I ve used Able Auto Repair for over 10 years from oil changes to engine repairs and have been completely happy with their expertise, their customer service and the costs. Paul is great and often follows up to assure that everything is to your satisfaction. I have recommended Able Auto to other people and will continue to go there for my Auto maintenance and repair needs.

Brought my truck in for a water pump replacement. They were able to finish it in a day which was pretty good went and picked it up brought home and the next morning went to get in the truck and saw a massive puddle underneath the truck and checked the reservoir and it was completely empty .Called them up and they said to bring it in. Had to go buy coolant to put in the truck because it was completely empty. He said they would look over all of there work but I left and got a call within an hour and said they were done. So I picked it up didn't have to pay anything so that was good. But the next morning i woke up and saw another puddle under the truck. I again called and they told me they weren't gonna repair my whole cooling system. Even though there was no problem with it until they messed with it. And would have to pay for anything that needed to be done.

Wonderful shop. These guys fixed my VVT solenoids in one day. They called and texted along the way to keep me informed. The prices were very fair compared to the ridiculous Pep boys and the GMC service center. They continue to call me and check on how my car is running. I will only go to them for all major repairs from now on. I would highly recommend.

Wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car repaired and for yearly maintenance. Great auto shop and great service. I've been using them for all my auto work for years now, so glad I found them.

Pretty disappointed with a recent experience a coworker had with them.They charged (estimated) around $850 for a diag fee and repair of replace 2 ignition coils on a Honda fit.This is grossly overcharging for the work/parts involved. My coworker thought so and asked for my help since I build engines out of my private machine shop.I had him call back with me listening on speakerphone. They started off by saying the diag fee he was being charged was way too high, which it was at nearly $240. Mentioned this was a clerical mistake due to a new secretary. Maybe, maybe not if I wouldn't have called.The biggest problem was, they didn't do any diag on the car. They simply pulled the codes and took what it most likely was and ran with it. When asked if they did a compression check or an exhaust gas test to check for leaking coolant/head gasket they said they did not. They didn't even bother to ohm out the coils.They got very defensive, and slightly rude when questioned how they knew the diagnosis was correct without doing any of these test and checks.They very blatantly didn't do a proper diagnosis and were winging it...at a $240 diag fee we were quoted.The man came back and said it did fail the exhaust gas test that indicates it was a actually a blown headgasket.Here's what pisses me off. These guys were going to charge almost $900 to do work on this car, including buying and replacing parts that were in good condition, but would have left the car in the exact disrepair it was when brought in. $900 out the window and still have to fix the headgasket issue.All of this because they were sooo lazy, when charging $240, to properly diagnose this issue. And then they had the audacity to get rude and ugly with me and inferring that I was a hack etc etc. Yet, I'm the one that more accurately diagnosed a car over the phone than they could with the car in their shop.These guys are lazy hacks. Caught red handed.Took the car to Patterson in Milton. Head gasket work done, with my machine work, and car is fixed.

Wow so impressed with these guys. I just had my car repaired and Paul took care of so many little details, went out of his way to make sure my car was safe to drive. Told me about 5 times that if anything is not right bring it back right away so he can fix it.

Great service. This was our first experience at Able, they were recommended to us by family. Not a fancy place, looks like they concentrate more on good, honest service at a very fair price. We would definitely recommend Able Auto for service for your vehicle.

After spending money at a different auto shop that didn't properly diagnose or fix my car problems, I went to Able Auto Repair when a friend recommended them. I ended up needing 2 wheel bearings replaced on my Nissan Sentra. They were professional, informative, and very reasonably priced. My car now rides like new. I would definitely recommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection

Went in to have a vehicle looked at and not only was the mechanic unavailable but had to wait on a delivery pickup for 15 minutes in the rain because the access to this particular location is horrible. Definitely recommend somewhere else.

Paul and Chris at Able Auto have been the best thing to happen to our family. They are very thorough and efficient with everything they do with our cars. My family has 5 cars and 4 of them have been to Able for many different reasons and this family is VERY APPRECIATIVE of the excellent service they provide. Chris, Paul is great as a service manager. Wonderful experience! I know quite a few people who use this garage with great confidence, so we gave them a shot. Glad we did!! They got our 2010 Suburban running great again in less than a day. Paul, Chris and Ron were nothing but polite and respectful of our time. Great job guys! Thank you for your good work.

Awesome shop. Nothing is perfect something went wrong with my repair. They corrected upgraded were friendly and good priced. Other shops nearby not so much.

Just used them and really was happy with service and prices. As a female many places have tried to rip me off, not these guys. Explained every they did to my car, did it timely, and. Barged me very fair prices. Will be using them as my new mechanic shop when I have issues.

I bought a used diesel Jeep a few years ago and started taking it to Able because the previous owner had done so, and Able already had all the work and repairs that had been done on the Jeep in their system. I was impressed the first time I went to Able and I still am every time I go. The people that work there are very polite and you can tell that they actually care about their customers, not just making a buck. I've taken my Jeep to Able several times in the last few years and I've been happy with the work and price every time. I've had some pretty serious repairs done by them and I have not had any issues. They let you know if something needs to be repaid ASAP, or if it's minor and can wait. Again, they aren't just trying to make money off of you. Able is great and it's nice to have a place that knows diesel engines. I recommend it to a lot of my friends.

A Great Team that goes over and above for their customers. They listen to our concerns and make the work to fulfill our issues on the cars we love. Really want to give a shout out to Paul the Service Manager who has done everything he knows how to do to go over and above to assist me with all 4 of my cars that I have been sending his way. Thank you, Paul and Chris, for having such a great staff and awesome technicians. I'll be back.

Honest good service both times . This visit was a water pump and shift cable replace. They diagnosed the problem and with a fair price and warranty. I drive across country so I cannot play games. Thanks Paul!!!

Able Auto Repair has to be the best Auto Repair shop in Pensacola. Honestly, before Able Auto Repair was incorporated, I used other local Repair shops who literally ripped me off. For example, one shop charged me more than double for new tires, and they charged me for services I did not need. In direct contrast with this repair shop, Able Auto Repair always charged me a discounted price. And I can always depend on Able Auto Repair to correctly diagnose my car problems, and repair my car quickly. Please note my car is very old a 2005 Mercury Sable. But now it runs as if it is almost new. Lastly, Able Auto Repair is a one stop shop. I would encourage anyone who has a used or new car to only use Able Auto Repair. Good job guys.

This is the best auto place I have ever taken my car to! As long as I am in the area, I won't consider going anywhere else. I had a brake line problem that two other places told me they wouldn't touch. I took it to Able and they literally fixed it in half the time and cost that the others had quoted me at first. Very honest and trustworthy, what more could you ask for?

I've known both Paul and Ron for about 4 years now and they are some of the greatest guys in town when it comes to your vehicle. They've never tried to rip me off, they've shown me simple fixes that other repair shops said it would cost an arm and a leg to fix. All around a great place to go. I have a 06 ford taurus with over 210k miles on it and I've went to them for everything with the car and it's still running great to this day.

Able Auto Repair won over my business today as well as anyone I know that would need mechanical work in the Pensacola area, I initially called and asked if they were busy (not knowing a thing about this business other than great reviews.) I spoke with a very nice lady named Mary, she said yes but what can we help you with, I told her my problems, she said if you can drop it off we will take a look, I was so happy to be able to get in on a short notice on a rainy, busy Friday, Mary was so great she even took me home and picked me back up when my car was finished, I am so pleased with the work done on my 2015 Ford Fusion and looking forward to coming back and seeing these polite people again, you don't find many mechanic shops like this anymore. My experience and the experience that two of my friends had, which is how I learned of this shop, was great. I came in expecting to spend a big chunk of change but they were honest when they could have taken my wallet. Not a fancy shop but I will take honest hard hard working fellas all-day long over a high overhead shop.

They will rip you off. We received a $3k quote for a repair. We then took the vehicle to the Ford dealership and another repair shop for a second opinion. Both confirmed the repairs recommended by Able were not at all necessary, nor would they fix the problem. We took our diesel truck here for years and wondered why we kept spending $ every other month for "repairs" DO NOT GO HERE
