The overall impression is not very good. From a good manager, she is smiling and goes to a meeting. Oil replacement is cheap, the cabin filter and engine filter cost $90, it's just kia. With the help of a compressor, they drained just half of the old oil, and added a new one, after the label showed that the oil was much larger than the maximum mark. And in the end, they said that everything was fine. This could lead to an engine overhaul. This is a complete tin, they mixed the old and new oil and poured the new one 2 times more and said that this was normal, when I said that this was not normal, they agreed to drain it completely and after that they filled in the new one, as a result I spent less than 1.5 hours here. And I saw how before me they also drained women's oil through this pump. Then they poured more of the needed level again and I asked them to drain it again to the last level. It was terrible. As you know, I do not recommend this office, and even more so if you do not understand and trust these people.

Service here is quick and u don t need to get off your car which is great. The only downside is that it is a bit expensive a lot more expensive than the usual oil changing place. If you re OK with spending a few extra dollars then I guess you can come here. The service was good.

First time coming here given the bad experiences at dealerships, so happy I came here. For the price I paid, given all the work done to my car, totally worth it. Dealerships are a rip off. the manager Jennifer was so helpful, knowledgeable and quick! Not only did she inform me and talk me through what needed to be changed but also did such a great job and quickly. I appreciated it so much!

Great customer service to go along with knowledge of what the vehicle needs. No pressure to upsell me, I am a regular customer and bring my mother s car and wife. Highly recommend this location!

Went by yesterday, no appointment. Very impressed by the attention to detail. Of course they try to sell you on air filter, cabin filter, tire rotations etc.....that is expected. Kindly refuse. Did Synthetic blend oil change which should last like 6,000-7500 miles but the renewal sticker said 3000 miles. I questioned it and the tech said, will it could last more than 3000 miles which prompts me to ask why put that sticker on there then. Again, props for simply trying to generate income, dont blame them.

I have loved every valvoline location I have ever went to. Tried jiffy lube before and was not impressed, valvoline is worth the extra money for the attention to detail and knowing your car is in safe hands.

Mari and Jennifer are truly great!! Jennifer took her time to explain everything there is to know about my cabin air filter ( installation & replacing) and Mari offered me what I truly needed , without trying to up-sale me by offering tons of multiple services like other places.They were the kindest to me and my family!I ll definitely be back to the same Pines location.

After more the 15 years doing the services to my vehicles in this locations today just get to the end, just arrived today 7/27/2019 around 12:35 pm to the places to do my oil change to my truck I surprise to see the place empty. So just pull in to the side they tell me I see 4 tech a the moment and they look like they don't want to workSo went a lady come to ask what I there for I say my oil change but she c not do nothing the computer is off and she don't how to fixedSo other tech come and him know less than the lady, i just ask if is at new owner for the store and they say yes. So after I see they don't want to work i just move my truck and go sorry for lose my as a costumer and many will be with that type the services offer in this locations, nowOwner open your eyes if they don't want to work look for some tech the wanted.

Had an excellent experience. The lady that helped me went truly above and beyond. I wish I could give her 100 stars LOL, she was amazing. Everyone was very kind and I think they were very thorough. I went to get my oil changed today. The service that was provided was absolutely outstanding! Ruben the tech and Jeffery one of the managers customer was excellent! They went beyond the call of duty to make sure my oil changed/services was done accurately, professionally and with integrity. Both of them treated me like royalty, as though I am/was the owner of the business or/and if I paid millions of dollars, they provided me services with a smile, kept me informed and delivered exceptional all around services. I am very pleased with the service I received at this location. On my initial visit it was recommended to me that I flush the transmission fluid in my car and I agreed. During the process there was an issue with the machine and they were unable to complete the service at that time. Afterwards my car was stalling a bit and I called and spoke to Jeffrey the manager and he told me to bring it back that they would take care of it. I went back today and Phil was able to complete the service and was very friendly and reassuring. I was impressed with the level of service received and will continue to use this location as well as refer friends and family.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Excellent service. All technicians were polite, professional & meticulous. Service took 15 mins and they went above and beyond just a quick oil change by checking all my lights and wipers. Only thing I d say was that it was pricy than normal by like $40. And that was me choosing the cheaper option.

My go to place for an oil change, no BS or telling you that you need 20 different things for your car. It s quick and easy everytime I go there. Everyone is sooo friendly especially Jennifer.

These guys work as a team to provide exceptional service at great value. I have an Audi A7 2014 coming up on 95k miles and desperately needed an oil change. Found these guys because they re close to where I work and took a chance that they would be able to do everything during my lunch break. They gave great advice, topped off all fluids and were incredibly efficient. Jeffrey runs a right ship and I will definitely be coming here for every oil change in the future. Outstanding

No one there at 8:00 am, and they never open on time always 20-30 minutes late. Either change your hours or be on time, people make schedules and have to work.

Very quick and good service, I was able to use a coupon for money off without any problem. Rozay and Jennifer worked on my car ,they were awesome. I will definitely go back when I need an oil change, and definitely recommend them.

Great location in west Pines. Service is typically fast. If you have to wait it is only 10-15. Typically you are done in 15 minutes if there is no line. Buy the Groupon before going. You save some money.

Had a great experience here very thorough and direct about pricing and options. Daniel has a great attitude! Will be coming back here for all my oil changes.
