First of all I want to say thank you ! Thank you for Eric from Vera Motors that provided outstanding service! The high level of customer service at Vera Motors is unmatched.- Eric was always available to address any questions I had and took exceptional care of me throughout the service of my car. I'm extremely pleased with the prompt and reliable service, especially considering it was for a new car (Hummer EV).Despite having visited other dealerships, none could match the level of assistance Eric provided. He and the technicians swiftly handled the replacement of two parts, further demonstrating their efficiency and dedication.I wholeheartedly recommend Eric and Vera Motors to others, and I am confident that my next trade-in will be with them due to the trust I have in their service advisors and managers. 5 stars without hesitation!

Alex was my service advisor. His knowledge, recommendations, attention to details and courtesy had positioned him as one of the best advisor and customer service I ever had. Alex can help the customer to understand every detail of the repairs needed and provide frequent updates with a honest and clear explanation. His friendly and open personality goes above and beyond the call of duty. He stays on top of your repair process and always look for the best approach to each problem. Thank you Alex for the best customer service.

I had a maintenance service check, Mikel was my service advisor . My car was serviced at the appointment time and it was done very fast. After the service, it was washed and vacuumed. I was pleased with my service advisor, always I am pleased with the professionalism of the entire service department. Everyone is so friendly, they all seem to love their job they speak to you even if they are not the service advisor that you are doing business with. Thank you for a great team. The price was acceptable., I also had a tire fixed that was brought to my attention by my service advisor, he noticed it as I drove up, I didn t know that there was a nail in the tire thank God I avoided a flat tire.I purchased myXT5 from Vera and I will continue to have my car serviced with you.

I brought my car in for a oil change when they contact too let me know the vehicle was ready they bought it out to me unwashed, after they asked me if i wanted a car wash. so i had to contact the service aid to let them know they forgot to clean the car. Then when I get home I notice 2 of my tire air valve caps in the front which are custom chrome caps! are missing, this is the second time Vera cadillac lost my air valve caps I am not happy at all with the service!

Great experience, very fast. I came in early for my appointment and Mike was ready to help. I waited at the showroom, which is impeccable, smells great and they have complementary water,coffee and snacks. Every body was nice and welcoming. I will be back for my next service and most likely for my next car.

I really had one of the best experiences at Vera today, since I've been servicing my car over the past three years. Mikell was very courteous and helpful. He was very attentive and was a complete professional. He's certainly one of the best agents at Vera.

I can truly say David is honest and upfront and truly have the customers best interest at heart I wasn't planning to own another Cadillac but after working with David I'm having second thoughts Vera Cadillac pick the right man for the job.it will be good if Vera Cadillac can lower their prices on maintaining vehicles 1,$$$.$$

I recently had the opportunity to take my car to Vera Cadillac in Pembroke Pines and I must say, I was quite impressed with their service. Despite a small hiccup in communication, my overall experience was exceptional.To begin with, I had my car towed to the dealership as I live out of town in the keys. Unfortunately, my car sat at the dealership for about four business days before they were able to look at it. This was a bit frustrating, but once they started working on it, everything seemed to progress at a decent and efficient pace. I didn't encounter any further issues from that point on.I must commend Christopher, the service representative who assisted me throughout the process. He was excellent in keeping me updated and maintaining communication. It's always reassuring to have someone who is reliable and responsive.When I finally received my car back, I was pleased to find that the work done was of top-notch quality. The car drove excellently and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Not only that, but they also returned my car in a spotless and clean condition, which was an added bonus.Overall, I would rate my experience with Vera Cadillac five stars. While there was a slight delay in getting my car looked at, the excellent service provided by Christopher and the exceptional quality of work overshadowed this minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of car service or repairs. Thumbs up to the team at Vera Cadillac!

Thank you, Vera. My service adviser Conrad Hernandez is awesome and very professional. Conrad went up and beyond to keep me informed about the service being done to my vehicle. The dealer picked up may vehicle immediately when they realized there was a problem. The concierge service is the best. This service is very convenient. If I could rate them from 1-10 with 10 being excellent and very satisfied. I would give them a 10. #Vera Cadillac #1service.

My car was picked up on 03/18/24 to be taken to Vera Cadillac for service. My service advisor, Divid was very professional, and customer oriented advisor. He kept me up to date with the process of my car by text. He really keeps the process accordingly to what was said on the date he made the appointment. I am very happy with the service he provided. I m very satisfied with the high level of customer service provided by service advisor Mr. Michael Crato. He communicated regularly with the progress of the repairs and the repairs were done in a timely manner. The service technician also completed quality work on the repairs.I highly recommend Vera Cadillac/Buick for their service and quality of their work!

I went to Vera for a wheel alignment and they did an excellent job at a fair and honest price. My service advisor Giovanni was very professional and his service was excellent!!! He even took the time to point out and explain some additional issues that their technicians discovered while servicing my vehicle. The service at Vera is one of the best I ve experienced.

Had visited Vera Cadillac recently, specifically to Collission department and was a refreshing to find a great new team in the department very hands on and friendly but yet professional approach and customer service, I had direct contact with Bryan Farina and few other staff members and I can say being a long time customer that after And before services is noted and appreciated! My vehicle was fixed in the time advised and was given back to me CLEAN! Yes, was not my experience before so motivated me to do this review.Thank you for your service and support!Blessings!

I ve been going to Vera Cadillac for a few years now. My most recent visit was once again a wonderful experience. We dropped off the vehicle over to David who kept us informed via text messages. He gave me a call once there was a diagnosis on the car from the mechanic. Then he later sent a text once the vehicle was ready for pick up on that same day. The paper work and payment were all very efficient, and then valet did an amazing job as well. It was great service overall!

Had a great service experience with Vera Cadillac in Pembroke Pines today. Their concierge picked up and dropped off our car at our home in a timely manner. Conrad was quick to answer my questions. Very pleased. And they washed the car for us before bringing it home. A pleasure. Thanks to all at Vera for this great experience.

Chris in the service department is amazing! I had an issue with my car, he made sure it was taken care of and he gave me regular updates every step of the way. They are too good and kind in their work, especially Conrad who has attended me in recent time, has always been available to answer my calls or messages and is looking for a solution for me to try to solve my problem as soon as possible. Great service from my advisor Conrad Hernandez. Constant communication and great explanation of worked to be performed. The service technician Kenneth was amazing as well. He really cared about isolating and correcting the suspension noise I had and was very thorough in his process. You could tell he was an experienced master mechanic and my car was in good hands. My 195k mile CTS rides like new again, thank you!

Edwin is amazing, he processed my information and received my vehicle for service as soon as I arrived. He texted me to let me know that he would be communicating with me to keep me informed during the service performance. I feel at ease with the team at Vera Cadillac GMC. Vera is a first-class dealership. Our salesman, Eddie Collazo, was amazing from our first phone call through delivery of the truck. Also, the dealership had the best prices for the truck I was looking for. This was by far the best buying experience that I have had. I will definitely recommend both Vera and Eddie to my family and friends!

My advisor Mikell is very professional and efficient. I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation and I waited on my vehicle. My car was serviced and washed while I waited and completed within and hour and 15 minutes I was totally shocked at the efficient service. Thanks for your professionalism and service.
