I drove to Advance Auto Parts on 9th Ava in Pensacola to buy tire dressing but when I arrived I was so impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store that I began browsing for additional items. I bought a pair the best Rain-X wiper blades and was very pleased at how easy they were to install on my Jaguar. JD was terrific as Kelley, the gentleman who checked me out. He was friendly, professional and walked with me to help me choose the Best Products. Hat s off to the Advance Team! I ll be shopping there again.

Bought a pair of small light bulbs that were marked $7.49 on the shelf. Rang up at $9 and change. I though OK whatever maybe the shelf was marked wrong. Looked at the receipt after I got home and I was charges $1.19 for a warranty that I was never asked about and did not agree to buy. Advance Auto was my go to up until this. I thought about going back to have the charge taken off but why should I have to check my receipt and drive back to the store to have something shady like this fixed.Sucks that AA decided that tacking on a stupid unneeded/unwanted warranty without asking was worth losing a customer over.

We purchased two batteries from this establishment that we ended up not needing. One of the batteries needed to be shipped from another location, so my husband had to go back the next day to get it. When he did, the person that helped him took his original receipt and gave him a replacement. When my husband tried to return the batteries a week later, the guy that waited on him told him that the batteries were two years old and refused to take them back. Even with the second receipt we were given. Not only did he refuse to take them back, he called my husband a liar. We now have $300 worth of batteries we cannot use. If they are in fact two years old, they sold us old batteries. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE.

They had a nice selection of windshield wipers, air fresheners, and steering wheel covers. The staff was professional, helpful, and courteous. Entering and exiting the parking lot at the light was tricky.

They were very helpful. The employee came out and tested my battery for me, as I was having issues of it dying over time sitting. Come to find out, my battery had a bad cell. Since I only had it for a year. They were more than happy to replace it for free and installed it as well. Great work. They are my go to place for parts. They also have great prices and will go out of their way to help you find what you need and if they don't have it. They will look it up and find who does. I would definitely recommend.

Pleasant store to come in to. The store is clean and nicely organized. The staff are friendly. Was able to find what I needed and locate the item I wanted to purchase. To make things quicker I had one of the gentleman look up the air filter I needed rather than looking it up on the book. Since the store wasn't as busy in the morning.

Wouldn t listen to what in was saying about a part I was bringing back and decided that they would not warrant the part at that store so had to take it back to the original person that heard the noise it was making when e we tested it yesterday when it was new

I was traveling & my battery light came on. I barely made it to the 9th Avenue location before losing all power. Shelly & Bruce were great! They tested my car & as suspected it was the alternator on Saturday evening after dark! They called Firestone & we were able to work it out for them to work my car in. I called tow truck & had car towed to Firestone & it was fixed the next morning. Shelly even offered to drop me off at the hotel. So nice & they went above & beyond! They deserve recognition!

Worst experience ever dealing with an automotive store. I purchased a expensive part with warranty that they would not replace for me. I brought in every part they asked for and they still wouldn't replace it. I even had proof of the purchase in their computer system yet they declined my replacement saying it wasn't their part. I have 1 mechanic who is great and honest. That is where we bought the part. I had to call between a few stores and I continued to get hung up on while transferring. They would constantly say they would get back to me yet never told me when or how long. No one really wanted to help me they just wanted to refuse to replace the part that was under warranty. Receipts don't lie. All they said is that's not our part like 100 times which is false because regardless of what they said we bought the part from their store. This store is rude, lacks organization, and I would never ever spend another dollar of my hard earned money at an Advanced Auto. They're not Advanced in their return policy. The worse part about it is the fact that if their cheap part didn't break on me in the first place I wouldn't be out Hundreds of dollars. in my opinion I would suggest NOT TO BUY PARTS FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED Off If you have a return!!!!!!!-Honest hard working American-

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Bruce helped test/change my battery in the rain! That s great customer service right there. Would definitely recommend coming to this store.

They always have good clearance deals and their online order/in store pickup is very convenient. Advance is pretty much the only auto parts store I use. They don't pressure you into buying overpriced stuff you didn't ask for. Two thumbs up!

They were super friendly, they suggested screws we were looking for, but they turned out not to work. We were able to do a quick return and with their screwdriver, we attached my daughter's license plate on.

They have the best customer service and were very helpful.While I was there, a customer called across the street and needed a jump and one of the managers went and helped her. :DAll of the employees were so polite and friendly!

The Advance Auto Store on 9th avenue is pretty unhelpful. My dad is a pretty upbeat and energetic guy but left in a foul mood after the staff's cold demeanor. The one employee just ignored him as he smoked a cigarette. Auto Zone down the road is much more helpful and will change your windshields in the dang rain if you ask. Save yourself the irritation and go to the place with friendlier staff.

My brake lights are out, I go there and a worker named BRUCE is who I go to for help. I didn't no if it was a fuse problem or a brake switch. So I asked BRUCE is there anyway I could test my fuses see if that's the problem before I bought $30 fuses or maybe could you help me see if that's the problem. Bruce says " there is a fuse tester you can BUY, and no I. Can't help you. Read your car manual! Then I asked one question and BRUCE grunts like he's annoyed im asking for help. You work at an automotive place, your gonna get people that ask about automotive problems BRUCE! teriuble terrible service!! Never again will I go there and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! it was so terrible this is actually my first review I ever written. Thanks for nothing BRUCE!!!

Just go to Autozone a few doors down. After going to both stores, it was not surprising that the people working at advance were all standing around talking and looking bored, and auto zone was busy, with 3 registers open and a bunch of people in line. The quality of these stores definitely vary by location though.

The woman working today was constantly hounding me. She asked if there was anything in particular that I was looking for, or similar at least four times since I walked in. Horribly clingy.

Staff members think they know it all. Sold me the wrong part. I told them it was the wrong part before buying it. They were adamant about me being incorrect. I was correct. Had to return the part. Received my refund and went to AutoZone.
