Meagan served as my agent and direct contact. I laud her ability to communicate clearly and promptly. She has excellent interpersonal skills and her customer service is beyond reproach. I would consider doing business with this entity again because of Meagan. She was an absolute joy to work with and collaborate with on this tedious project. Patricia At Lexus Collision Shop is the best employee. She kept me up to date on every step of the way. I would make her a manager there. She explained everything in detail to me like it was her own car and made sure the job they did was perfect . I say she gets 10 stars and a Raise.

This has been nothing short of a nightmare. The collision center has a lack of communication with their customers. Was told by Jeffrey Rosa not to turn our vehicle in until the parts would be available. It was over a month and we still had not received a call back or an update to see if parts came in. Finally on week 5 we were able to speak to Jeffrey and said the parts were in and the vehicle would be ready in 2 weeks. We dropped off the car on Saturday like he said we could to have to argue with the person at the front desk who said we had to come back on Monday after we were told it s OK. More weeks go by and we still cannot get ahold of Jeffrey. They say they will transfer me , to be on hold for long periods of time. When I asked for a manager, they then said Jeffrey was no longer with the company. I asked again to speak to the manager who would not take my call nor have I received a call back like I was promised. Now we have a new person handling our insurance claim named Meagan who says our repair is still not approved by our insurance. Wish they would have let me know weeks ago as all it took was a single phone call. Surely you would have thought they done this before. Last part of this lovely experience is that Meagan now tells us all the parts are not in after Jeffrey originally told us they were. They took my 500.00 the first day I brought my car in. Now all we have are crickets on our end. Received numerous emails from the connect system on my car that they ve drained my battery. Not to mention having to pay a rental car now going on two months. They still have my car. This place is a complete joke. Maybe someone can see this including the manager who doesn t return phone calls. Quick go take your money then they throw you into a dumpster.

If I could leave zero stars on this review I would. Dealing with this body shop was horrendous. Took my Lexus to them thinking it was going to be a smooth transaction because they specialize in Lexus' but boy was I wrong. My car sat on their lot for over 6 weeks without it being repaired and the excuse I got from Eli (my service agent at the shop) was that State Farm was low balling them on repair prices yet State Farm stated they were double billing and doing unnecessary repairs. I had 3 different claim adjustors go on site for supplements and they couldn't justify the additional $20k in repairs they were asking for. When I finally pulled my car out of that shop, they charged over $3k in breakdown and storage fees which I was told by the General Manager (Hans) that I would not be charged. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your car to be repaired at this shop, unprofessional customer service and you'll wait around for weeks for charges to add up and no repair to be made. By the way, they were previously known as Lexus Collision Center and changed their name to Zion Collision Center.

This is the second time my family has used Lexus collision center for an auto repair and to be honest I wouldn t take my automobile anywhere else. First I would like to mention that Brian Figueroa is the best. Not only is his customer service top notch, he also answered all of my question with in fifteen minutes or less via text message. I left some items in the car and when I called to ask if I could stop by and retrieve them he assured me it would be no problem and pulled my car out from the shop on a short notice. The staff there is very welcoming and the repairs on my car made it look brand new. I had a large scratch on the side of my car and they went out of their way to buff it out. I m very happy with the work they did on my vehicle as well as being pleased with the time they took for all repairs. They even had my rental car waiting for me at their location to make everything easier for me. If you are in an accident please contact Bryan at Lexus of Pembroke Pines Collision Center and he will take great care of you and your car. It s hard to come by good customer service these days as well as someone you can trust with your car, especially that s not trying to get over on you and the insurance company. Thank you for taking all my stress away and the excellent work you did on my car. If I could give this place 100 stars I would because they all deserve it!

I recently had an experience at the Lexus of Pembroke Pines Collision and Body Shop that left me quite dissatisfied, and I feel it's important to share my feedback for anyone considering their services.From the outset, there was a noticeable lack of communication on the progress of the repair, which had been promised by Jacqueline, my service representative when I initially dropped off my vehicle. The repairs were significantly delayed, to the extent that I had to facilitate communication between the insurance adjuster and my service representative to expedite the process.I had also requested an oil change to be performed at the Lexus of Pembroke Pines service center next door while my car was at the body shop awaiting parts and repairs. Unfortunately, my request was denied. Upon receiving my car back, I discovered that only two lug nuts on the back tire were properly affixed, one was loose, and two were missing. After an hour of waiting for the missing lug nuts, I left without them due to the extensive bureaucratic process and management approvals required.Moreover, I observed that the repairs and service provided were just the bare minimum. The dealership did not go the extra mile; for instance, my car was returned unwashed and unvacuumed, in a filthy state, despite having been at the dealership for over a month. Additionally, my request to review prior repairs conducted at the dealership was ignored and left uninvestigated.Even after encountering these complications, I had to return to the dealership to address the fact that the repairs were not done properly.I reached out to the service director at the body shop, Khan, but he did not exhibit enthusiasm or concern regarding the circumstances.In conclusion, I must express my extreme disappointment with this experience. I am a regular customer who typically enjoys the customer service from the service department, and this was my third time using the body shop. It was the first time I felt that customer service was virtually non-existent. It's evident that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or strive to improve their services.I sincerely hope I won't have to return to the Lexus of Pembroke Pines Body Shop in the future.11/07/23 Follow up:Despite leaving multiple voice messages and messages with the receptionist, there was no response or attempt made to reach out to me. This lack of communication left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.It's disappointing to note that their Google response appeared merely superficial, and it seems there's a gap in the customer care system at this establishment. As someone who values excellent service, this experience was disheartening and does not align with the expected standards at Craig Zinn Lexus of Pembroke Pines.I believe in transparent and honest feedback for the betterment of service quality. I hope this experience is taken seriously by the management to improve customer satisfaction and communication practices within the body shop department.

I m very disappointed with the service I received from Lexus Collision Center of Pembroke Pines. After having my car for repair for more than 2 month, my car returned extremely dirty. Also, on the inside of my car there were spiders and spider webs which clearly tells me my car was sitting and not being attended to for an extended period of time. The door that was repaired was not properly buffed after being painted. There are an excessive amount of waves on the door which I couldn t see when it was returned because the car was extremely dirty. Now as I m driving spiders are crawling across my windshield. The car was also unfinished and has to go back in for repair instead of communicating that something didn t get approved to get fixed. They decided to wait after they said the car was finished to tell me that it didn t get approved so they didn t fix it. Now I have to open back up a claim and have my car fixed somewhere else cause I will not be sending my car back there for any more repairs neither would I recommend them to anyone.

Never take your vehicle there. They are very disrespectful and flood your vehicle yes flood your vehicle and call it an act of God. Horrible experience. Hanniff the collision manager is super rude and has no customer service experience. I took my vehicle there for a small collision to get it fixed and I come to find out my vehicle flooded in there parking lot. They didn t release insurance informaci�n to make the process super difficult. When I filled a claim with my insurance regarding the flood damage they denied my insurance to inspect the car till they dismantled it which obviously they had something to hide. Horrible experience stay away from any Zinn dealer Subaru of Pembroke Pines Toyota of Hollywood Lexus of Pembroke Pines and Acura of Pembroke Pines.

Let me tell you about my experience with this collision center so i took my brand new 2023 Acura Rdx here because of a minor accident i had and because pines acura dealership doesn't have a collision center so they recommended them (first mistake). At a glance everything seems fine but this collision centers staff is so disorganized.. they aren t good at communicating they aren't good at sending the insurance company the necessary pictures and paper work at the right time and were sending supplements even a day before my car was ready leading to me having to wait more time to pick it up, they spent TWO MONTHS fixing my car..after they got paid 15000 dollars they still charged me 180 for a part that apparently they replaced and threw away the damaged one before an adjuster from the insurance company could see it..(which in the few pictures they had doesn't even look damaged btw just a bit dented leading to why insurance didnt want to pay for it).. my car was ready for a whole week nd they didn't release it because of 180$ that is so sad how they have zero regards for peoples needs especially knowing how necessary a car is to someone. And the only reason they get two stars is because besides them not doing their job right with paperwork and money, my car isn't falling apart and at least was returned in clean conditions which i would expect since for the past week every time i called my car was in the wash. According to them the parts they fix have a life warranty but i would NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN.

I am really disappointed in the collision service, my lexus trucker enters on June 1 due to an accident, Miss Nathaly does an excellent job, until today, July 6, they have not delivered my vehicle to me, I have been renting a vehicle for 1 month waiting for it to pass the inspection . they should take priority with own brand lexus . I'll keep in mind I'll change brands, it's sad how they play with your time. And they don't appreciate true customer service. I am sad and very sentimental

Recently had to have work done on my car. From the moment I started the process with the collision center, all the employees were extremely professional and did everything they could to make my visits quick, easy, and efficient. Once in service, my customer service representative Jacqueline was extraordinary. Every step of the process was explained, and I received updates at every development. Jacqueline was kind and honest, and gave me a fair and reasonable timeline on everything. The work was outstanding and I am so happy to have worked with such an exceptional team. Lexus of Pembroke Pines collision center went above and beyond to get my Subaru fixed and back to NEW from a recent not at fault accident I had.They were fast, efficient and professional. Meagan Garcia was my advisor and handled the whole process from start to finish and any questions, concerns, or details needed by me where taking care of immediately morning, noon or night. She made me feel secure and definitely kept me posted with every single detail that was happening to my vehicle. And when I got the call to come pick up my vehicle, all I had to do was handover my keys to the rental that she fought for, and we worked together on to get from Enterprise and signed my paperwork, then confidently examined my brand new fixed Subaru that they worked so very hard on to make New again and I was on my way!Meagan Garcia thank you for all you have done and thank you Lexus of Pembroke Pines collision center.I give you all a 10 star rating! I am very disappointed with the Lexus Collision Center. I took my truck here on 05/5/2023 at 5pm for a minor break on the back bumper. On Monday 5/8/2023 i tried to go pick up my car due to the insurance of the person that crashed into me didn t want to pay for the rental car. I call the center to pick up my truck and they had told me that i had to pick pay $360.00 to be able to take my car, I asked why and Megan Garcia that it was for the payment of the person who took apart the bumper which was literally only 4 screws, zip ties. Also had to call a tow truck to take it out the place because with the sensor taken out i wasn t able to drive it, but mind you I drive there perfectly fine. On Friday, May 19th I went to go see what was taking so long and what the hold up was. Megan had let me know that they were done with the fixing of the car but all they had left was to calibrate the sensors, but reminder i driver there to Lexus with the sensors fine. I said okay, when will it be ready? she stated it will be ready by Wednesday 5/24/23 i told her okay. That day i go to get my car and i am told that they aren t able to give it to me because the other persons insurance did not pay the charges. I called the insurance and they informed me that they had paid the charges. I go back inside and they said yes it s paid but the payment hasn t gone through, then i speak with someone in administration she asked me if i wanted to pay the charges and when the money came through they would give me back the money, i found this ridiculous from such a place. Lexus that has so many lawyers and legal team would give me my car in fear of the money not clearing so why would I someone that doesn t have a legal team or anything trust that they would give me my money. I write this review so that anyone that thinks about taking their car to Lexus Collision center really think about it and i recommend to not even go. They make thousands of excuses to give you back your own car and also how expensive they charge for literally changing 5 plastic pieces on a bumper and painting a little corner of the car. They charged $5882.92 and my car has been there a month. Maybe someone else has had good experiences with them but for me it was one of the worst i ve ever had. I write this and to this day i have no answer to when i will be getting my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I can not really explain the level of customer's care this center has but Cristina showed me that they are above excellence. This center was recommended by a family member and by far with quality and pace, they are unbeatable. Anywhere else you will more likely wait 2 to up to 4 months for your car to be ready. The car parts arrived super fast based on past experience. Cristina explained and kept in touch every step of the way.Thank you team Lexus Collusion Center and thank you Cristina.

Going through the terrible experience of a collision on the highway due to a tire flying at our vehicle full speed was absolutely dreadful; but what a HUGE relief it was to work with such AMAZING & PROFESSIONAL staff at Lexus of Pembroke Pines Collision Center to get us through the next steps after such a terrifying experience!!! First, THANK YOU to Lily (receptionist) for her warm welcome & kind demeanor in walking us through a process we were completely in the dark about - she took the time to ease our concerns & showed genuine empathy, we are truly grateful for her amazing customer service!!! And THANK YOU to Meagan (adjuster) for her kind professionalism!!! She also took the time to understand our predicament & worked with Roy (manager) to help us come up with the best possible plan of action to get the process started for our vehicle to get the repairs necessary - they were amazing!!! THANK YOU (Lily, Meagan & Roy) for helping us navigate through this challenging time!!! Excellent Service!!!!

**If you can afford to pay for a rental car for over a month while still making your monthly car payment, this is the place to get your car repaired!! I have been a proud Lexus customer, leasing their vehicles for 10 years and I ve NEVER had an issue until I brought my vehicle to the Pembroke Pines Collision Center on March 2nd. The repairs needed (a broken antenna and rear view mirror) was not extensive to warrant it being at the body shop for a month now!! As of 3/30, I have still yet to receive it and I do not have a clear answer on when I will. This is week #4 and I guess it takes a week to be in calibration?? I have been renting a car for a month which has been a costly, unexpected expense. Weekly I advise them of this, yet there has been no sense of urgency to return my car. I have asked for a manager to call me and crickets no one has called. They have shown me that clearly this this is my problem to deal with and they only care about sending their multiple supplements to get paid from my car insurance company. I should ve went elsewhere but thought bringing their own vehicle to them would count for something. I was so wrong! IF there is a next time, I will definitely go elsewhere to save time and money. This has been a very frustrating experience to say the least. Maybe it s time to try another luxury brand when my lease is up in December - this is a sign to try something new. I would like to thank Lillian for always being kind when I call weekly for updates. I m pretty sure I ll be reaching out to her again next week for week #5 that I ve been without my car. I ll call her after I renew the rental car and make another Lexus car payment :(

I had my car towed to the collision center after an accident. I worked with Lily, who was more responsive to me than my own insurance company. Her professionalism made an unfortunate situation more bearable. She kept me informed throughout the process and helped me pivot when the insurance company decided the vehicle was a total loss. Grateful for the service I received.
