On Friday, March 29th, I bought an alternator for my automatic 2012 Accord from Advanced Auto for around $300. Despite installing it, my car still had issues. I returned to the store multiple times last week for them to test the alternator, but they insisted it was fine. After a week of troubleshooting, I had to take my car to a shop where they discovered that Advanced Auto sold me the wrong part for a manual Accord. This mistake not only damaged my battery, costing me over $200 more, but also delayed the repair process. Even when they brought a replacement alternator, it turned out to be defective. (Unbelievable to me that someone still couldn t take the time to ensure I was getting a working, and correct part) Now, after a week of hassle, the root of the problem seems to be Advanced Auto's failure to ensure they provide the correct part, leaving me out of over $1,000 and my car still not running as it should have been a week ago.Extremely disappointed, frustrated, and broke because of this experience. I will never purchase anything else from this company.

Elliot and Lisa are fantastic! This store knows how to make sure you walk out happy and confident. If you have questions they always give you a straight forward answer and make sure you understand. This is always going to be my go-to store. Thank you Elliot and Lisa.

First and foremost this is hands down, in my honest opinion,the most experienced and helpful store around. Elliot and Lisa are usually there when I need something and they don't hesitate to steer you in the right direction. They both have genuine ,extensive knowledge of many parts and the current vehicle I have ,not to mention the last three cars I have owned.If you live within driving distance give them a try.

I went to Advanced first because they were a bit closer. After 15mins of waiting & watching the 2 employees confusedly bounce around, I became annoyed & went to AutoZone.You guys didn t even acknowledge my presence for the 15mins i wandered about and waited at the counter for parts look up.Thank goodness I left because AZ had all-around rotors, pads, fluids, plugs, belt, and front suspension items needed for my son s car. And they greeted me when I entered the store!Thank you, AutoZone. I left you comments, as well.

I recently visited the Advance Auto Parts store and had a fantastic experience with Lisa and her team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services offered, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and provide me with valuable information about the various products I was interested in.Throughout my visit, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Lisa and her staff. They were patient, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience.One of the things that stood out to me was the level of care and attention to detail that Lisa and her team put into every aspect of their work. I don't know much about cars so I had a little trepidation when looking for the parts I needed. Lisa was very helpful & went above & beyond spending one on one time with me till I had all the things I needed. I was so impressed with her & other staff that I decided to join the rewards program. I buy several cars a year & this will be the only place I'll go for my needs. Thanks again to the staff.

Usually have a wonderful experience at this location. But this time it wasn't so wonderful. Dealing with a guy named Corey who one didn't seem like he wanted to help and two wanted to watch his phone. It it very unprofessional the way you acted. I will not be back to this location.

I always enjoy visiting this location, they all have great customer service. A huge shout out to Josh for helping me find a correct battery for my car and installing it for me. He and his partner went above and beyond and to help me replace my battery during peak business times. They deserve all the recognition!

Excellent customer service! Very very nice people!!! Richey did an excellent job changing out my battery and wiper blades! I would highly recommend this store! Definitely will not be going anywhere else!

Awesome customer service. I purchased windshield wipers for my Nissan Murano. This was my first visit to this location. I requested at the for these to be installed and was willing to wait. To my surprise, he closed his register (nobody was in line behind me). He immediately went outside and installed these for me. He was very friendly and professional. I was very thankful and will be a returning customer.

Came in and they were cussing on the phone with the O Reillys down the road, waited for that to end and then tried having them find spark plugs for my 2015 Passat STI which they said the STI didn t exist. Told me to try to get the part number from the same O Reillys down the road so they could order the Glo Plugs that came with my car. Got the right parts from O Riley s the next day. Don t waste your time

Rich is awesome. We are here to visit my daughters navy boyfriend. Our battery died in our car and the warranty was 2 weeks out of warranty. Not only did they replace for free but Rich put it in and got us going. We also had a lot of fun talking. What a great guy and thank you Advaced Auto Care.

Called this place earlier this afternoon to see if Part # W54120 and Part # 917-016CD were in stock. The oil filter housing on my Scion tC is plastic and was damaged enough to start leaking oil profusely.Jacob, the associate who answered the phone was kind enough to check in their computer if those parts were in stock. He confirmed that they do have them. Told him I was coming to get both parts if I could find a ride. Got there 20 minutes later after getting an Uber and he already had the parts pulled and ready to go.Excellent service on the phone and even better service in person.

I always save a lot of money here. I order online and am a part of their rewards program and almost always get 20% off and sometimes $5 or even $20 with speedperks membership. It's easy and instant. No cards nor complications. I buy parts often and usually get $5 off my next purchase when I order online and pick up in store. Usually ready 15-20 after you order. I come here all the time. I have 4 cars in my family and have to save on parts whenever I can. Great, knowledgeable staff, too.

Had to replace radiator and hoses on my trusty 2001 Ford Ranger. They had everything I needed. All fit perfect. Service was good this time around too. Used 20% off coupon and did the work myself. Saved a ton of money.

Went in to buy bulbs for my headlights, he told us which ones would work... Before we took them out of the package we saw they weren't quite right. Brought them back inside, he tells us it will work to just give it a try.. before leaving the store we try it, it does not fit. Go right back inside to be told that they can't return it because it's opened ... They told us to open it ... Very low ball tactic used... Completely inappropriate behavior...

Came in not sure if I needed an alternator or a battery. Had another place say it was the alternator, but gut feeling said I needed a second opinion. Came here and Sean did a great job assessing my vehicle. Discovered it was the battery, which the other place failed to check the amp rating of (assumed what they read on the computer was the battery in the car). Sean knew exactly what he was doing. Seamless and quick installation of new battery.

Checked my car s battery told me it was low voltage, and couldn t read the alternator without getting battery read. Went to Walmart, told me my battery was fine.

Friendly staff and competitive prices. Only reason I didn't rate five stars is because sometimes there's only one staff at the front and a huge line with a long wait. And unfortunately, none of the other five staffers in the back come out to help.

My wife and I were staying at Perdido Key. Our vehicle experienced a battery issue stranding my wife, daughter, and grandkids at the beach. After my called roadside assistance I took it to this location.The guys were a great help, allowed me to use their tools to replace the battery.

Very knowledgeable for a "box" auto parts store. Willing to help and walk through the parts and problems. As helpful as that is the only negative is it creates long lines. If you have the time then do your shopping here. Very helpful with returns as well
