Overall excelente service as expected, feeling so great for Luis welcome to the store and explanation of full services requested. Excellent participation of Ryan is very appreciated, too. He arranged for our tires to be delivered promptly. Also, our thanks to Nicolas with recommendations given. We do highly recommend this Tire Plus Store in particular

I had the BEST experience, mainly because of the help from Evie she was so helpful and kind. I was able to get 4 new tires, alignment and a new battery with her help. She is so knowledgeable and did everything she could to make sure I went back on the road in a safe car. Excellent service! Thank you, Evie!

I arrived at Tire Plus at 5:30, after calling asking if they would have an availability, Luce said she would be able to help and that the service was first come first serve. I asked for an Oil Change, a tire alignment & a tire change. This took 3 hours. At Flash Libe this would ve taken me MAX. 1 hour. Around 7:00, I told her to call me back because my car was still being serviced after waiting for 2 hours. While waiting I want to mention she gave out two refunds because of the excessive wait time. Luce is obviously incapable to estimate tire changes/oil changes/alignments/fuel flushes accurately. Around 8PM Luce then called me saying that she cannot wait any longer and was closing the store, when she didn t even bother calling to tell me that my car was ready. She then proceeded to say that it s not her job to call me for when my car is ready I don t know what manager she has that hired her & clearly hasn t given her enough training, resources and her Job description but it s obvious they aren t doing a good job either. It s embarrassing for me to have to wait till open to receive my car when it was obviously Luce fault for over scheduling her mechanics and being unable to assess wait times. Along with her being rude on the phone with me, she was rude with countless of other customers actively insulting them while I sat in the lobby, hearing her say this lady is crazy & then insult her coworkers, who she then blamed for her lack of help Luce has obviously not received any classes or training in customer service, and deserves to be fired. Whoever the manager is should actively look for a better receptionist that has more knowledge on cars because frankly I can guarantee that her service does not align with Tire Plus Missions or values. It s embarrassing and I plan on cancelling my CC with them due to this bad service.

Came here to patch my tire and took this place over a hour and a half to check my car. After tell me I m next in line when I arrived. Extremely slow. In addition to watching people come in after me and there was able to check their tires and fix them. This is the second time I came to this place and last time..even the oil changes here are terrible. I recommend to go somewhere else. If you have any concerns with time and money (this place is over priced compare to other location and extremely slow).

I wish I knew 10 years ago that my Firestone Card could be also be used at Tires Plus . Firestone and Bridgestone tires are great but unfortunately their stores are not offering a good service or even a pleasant environment . They need to revamp stores and re-train personnel to manage their time and schedules in a way that the customer doesn t run away again and again

Ryan (manager) and the entire team makes the experience so worth it, that I ll drive15 miles to there location to get my car serviced. I trust in their service, word's and expertise in cars. I would recommend this location to anyone in that area

I have been robbed of time and money. Due to a negligence by staff and technicians. I took my car in and I had to pay for parts/labor that was broken by the mechanic. Then clerk inside had the audacity to tell me the part was already badly damaged and needed it to be replaced. Never showed me the part or called about the situation. Just explained to me the car was drivable without it after I came to pick it up...I've made several complaints with Corporate about this issue, and it has happened several times.. No reimbursements, no credit towards future work...NOTHING...I'm in the process of pursuing legal actions against TiresPlus.....

I called several tire shops and I got the feeling I was wasting there time. Then I called Tires Plus in Pembroke PINES, FL. WOW! it was a breath of fresh air. Spoke with someone over the phone and quoted a price and the next day came in and the professionalism didn't stop, Lady behind counter was equally pleasing to speak too. Two thumbs up.

DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I have been coming to this pembroke pines Location for 2 years I bought my first set of tires from here even received my road hazards and lifetime alignment I usually get nails in my tires because of my location I drive in and I never have a problem until they wanted to lie and say my tire rods are broken which they are NOT! one of the ladies one is named Evie other one older lady rude as well she has been there for a while she called me one day to get my car and said "are you coming to get your vehicle?" Not "your car is ready."very unprofessional.They don't tell you ur lug nuts broke until u show up even though u were just on the phone with them.I went in to buy two tires that were not covered by road hazards (wear and tare)I bought those two tires plus one more before hand I was due for a free alignment yes they gave me a good deal on tires I will say that but they made me believe I received my alignment and they lied to me they took my $400 and when I came back after driving my car and noticing my alignment was off then they do a inspection why not a inspection when I give $400 to this business? Then they tell me my wheels hubs and tire rods are broke (which my tire rods are brand new)**hire better mechanics** but that's why they couldn't do alignment they said but that's not what they said the first time .. they took my money and put wheels on after seeing my wheel hubs and tire rods were going bad they just put new tires over it Nicolas also said I had a list of problems out in the lobby when there are only three things that need to be replaced this place is not professional technician 15 Hiram put new tires on my car without doing inspection or mentioning about my wheel hubs or tire rods so technicians are putting on our tires and not telling customers anything until we come down the second time then they do inspection this is ridiculous horrible horrible service I have all my paper work that shows all of this that I keep . Will not be going back to this location the other location has heard of so many complanits about this pembroke pines location pathetic!

DO NOT GO HERE, HORRIBLE SERVICE MANAGER.We had an incredibly frustrating experience with the service manager, Nicolas, at Tire Plus. When we first arrived, we were impressed by the courteous receptionist and the honest, knowledgeable mechanic. However, Nicolas shattered our positive impression. He quoted an exorbitant price of nearly $1,800 for what should have been a straightforward air filter replacement, a sway bar, a strut that was still in working condition, and a wheel alignment. To make matters worse, he included a slew of additional fees that significantly inflated the price. He even tried to pressure us into a hasty decision by offering a tire plus credit card that we could apply for to cover cost and a minimal discount if we agreed to do the work immediately.After some dialogue, We move forward with the car repair, but the immense amount of regret that we felt after a a call we received. We left the car in the shop for almost 2 hours believing we d get it the same day. Nicolas tells my husband over the phone that the wrong parts were ordered.The reason Nicolas failed on his commitment to complete the service on the same day was because he ordered all the WRONG parts for the car. When we confronted him about this, he callously informed us that we'd have to wait until the next day, even though he was fully aware that we had to pick up our dog and go to work. I asked him to show me the order for the parts, but he refused, adding to the frustration of the situation. To top it off, he refused to take the car's VIN number, stating that it wasn't necessary when ordering the car parts, despite our insistence that it was essential.He stated that the part that was messed up was taken out and it ll exhaust the technician to have to work double. We told him do you understand the inconvenience this is causing because you ordered the wrong car part he then changed his reason and said it was a system error . He then said we needed to pay the labor cost to reinstall the old part. (That was coming from the original labor cost) I told him why should we pay for that right now. He stated that he needed to ensure his technician gets paid for his labor . We were basically forced to pay for a labor for a part that was supposed to be replaced and he was refusing to allow the mechanic to work until we gave a deposit.Furthermore, Nicolas continually cut me off when I was speaking or asking questions, stating, "I was getting ahead of myself." When I pointed out his constant interruptions and asked if it was because I am a female, and he was only directing himself to my husband, allowing him to speak, he did nothing to address my concern.It was clear that Nicolas's actions were unprofessional and lacking in both accountability and empathy. This entire experience was marked by overpricing, an abundance of hidden fees, surged car part prices and a service manager who failed to keep his promises, displayed a disrespectful attitude, and disregarded vital information. If you are looking for an amazing customer service experience from beginning to end and reasonable prices, we highly recommend heading around the corner to Jacobs Garage.Update: We went back the next day and requested a refund on EVERYTHING. We are NEVER going back to this place. FYI: We did not sign up for the credit card.UPDATE (11/22/23): My husband and I took our car to the dealer to do a routine check and they informed us that we DID NOT have to change nor update what this place claimed we needed and were going to drop 1,800 dollars on. SCCAAAMMMERS. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, DO NOT GO HERE.

I called Tire plus and spoken to a sales person she gave me and my husband a price for 3 years warranty on a wheel alignment $135.00 over the phone. When he arrived at the shop and left his truck he asked her for his paperwork she replied that he would get it when he come back to pick up his truck. It took over 8 hours just for a wheel alignment. The dishonest sales person charged us $198.00 we spoken to the manager he replied that they price. Please be advised and aware they don t have no charts or advertise their prices on billboards or flyers inside the building It is unfair. Did they lead the customers tell them one price when you get your vehicle it be another priceService: Wheel alignment

I went for an oil change, where they installed the splash guard improperly. They later discovered damages made to the front bumper of the vehicle. Not one of the service employees knew about the policy and procedures. I had to come back days after, where the supervisor, unprofessionally, insinuated that I had knowingly come to the shop with damages already. A claim was filed. The claim (of course biased) was later denied after inspection. So I was stuck paying for repairs they were responsible for. I ll be taking my business elsewhere. Next time I won t hesitate to call the police.

I had 2 cars repaired over the past 3 days. In spite of being very busy, Evie, Nicolas and Luz took time to explain what was wrong with each, the costs and do required repairs on each car in a timely manner.

Very reasonable to say the least. The oil change wasn't $100.00, so I went in and got my car serviced. Changed winshield wipers and had some other minor stuff done. I recommend this placeGogetter

One of their guys got in my vehicle and stomped the gas almost resulting in a acciden & forgot to rotate my tires. After reporting him he backed my vehicle out and repeatedly stomped on my breaks for no reason at all. Will never go back.

I was initially unhappy when Nicholas presented me with an $1850 estimate for brake work needed on my Volkswagen, after working with me to lower the bill and having the car ready an hour before their estimated time made me very happy.I like Nicholas after coming for years, he is a pleasure to work with even after we don't always see eye to eye.

I had a flat tire and called many tire locations and no one was answering. I then called Tires Plus in which I quickly received an answer. Nicholas was the one who answered and told me to come in despite them closing in an hour and already having a wait. Nicholas was very kind and helped me get a new tire. Great customer service very pleased with the outcome. Thank you!

They do not adhere to hazard warranty and refuse to explain policies. Had a flat tire which was temporarily repaired with a plug and took the vehicle to this location which was the closet at the time. They refused to look at the tire because of the plug although I had hazard warranty and the tires was less and one year old. The manager said I can't get a free tire and have to pay a prorated price for a tire. The original tire cost 230 and wanted me to pay 188. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they actually care about customer service. FYI the lobby was dirty. I will be taking my vehicle to another location or possible a new buisness ..

I went to get a tire patched for $35 and I asked for the tires to be rotated. I got a call back with an estimate of $800.... thats right, $800. I asked what for? I was told I neeed 2 brand new tires and it was not possible to patch the tire. The also mentioned that my battery falied the test and that the oil engine was extreamly low. Thank you very much I said. I came back for my car. The funny part is My oil was changed with a brand new filter and the oil life was 95% when I was told my engine was nearly dry. That was a lie. Then the battery failing is another lie.... I just got a Brand new Battery 2weeks prior.I then took my car to Tire Kingdom where the unpatchable tire was patched for $32 and my tires where rotated and balanced. Moral of the story...Shop around and never trust this place that is willing to lie to up-sale.

This is a great place for me. I keep a guaranteed alignment for all my vehicles with tires plus. I rotate and balance my tires with an alignment every 6 months. I make an appointment, it's a fast service I'd recommend to everyone.

This is a GREAT place. They are honest and show you why you need each thing that needs doing. I really respect a place that takes time out to see if there are coupons to save me money. And I trust the staff here..very professional. Lots of great lifetime warranty options here too.
