Luis, is an asset to Tire Plus. A professional, knowledgeable, friendly and all together HELPFUL & PATIENT, employee, with me.I came with a tire problem, he resolved it, w/o a hitch. Then another unexpected problem arose, regarding the remaining 3 tires.Needless to say, Luis, showed me where the problem was and what needed to be done on order to resolve it.I was at the Pine Blvd/ Dike Ave location,All day! But I understood, I had to wait my turn. As I waited, whenever I had a question regarding my tires, Luis, would patiently answer and showed me when possible. He is knowledgeable in what he goes. But what impressed me the most about Luis, was his human kindness. Service is very important, but it s the way one is treated while being serve that makes the difference. And LUIS MADE THE DIFFERENCE.Please acknowledge his service to me.Sorry, I m so long windedI AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.Thank you , Cynthia De La Cruz

Good friendly staff. Was greeted by Omar this morning at 7AM sharp. He resolved my flat tire problem within about an hour. Will be going back whenever I need further repairs in the future. Thank you Omar!

Steve was friendly, helpful and courteous. I received a call saying that there was an issue with the repair. This was taken care of quickly and effectively. The work was done in the promised time frame and I received a call telling me that my car was ready when the work was completed.

I have been a customer of Tire Plus Store# 15907 in Pembroke Pines for several years now. I have never had a bad experience at this TP location. Loly Almaral, the Store Manager, does not beat around the bush when it comes to servicing your car. Loly is very knowledgeable and lets you know up front of any issues before the crew works on your car. Her customer service skills are exceptional!Got great tires, and a life-time wheel alignment for my Van for a price that couldn t be beat!!! I have always received quick and friendly service whenever I come here. For all my service needs, this is the place I trust. Highly recommend.

The Manager Loli and her staff were very efficient and accommodating. My vehicle was serviced precisely as per my requested services needed. The work was performed quickly and with quality and attention to detail. I definitely noticed my vehicle performed much better after the Tire Plus service performed. Checkout was quick and easy. I highly recommend this Tires Plus for great service and friendly and knowledgeable personnel.

We arrive to the store at 5:10pm, today Saturday 9th, we came cuz we need to balance are front tires and at the office they refuse to help us cuz there said there was no time. 50 minutes to balance tires??? I pretty sure they didn t want to work cuz they were closed to end of the day, so, is this store closed at 6pm or closed at the time they want to closed??? That s not the way to run business.

My experience at this location was really good. Even though I did not choose them to do all the work I needed done, I rated it 5 stars because of the customer service I was provided from drop off, to phone call updates, to pick up. Their prices were a bit more than I can handle at this time but they have the people engagement down pact.

I lived in Davie for several years and the Tires Plus in Davie was always my go-to Tire shop, never an issue. I moved to Miramar and I tried going to this store in Pines Blvd. What a difference! I had the same problem twice: the first time, I called, asked about new tires, confirmed price and availability, booked an appointment for as soon as they had availability, and when I arrived, I was informed that my tires had been sold, but they could sell me another kind (much more expensive, of course), even as I had an appointment, what a waste of my time! I ended up going elsewhere.Yesterday, I needed to do an oil change for my car. I called, ask for pricing, THEY ASKED ME MY YEAR AND MODEL, AND I GAVE IT TO THEM, they gave a price of $107, I made the appointment and my husband drove the car at the agreed hour. When he comes back, I checked the invoice, and the oil change is $160. I called them, and they say that is the correct price, I told them they had given me a different price over the phone, and they say it varies according to the model, I told them that I had specifically given year and model over the phone.After a few minutes of them trying to make me understand that the correct price was $160, I told them to do nothing to the car, and that I would bring it elsewhere, their answer? "Ok, drive safe" and hung up on me.I can not think of a a store with worse customer service. I understand it might have been a (THEIR) mistake when they gave me a price over the phone, but that is no way to treat a costumer who is rightfully asking them to honor what they told me and I had in writting. Of course, I will never go back to that store or recomend it to anyone, in fact, I'd tell anyone to run in a different direction if you need this type of service. I own a much smaller business and I would not let myself lose a customer, let alone get a bad review over $50. I told them, it is not about the money, it is about the principle and the service they are providing.Now that I see their reviews, I understand that this is a problem they have, I should have never gone there in the first place, not all Tires Plus are made the same, I guess.And let me be clear, IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, (I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR CHEAP), IT IS ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE, IF YOU GIVE A PRICE, YOU NEED TO HONOR IT, EVEN IF IT WAS A MISTAKE, and if you are not going to honor it, AT LEAST TREAT THE CUSTOMER RIGHT. I do not care if I end up paying more, I simply won't ever go back or recommend this place.

The mechanics are either incompetent or committing fraud.My high school aged son took my vehicle with a flat in the rear right tire to be inspected. He had inflated it to drive to the shop and told them to please inspect it.They charged us for the inspection.They said nothing was wrong with the tire but made suggestions for repairs whose costs would have been a few thousand dollars. I told my son to decline as we do all maintenance at the dealer and were just looking at getting the tire repaired. At least there was nothing wrong with the tire.This morning I walk out and of course the tire is flat, I put on my glasses and find a nail in the tire rather easily. Maybe the mechanics forgot their glasses.Disappointing to say the least. I have been a customer for years, the decline in service has been noticeable but this is another level of incompetence.How you do anything is how you do everything!Since the shop enjoys doing nothing we should all accommodate them and have them do nothing until they go out of business!Horrible and incompetent at best, fraudulent at worst!Good thing they are not the only tire shop in Pines.

Absolutely STELLAR customer service! I arrived at 6:50 PM, just 10 minutes before closing, with a large nail in my tire. STEVE MORONTA, the front service representative, immediately recognized my distress and took swift action to assist me. He promptly had RAY, one of their skilled mechanics, address the issue without hesitation, even though the store was about to close. RAY and STEVE worked overtime to ensure my car was safe to drive, demonstrating true dedication and professionalism.STEVE MORONTA's genuine concern for my safety and well-being was evident in his actions, and he went above and beyond to help me. His respectful and professional demeanor made a lasting impression. In today's fast-paced world, it's rare to find such EXCEPTIONAL service, and both STEVE MORONTA and RAY are invaluable ASSETS to their company. I am truly grateful for their outstanding service and cannot recommend them highly enough! THANK YOU for the amazing experience!

Was given permission to be in the garage to check out my suspension only to be cussed out by one of the mechanics who wasn't even working on my car, he was disrespectful, and acted as though he was going to get physical. The mechanic who was working on my car was courteous and helpful. 2015 jeep cherokee 2/1/24

The service writer Loli and tech Luis were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me on more then one occasion. I had to buy several tires and had rim damage.They tried to see if they could get it rim repaired from another location but was unsuccessful. They also noticed a nail in my tire and put the donut on my car. I really thank them for their courtesy and time and helpfulness. It was much appreciatef!

Last visit was a nightmare. Had my SUV serviced here 5/17/2021 for oil change & tire rotation, after I picked up my SUV at late afternoon, just drove out of the plaza, rear-left wheel came off on the road & SUV dropped off on the ground, because the technician did NOT tighten the wheel nuts, that caused damage to my vehicle. Called the store and they sent technicians to install the wheel on the street, then drove back to store. Claim still pending with TirePlus/Bridgestone, but it seems they try to ignore or deny my claim. Nobody is really caring their customers.

BUYER BEWARE! I went here for a tire rotation on my Tesla and was oversold for a lifetime alignment without the tires ever being rotated.Odalys at the front never advised me of the different prices on the alignment and features.They asked me twice if I wanted to buy new tires which I declined.I went back after noticing the tires were never rotated and again was told that the tires cannot be rotated and I would have to still buy new tires from them.Should have just went to the dealer. This place sucks.

I took my truck to the shop to install a new set of tires , after 12 days I did realized one of the wheel center hub cover was broken in half, I went to the shop and they told me they did not do it , putting my integrity and my ethic on the ground , if I wanted to take advantage of it, I would do the complain the same day my truck was serviced, this is not a good experience, I d been a customer for more than 15 years , I will not going there anymore. Is an accident and it could happen , but also is a customer care matter. Very disappointed with the way they treated me! I did spoke with Gus

Every time I take my car there either to remove a nail or change a valve they must balance the tire. WHY? The female manager tells mechanic to do it anyway after I said it s not necessary.Just to make you spend more money.

This place is terrible. Even if you have an appt you have to wait 2 hours for an oil change so I don t get the point of making an appt. This is ridiculous. Extremely unorganized! What a joke of a place

These folks are always eager to assist. As soon as you walk in, they acknowledge your presence, which to some might not be a lot, but this small gesture goes a long way. Their services are decently priced, and they are always looking out for you and your vehicles best interest. Completion time is almost always on point, and they maintain constant communication throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend folks to check them out if they are in the vicinity.

The staff was misleading and vague. I specifically asked for my tire to be plugged the Gustavo responded it can be fixed. It's not until I came back to pay and my car was already being serviced that he explained they do not plug tires they patch it which requires that the tire be removed and patched and then balanced. This of course means that you're now locked in to needing an alignment. On my drive home from the location it was very obvious that I need my car to be aligned. I will contact corporate and I will share my grievances on google, yelp and social media. This is a complete rip off!

I went into change the stem on a tire and they said it had a sensor on the stem and would cost $256. I asked how much a new tire would be and they said $137. Someone should report this as price gouging and is totally unacceptable.
