled professionals at a reasonable price.

Professional, fast, fair priced and most importantly great customer service. I had two of my cars windows tinted here and they did an amazing job. I get my carpets cleaned regularly here as well and they always look like new after. I have referred several friends here as well and they have been equally pleased.

The owner and staff were outstanding with their professionalism and skill with meeting my vehicle needs. I highly recommend them for any detailing and tinting requirements. For my situation they not only professionally detailed my car but also completely removed a recent pet urine odor accident. From this day forward I will only utilize their profession services. Brought 2 vehicles in for tint and detailing and what a well done and professional job they did. The hummer is still spotless even 3 weeks after detailing.Steve was extremely helpful and their customer service was excellent! Best tint/detailer in Pensacola!-Carlos

I have had three prior vehicles here for window tinting and have had nothing but good things to say about the quality of their work.I will be having them doing the window tinting on my "new to me" truck and am going to have them do a full detail as well as the dealership's "detail" was garbage.I can't wait to see what it looks like after all is said and done!

Advanced Detaiing done a great job taking off my old tint that had bubbled up and I could barely see out of an then replaced it with new tint. I would highly recommend them for any tinting or detailing you need done. Their price was great and they were able to get my car in shape in a timely manner. The employees are very nice and the owner is great. I will go there again if I need anything done. Nice cool waiting area with tv if you need to wait on your car.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND QUALITY!!!!I have been taking my Tacoma and my roommates Audi there for the past few months. They have done tinting, seats shampooed/conditioned on both vehicles...PROFESSIONAL QUALITY! I am having them do a hand wax on my truck before the fall season starts, and a full detail before my Christmas road trip in December. Many of my Military friends go to them too. The service they provide is always professional quality and the prices are by far the best in the Southeast Region! I would highly recommend everyone giving them a call and checking them out, before going to another company!Keep up the good work guys!
